Fast food at its best. Freddies delivers a pretty good double burger . The patties are really thin but that gives it a great kind of crisp and soft texture against the bun. They have plenty of burger options, a few fried chicken and hot dog options as well. They offer a good variety of concrete and shakes. The fries are thin and crispy and well seasoned. You have three sauce options, ketchup, fry sauce or spicy fries sauce. The fry sauce, in my opinion ,taste like a cross between ketchup and mayo. The large size drink(Pepsi products only) is about the size of a regular water bottle.The price is a little on the higher end.

At the drive through, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, cheese curds, a chocolate shake and a mountain due. They took forever to get the food, then forgot to make the chocolate shake. When I got home, I see they gave me like 5 cheese curds. Super disappointing as the food is not cheap. Would not recommend this location.

Was charged $2.29 for a small cup of water. Asked if that was correct, and was assured that it was both correct and intended. After paying the $2.29 and getting my meal, I was curious and checked the app and it was free. Did the survey mentioned and received no response.

Absolutely terrible service. My teen daughter went through drive through and the young teller was so rude to her she made her cry. Made the order wrong, no straw, no receipt, rolled her eyes. Made her wait 20 minutes on purpose. This happened July 16 at 12:45pm. My daughter was driving a white car. Management please watch your internal video surveillance and pay attention to your employees behavior. The employee who is destroying your reputation is a young female with a chip on her shoulder.

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! The service was not the greatest though. One guy forgot to give us our recite and so we had to memorize our number, but I was with my older folks, so it was harder for them to remember the number. Went here a couple of days ago and I ve been sick since. I ordered a chilli cheese dog with onions, a side of fries and a medium drink. I ve had a fever, fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea. I ve been taking advil, Tylenol, and other over the counter medication. I do not recommend eating here, as I ve talked to other people about it and they ve said they ve experienced similar symptoms after eating Freddy s food. If I could rate lower than a one, I would.

Usually everyone is nice at this restaurant but today I had an unpleasant encounter with person taking orders in the drive thru. I ordered a burger with no fry sauce and he corrected me saying it was a thousand Island, I said ok I dont want that. He obviously got annoyed bc when I answered his question of will that be all with Id like a coke, he snapped back with we dont have coke.... And said nothing else so I had to ask ok what do you have he said Pepsi or Dr pepper. I said ok Ill have a Pepsi. I pulled up and he never said a word. Just took my card and handed me the food. When I looked in the bag, part of my order was missing so I asked to speak to a manager. He got my fries but never said hed talk to the kid about his attitude or that hed take care of it. I watched him after closing the window he just walked away without saying a word to the rude young man working the drive thru. I got home and my order wasnt even right. What a shame people get away with acting like this. Ive worked in customer service my whole life so I know how hard it can be, which is why I am always polite and respectful to anyone serving me. This was unacceptable.

I normally enjoy the frozen custards here, but the lady that seemed like a manager was so rude that we decided to go somewhere else. We had a buy one get one free entree and a nice young man helped us taking our order and we could tell he was kinda confused, so when we got to the window the lady that talked to us was very rude and not willing to honor our but one get one free entree. She made every excuse why she couldn t honor it and she was yelling at the guy who was helping us and gave us the wrong information. If she would have honored jt the way we were told, we would not have gone somewhere else.

Upon first entrance of store, there is a foul odor! Ordered cheese curds and caramel sauce. Upon completion of the order, there was no caramel sauce on my tray. I told the manager, and he said, I need to see your receipt, which I left outside, for which we had to sit outside because all the tables were dirty. So, upon bringing my receipt in, the kid that took my order didnt know that caramel sauce was not free. The manager (Daniel) did go ahead and give me the caramel sauce at no charge, but he should have just given it to me without the hassle. Then, to top it off, the mens restroom does not lock. You have to have someone stand guard outside the door unless you are okay with the world walking in on you. Bad Management! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I went in to get my food and automatically had to put my shirt over my face because of the strong stench of dirty baby diapers that filled the entire store. When I went up to order something simple, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the person who looked like they were the manager , but I m not sure if it was just a regular employee or not. Overall the food and ice cream here is really good , but overrated and the atmosphere of the restaurant and attitude of the employees is disgusting and disgraceful. I will not be coming here again.

Went there for the custard I love. However, we didnt get any. They were out of vanilla custard, and I hate to say it, but the place smelled like sewage. I am unsure what was going on. In addition, it was quite warm in there. So altogether unpleasant. I was a little sad to have made the trip from Abilene to San Angelo for custard, among other things. Luckily, all the other plans went well.

We have been here a few times. The food is usually pretty good or we wouldn t have gone back multiple times but the immediate odor of sewage that hits you when you open the doors has gotten significantly worse over time. It used to be just in the entrance but tonight the smell was so strong through out the whole building that it ruined our appetite while we were looking at the menu. We had to leave without ordering. Ill start by saying that the food at this location is always good. The staff are friendly, polite and quick. However, the facility is AWFUL and seems to be getting worse quickly. Every time weve been over the last few months there has been a foul smell that hits you right as you walk in the door. It smells like sewage. Tonight it was the worst its ever been. This probably had to do with the fact that the air condition was not working properly and it was uncomfortably warm inside. The self-serve soda machine has not made ice for the better part of 3 years. Tonight the ice worked but none of the drinks did so the staff had to fill our drinks repeatedly for us from the drive-through machine. My kids and I all decided that this will be our last time to visit this Freddys uness/until some major updates are made to the facilities.

Had a nice meal, the food was good. The patties are thin and greasy, which IMHO means GREAT! Fries were seasoned well, and the custard is very good. Probably the most noticeable thing on this particular outing was the young manager doing training while we were eating. He appeared to be early 20s, maybe late teens, but the way he was training this other young man was impressive. The core values and customer service focus that he was putting forward were impressive, and he truly seemed to feel what he was saying, not just regurgitating a corporate line. My grandkids were with me and we enjoyed a very nice dinner in the diner tradition.

Went to Freddys with a friend at like 9:00 pm. We werent aware of the hours, but the manager(?) informed us they were closing at 10. We were told very abruptly to leave the restaurant at around that time. Later on, my friend and I were in my car talking in the parking lot. An hour later, the manager(?) & her partner(?) sat in their car facing us with their headlights on, flashing their brights and honking their horn. They proceeded to park behind my car and came up to my window. She told me, I need you to leave my parking lot. My friend and I were taken aback due to her hostility and unprofessionalism. I have been to this establishment many times in the past and have never been treated this way even after staying inside after closing hours. This doesnt leave a good taste in my mouth or my friends (this was her first experience at Freddys). Very disappointed.

I really like Freddys but my last visit was a real disappointment. I ordered the Crispy Fish basket which contained one small under cooked soggy fish filet and a regular order of fries plus drink (which I substituted) for a total of almost $14.00 dollars???? We decided to eat here on Freddy s family night. I am so glad we did! Our kiddos ate free! They also received a free Freddy s T-shirt and got to put their name in a drawing to spin a wheel and get a prize. My kiddos loved it and it made for a fun dinning experience. I placed my first order over a month ago and never visited again. This restaurant is ran completely unprofessional, the employees and management alike have horrible customer service. When I received my food my order was entirely wrong. I ordered a plain burger to which I received a fully dressed burger, cold fries, and a half melted shake. It was absolutely ridiculous, I genuinely believed it to be a joke when given the lowest quality of food for over 25$ for one meal. Not only did they not remake the burger, they also did not refund me for a meal that quite literally went straight in the trash. They offered me a coupon for a replacement burger that they would send to my address, again my order was placed over a month ago, still nothing. I would never recommend this place if you actually want a decent experience. Quite frankly I should have gone to Whataburger.

For starters, my food was not packaged well, as soon as I opened it up everything fell apart. As I continued to look through my food I noticed my pain burger was completely dressed all toppings and condiments. When I called the restaurant to ask for a remake or refund they claimed they would send a replacement coupon to my address which was given over the phone. To which I never received, nor did I receive a refund. While being on the phone the employee and manager alike both treated the issue as a huge joke. I paid over 40$ for 2 meals just for one meal to go straight to the garbage. Complete dissatisfaction, the food that was eaten had to be reheated and rebuilt.

1st time eating here. Food was delicious. The service was on point. The staff come around and check on you to make sure all is good and remove any trays or trash from the table. This is a burger joint that gives this service.

Love going to Freddys! The burgers are so yummy, and the cheese curds are absolutely delicious. And they are one of the only places in town that have cheese curds. The staff is always very friendly and courteous!

Aiden (or Hayden my memory is trash I m so sorry ) and Reese just have great energy, as does the entire staff from where I stand on the other side of the counter. I know what it s like / how difficult it can be to put on a happy face while working in the service industry, and I gotta say these folks here make it feel so much more genuine than I was ever able to feel! This place just has a great vibe that doesn t feel patronizing and obligatory like driving through Starbucks Y all rock, thanks for making me almost cry just from your good vibes These concretes are bomb, too! The wifey is absolutely OBSESSED with the new pumpkin concrete y all deserve a raise!!

Ordered my meal, my husband ordered his. Took team members 19 minutes to get my husbands meal to him. The burger was a single meat burger. Took another 15 minutes to get new burger, by then I am finished with my meal, my husbands fries were cold, they should have been reached with the burger.
