Hank and I had the best time here with Enchanted Fairies! The knight costume is so cute and Susana was AMAZING with him to get his pictures taken. The process to book a time that worked well with our schedule, and even reschedule as necessary, was very easy. Definitely Book here to get magical photos of your kids! She even had this cute area up front so I could snap my own cute pic of him to take home same day!

The location smells like a dusty old funeral home and you can smell it as soon as you walk in the door. From the front greenery with the pink light. The dresses are old and dirty and should be laundered daily to accommodate a fresh try on per each session. The seats are old and dusty also. Lastly, Im highly annoyed about the excessive email and text spamming!!! I have UNSUBSCRIBED THREE TIMES!!! And I haven t even gotten to the zoom for purchasing, which is the worst option ever. Why not just offer samples with a watermark or something and a price sheet geesh. Definitely will not be returning. This was a pre birthday gift to my Daughter for her 3RD BIRTHDAY

My mom paid for my daughter to take puctures and receive a storybook. It s been 6 months and we haven t received our order and they aren t communicating or updating on our order. This place is a scam. Please do not go here. We will be suing. Edited to add after response: we have already contacted you through that email. You can find it using our last name. We also mailed our intent to sue. You responded and said that you have up to one year to give us the book and photos. That is a lie based on the contract. Don t ask to be contacted just for good looks online. Send us our photos.

My 3 year old granddaughter khloe loved the dress, she picked out the princess crown and the photo shoot it s amazing early birthday gift for her and her family. I hope to win again for my 2 year old granddaughter s birthday next week 08/22. I want to give them something they will say my nanny did a wonderful thing and gave me a gift I can always look at. So I hope I win again because my granddaughter is moving from Houston to Austin in a week. My daughter her mom is moving home after 17 years living in Houston. I went with my two girls 3 and 13yo and they had the best time. Non of them are prinsesses or Fairies, but they were ready to convert after putting on the gorgeous dresses. The photographer was nice, and she did her best getting them to pose the way they should. On the downside we have to wait almost a month to view the photos, om a Google Meet call with an employee. I would have preferred to go through them myself, and then decide what and how much to purchase.

Kids enjoyed it, looked so cute in their costumes and it was a great time for us as family to cherish. I love that they donate the booking money to charities, great job!

Update: PHOTOS ARE AMAZING! Wonderful team to work with and couldnt appreciate them more. Jourdyne was very patient, and since we couldnt get a picture with both of my nieces, she allowed us to get one of each with the discount! We appreciate it so much! Photos couldnt have been better. Cant wait for the next photoshoot with them! The photographer was amazing! Super patient, had so many props, and willing to wait for the right pictures. I brought both my nieces and cant wait to see how the photos turned out!
