Disappointed. We were asked to reschedule our closing due to paper work issues. The same issues weve tried to address weeks prior, but were told they were too busy and things will be taken care of. (Nothing from our end) After closing..we were assured that we will close and funded by the end of the day. Not the case, again, due to communication and errors between title company and bank. Rating would be a 0 star, if possible.

This company is very unprofessional. Katrina lane has done zero to help my 79 year old mother get back her 6000 dollars, in earnest money. We were told every penny would be returned if the closing did not go through. We gave our money in early may or April. We didnt move forward on the property, the sellars wanted 4000 more in earnest money. This was around June 23. We are in September now. Katrina will not get back with us.

My personal experience was very unsatisfactory. Closing was delayed because of poor management of the close process and careless oversight of standard title closing details. If you have a choice, use another title company, any title company. Communication was poor and unclear most of the time.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would, I recently closed on a property with this title office and soon after I was contacted by Dallas County that there was an issue with the title transfer and this office gave me the run around and said I needed to fix the issue myself! After you close dont expect anything from this title company you are on your own, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, Im now having to hire an attorney to fix the issue since the title company couldnt do their job properly. Nightmare!
