Food was good but sadly when I went to use the bathroom it was dirty with a cockroach on the floor. No trash bag inside trash can and no hand soap. When walking back to the seat I saw another cockroach under the chair. My husband went to see it for himself did bring it up to the employee and they said it s water bug and at the end just said sorry. Absolutely disgusting and if I saw two cockroaches that means they have many more

Amazing! My family and I love trying different places for Pho and this is one of our new favorites! Prompt service, food came hot with amazing flavor, clean and comfortable atmosphere. My mom and I picked up dinner here tonight and I m SO glad she suggested it. We got brisket pho, an avocado smoothie, a Panda milk tea with boba, and an order of the Vietnamese egg rolls. Everything was delicious. I didn t really jive with the avocado smoothie, but she loves it so I know it was 5 star to her. The panda milk tea was very good. I thought it was a little too sweet, but I will still order it again. We both loved the egg rolls-so crispy. My mom always tells me the pho here is good, but this is also the only place she has ever gotten pho so I always thought how would she know? But I can confidently say that their broth is out of this world. The pho was fantastic. The only thing I would like to see is the option to get a little chili oil to go, but I didn t ask so I m not holding that against them. Superb. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! The food is delicious and Id never tried boba tea before until my family and I gave this place a shot. Their peach tea with strawberry popping pearls are delicious, and their pork dumplings are fantastic! I always get 2 orders of tea, one for right then and there and one to save for later in the day. Its THAT good. My husband thinks their soup is amazing. I also loved the atmosphere inside the restaurant, as we went inside when it was decorated for Lunar New Year. You can tell this business is legit and family-owned! I saw the family at work when I visited, including a sweet older woman who was bringing meals to peoples tables. The staff are so polite and have even been apologetic to us when weve stopped by and they had to close early one night. You can tell theres a lot of love and passion behind this place. Support local businesses- this one is amazing!

Very cute place, not over priced, not the best pho but not bad! My chief complaint is probably that when I order the rare beef for take out, it is always par cooked. There may be a health code reason for this however I have gotten it completely rare here in takeout in the past so that part just seems inconsistent. Staff is always friendly and its always fast! Will keep coming even if its not the best in the area because its super close and convenient.

The menu was simple and there are two different sizes. I ordered the pho with brisket and steak. It was really good. I do not like that the cilantro and green onion is already in the bowl and not on the side like the other garnishes. I ordered a pineapple green tea with strawberry boba and it was really good. This is my absolute favorite place to get Pho. If I had to eat something everyday forever it would 100% be this. My previous experience with pho wasnt so great, but when I went to Pho and Boba house it recaptured my interest. I tried the Brisket and Steak pho with the Pineapple green tea with Boba, of course! It was delicious, and I added the extra chili sauce to the pho added an extra kick, and if you are not a spice person I wouldnt recommend it because it is spicy, but it is really good. I will be coming back.

Seriously, the best pho Ive ever had. I went to visit my friend and she said she hadnt gotten to try Panda Pho yet. We went and it was a wonderful surprise! The broth is sooo flavorful. It didnt need any additional seasonings, it was perfect the way it was. I got the chicken pho and my friend got the veggie pho with beef broth. She too really liked her pho. I can t comment on their food since both times I ve been in the mood (and gone out of my way to drive to this restaurant specifically) I haven t been able to eat here. The first time was a Tuesday at lunchtime and I showed up to learn that they are closed on Tuesday. No big deal, I went to Rumdoul instead. Then a few weeks later, I went out to get my family dinner. It was 635p on Sunday. I ordered an appetizer, two entrees (a rice plate and a noodle plate) and a child sized pho. After ordering, the young man at the register went in to the kitchen and then came to tell me they turned the grill off already and could only do soups. My husband specifically didn t want soup that day for whatever reason, so on my way out, I checked the open times on the door. They weren t closing until 8P. What restaurant makes half of their menu unavailable for 1.5 hours before closing? Hopefully someday I get to have a meal here, and I hope it s delicious enough to make up for being turned away.

This place is amazing! I love coming here because not only is the food amazing, but the owner knows what we order and she recognized every single one of her customers. She is amazing and knows what she is doing. I get the meatball pho or the pork/rice meal and it is amazing. I m constantly having a battle in my head when I go here because I don t know what meal I want to choose from the both of those lol. But I also get the shrimp spring rolls and they are amazing! I ve also tried their taro boba tea and it is top tier if you re a fan of taro, I definitely recommend! This place was delicious!!! I travel a lot and Im always on the hunt for the best crawfish, Ramen and Pho and this place did NOT disappoint!!! I got the Bun Bo Hue, without the pig feet because that creeps me out, and it was incredibly delicious! Full of flavor and meat. The noodles were a little mushy but it didnt make the dish taste any less flavorful. I will absolutely be back!!

Having this family owned, authentic, fast and friendly, and delicious restaurant in the neighborhood has been a life-saver during the pandemic while I WFH. I go here for lunch at least once a week. My go to is their Bun Bo Hue which is one of the top in the city. Fans of BBH should definitely add this to their list. My wife loves their grilled pork rice plate. Smokey pieces of boneless grilled meat with crispy edge and the perfect seasoning on a bed on steamed rice and fresh greens. Its an well-balanced entree. My son thinks this is the best kid pho. Just broth and noodles. The drinks are also stellar. My power lunch is a BBH with a large mangonada. This is one of the best mangonada around IMO. I recommend their tea options as well. The strawberry green tea is very refreshing!

Weve been going here for about 4 years now. Its everything pho should be-- Fresh, warm, and comforting. Always consistent in taste. The restaurant is clean, clean, clean. If you have any doubts, just look at their bathroom. Spotless. Whenever we order pho, we always order a side of the fried pork egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls. My kids know that this is thee pho place. Absolutely delicious. We dont go anywhere else for pho. Why bother?

THE ONLY PHO I WILL EAT!!! They have the best tasting pho in DFW! The chicken pho is my fav, doesn t taste fishy or have overpowering spices - it s the best broth you ll ever have!! Such a cute, cozy and clean restaurant! The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

One of the best Pho I have had across many countries and states/provinces. Will be back probably too often. Only criticism is that they could include about 50% more meat to be comparable to others. In their defense, the price is great enough that adding double meat isnt a problem! Ill be doing that from now on.

Really good pho! I had the chicken pho and the Vietnamese egg rolls (yes I ate half before I remembered to take a photo ) and both were really good. Service was good too. I was impressed with the amount of chicken I got! Glad I stopped by.

Ive been coming here for years to get boba drinks, but I finally decided to get lunch to go today. The steamed rice with pork plate is delicious! The pork is grilled to perfection, and has a really nice, slightly sweet flavor. The food came out quickly and everyone was very friendly. Ill definitely be getting food from here more often!

Ok, we had a pretty weird experience when this place first opened. We had not been back since then. Recently, we gave it another try and have returned about 6 times in the last month. This place is like a unicorn in a field of horses. The food is amazing and the customer service is great! I have seen some reviews on here that have spoken negativity on the customer service, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY!! Recovering from COVID and Pneumonia, we ordered for pick up (3weeks after covid neg. The cough last forever!! Just fyi) The sweet young lady suggested the ginger honey tea for my congestion and cough. Then she brought it out to my daughter. We will continue to support this family!

Delicious grilled chicken vermicelli & tofu vermicelli (nice & crispy tofu) & brisket pho was tender, with a very flavorful broth. Better than most pho we have had around Dallas area. Great Vietnamese coffee & boba teas too! Will come back soon.

06/03/2020: Went to Panda Pho for bun bo to go and ended up talking to one of the owners. They have been struggling a bit due to Covid-19. That s so sad, because this place is great addition to this part of town. They re not many real deal Vietnamese restaurants outside of the major hot spots. The bun bo was delicious. Almost as good as my mom s. I ve been coming to Panda Pho since they opened. The pho and bun bo hue are pretty good with bun bo hue being my go to choice. The food is consistently delicious and I ve only been disappointed once when they basically ran out of food on a random Friday night. The restaurant is small and caters to the non-Vietnamese crowd, but the food is authentically Vietnamese. The customer service is friendly as well. It s small, quaint, and a great addition to the Rowlett area.

To go only during COVID pandemic. I walked in and ordered the chicken pho soup and egg rolls. They brought the food out to my car within minutes. I really liked the soup and the egg rolls had really good flavor. Will definitely visit again.

I love this place. Used to come all the time until I moved rather far away. There s a pho place near me now but it doesn t compare. When I walk in Nini already knows what I want and it s delicious every time. I get the pho tai and Thai tea. Have never had a Thai tea as perfect as that. The peanut sauce which comes with the spring rolls is fantastic, the staff are nice and attentive, the place is very clean and I love how they change the decor according to the seasons. Everything down to the seals they put on the cups is pleasing. I can not recommend this place enough, and I would gladly drive all the way to rowlett to grab their pho. :)
