Staying in Sachse i first visited this part on the American Independence Day on July 4, 2022. There was great live music and fireworks show on the night.... It was an enjoyable outing for us, as a family!

We went there for July 4 celebrations and it was a great experience. They arranged everything really well. Food trucks, music, firework and security everything was great. Definitely going there next year with family.

Theyre building some type of water park here and it looks to be huge. My husband and I typically walk the park for exercise. Bathrooms can use some work though

Excellent! I go all the time and everyday Only one thing request to people pick up after dog! People go in dark early morning or after sunset hard to see dogs poo.thanks

Understandably small given the citys budget but properly maintained. Naturally all the new housing construction will lead to greater use of this facility. Naturally the city cannot compete with adjacent cities for bragging rights but a second jogging trail merits further consideration. The city hosts the annual fireworks here. Gives so many residents to enjoy the excellent show from the comfort of a strategic viewing point in the neighborhood (and a chance to mingle with more neighbors).

I jog at the park several times each wk when it not over 95 or sometimes even 90. In the winter its windy but just put on your winter stuff and get after the jogging. Im 77. FYI The jogging route is 7/10 of a mile.

Our family came here almost everyday last summer. Great environment. Usually quiet but there are baseball games, soccer, other types of practice and confession stands. The people are always friendly and I have never once seen anything bad happen here. Ever. Its always clean and has functioning restrooms and fountains. Many spots to BBQ. All the pits are clean and in good shape. Has a walking track that goes all the way around it. Great place for family time.
