Its a large space, but only a handful of the restrooms were available with the mens room under construction. Normally, its not a big deal, but it was super crowded this past weekend. The vending machines: The snack machine takes credit/debit, but the drink machine only takes cash. They should both be the same. I am not a house/well whiskey drinker, but a single shot of my usual is typically $9 - it was $18 here. Again, thats for a single shot... Didnt love that. Also, the food was ok. But the fried pickles were definitely the best and worth every penny.

I had my daughter s 13th birthday here, for the price of the package and what you get it was pretty affordable, luckily they were doing a special of $100 off so that was nice as well. My daughter and her friends and family had a blast! Our party host (Willow) went above and beyond from the second we got there till we left! Even my husband thought she did such a wonderful job he tipped her extra just for being so attentive to us! She even went the extra mile and wrote my daughter a very sweet note about having her birthday there! My husband and I really thought that was amazing of her to do!

My husband and I took our son, siblings and friends today here for Laser tag for my son 9th birthday. My husband and I was relaxing at the picnic table and Manager Cole stop by to say hello and thank us for coming by. He asked how many was in our party. We told him and he bless us with game cards. I took my son and his friends for his 11th birthday gathering. There is so much to do here. They have completely revamped everything from when I came some years ago. The boys had fun. My son especially liked the bumper cars, and I didnt think they would. The VR was lack luster, and he said laser tag was just okay. They did enjoy the arcade and the prizes afterwards, which was cool. The only thing we didnt do was bowling. Well be back to do that. I also want to try out Rosies. I got the boys pizza and fries, but the adults didnt eat. But the food they were bringing out looked delicious! All in all, a good celebration for the boys.

I m 50 years old and was in there zap cousins of all age ranges as I m all about have fun. I saw there s Axe throwing and I want to check that out! Honestly, you can as an adult let your child out and have so much fun. I took my son and grandson and we had an amazing time with the bumper cars. The laser tag bowling ax throwing video game arcade section when tickets. It is so much to do in here you could literally spend all day. Worst customer service ever! There was this waitress named Sam(atleast thats what he told me when I asked him. I was sitting with my newborn baby and I noticed he was offering everyone else if they wanted or needed anything. Not one single time did he offered me if I wanted to order anything to drink or eat! Unfortunately everyone ended up eating in my group except for me due to not offering me anything! What a horrible experience!

I wanted to share my recent experience at your axe throwing venue. Unfortunately, it was quite unpleasant. The boards were of poor quality, making it difficult for the axes to stick. Additionally, the staff seemed more interested in chatting by the bar rather than assisting customers or offering drinks. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and would not recommend it to others.

This place is like a more modern Dave & Busters with the arcade section which had my favorite skeeball game, they also had Jurassic park, Aliens, Terminator, car racing as well as some of those coin drop arcade games. It was very easy to get a card and load the card so you can swipe and play the games. They also had pool tables and axe throwing in the back, a restaurant and bowling with large TVs playing sports above it. I already plan on going back and trying some of these other amenities, all in all a very fun place to go. Update - I tried Axe throwing which Ive been waiting years to try. Honestly it was not fun at all. When you throw the axe most times it just bounces back to you, it didnt feel safe, or fun. However you can get a refund if you just go to the desk and tell them you arent enjoying it. They refunded the money quickly with no issues. I thought they were fast and courteous throughout. I didnt appreciate their insulting response below so I removed a star. Bad move guys.

First time ever being here and had a bad time. We sat down to get something to eat, we wait about 10 minutes for a sever, and one did come he put in are order of pretzels and pizza all at once. We waited like 30 minutes for food and when we did get it was all together. The waiter was ok but as far as the service it was not up to par. Went on a Saturday morning. It was not busy at all except the bowling lanes. We played so many arcade games. Boys favorite was the old school TMNT game. It was so fun seeing them play games we played as kids. Most of the games were modern and new. We did bowling as well. Ordered pretzels, chips and pizza, all of which were decent. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Only complaint is several games stopped or malfunctioned. The staff were quick to credit credits back on our cards for the errors. There was a good selection of prizes you could get with your points. Games were about average priced to play. Will go back - boys had a blast.

Can t put into words how awesome the management team is here! After a separate event cancelled on our bachelor party last minute, Colton (General Manager) welcomed us with open arms. Not only was he able to get us a dedicated room with table for 12 guys, but he also accommodated us with complimentary arcade access after learning our story. There was truly no reason for them to treat us the way they did (because they had nothing to do with our other experience), but they served us in every way and made out time so memorable. We are so thankful for the way that this team welcomed us with open arms in such a desperate situation.

Pros: The new 3D game was kinda cool. Lasertag was fun. Bowling host attendant was super friendly. Con (which really should be illegal but ultimately likely just super shady): The arcade ticket system is a total scam. When you play, the tickets won are not tracked accurately, to where you wind up with much less than there should be. When questioned, they are apparently aware of this and just oh yeah sometimes the machines just do that in error. Definitely go somewhere else for arcade experience....and eat before you come.

Honestly, this place is amazing. I think it s even gotten better recently. There is so much to do, a KID ZONE for the little ones, escape rooms, bowling, arcade etc. the Rosie s Grill food hit me by surprise - really good, for a place like this, I had lowish expectations but the quality was great. I got the Caribbean Jerk chicken 10/10!!! This place can add up quickly but if done right you can deff stick to a budget. The staff was super nice and there was plenty of them to help when needed. April 2024 update: The place has received a few more games and some updates since my last update. Still a great place to take the family. In our visits, my son tried his hand at bowling and enjoyed laser tag with his friends. My son later remarked at how awesome the food was, because he and his friends were starving after 2 hours Meanwhile, my wife with her group of four beat the 1 hour time on the escape room. ============= Update 11/29/2017: We tested out the new #Escapology rooms tonight and they are awesome! We had a group of 16 and they staff accommodated us into the Antidote and the Under Pressure rooms. Under Pressure is the hardest but my boys were able to get out with just under 5 minutes remaining. The #Escapology is great and the price per person is $29 which is $3 less than a place I attended in Dallas. The staff allowed me to see the control room and it was awesome. The kids that run this place are very well versed in customer service. One of the Gamemasters (Blaze) was superb in explaining everything and was great at what he did. He knows his purpose for being there is to make people happy! There are lots to do; Bowling, bull riding, indoor go-carts, laser tag, jump area, arcades, party rooms, pool tables and even a restaurant. Its an awesome place to go on dates, have parties and just hang out. ====================== This is a nice place, big and spacious and very clean as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was inside the place for only a minute when 3 different workers asked me if I needed anything or needed any help. Heres the thing, I was in essence a secret shopper. I went to Shenanigans to post 4 US flags at the entrance for Presidents Day per the request of the owner but needed to know where exactly to post them. So I went inside to ask and thats when I encountered the friendly staff. Great people, great service and a cool looking place. Apart from the fact that they are Patriotic! :) Adding to my review: took my youth group to Shenanigans and we were there for 4 hours and the kids had a blast! It was so awesome. We bowled, we did the go-carts, laser tag, bow and arrow shooting and all the games! The place is lit! :)

Bowling: Had to change lane two times, and still had a malfunctioning lane, without the sparkle we payed for, and with pins that either got stuck, or was unable to get setup. Staff was helpful and gave us some additional time though Food: Order was misunderstood, but staff handled it in a good way Arcade, several machines were malfunctioning, and staff again handled it fine, with giving us credits back when we made them aware. Points for the staff handling it. Points deducted as things should have worked in the first place.

We arrived around 9pm got to our reserved bowling lane in the lounge area that was guaranteed kid free after 9pm. We were also told there was a private bar tender and private servers. The bartender came and said hello but seemed super rushed. We did eventually put in the drink and appetizer order. Then we bowled and all that got our apps about 20 minutes in. Drinks were finished and it s now 45 minutes . The people at the table when we arrived had this really good looking dessert plate I knew I wanted that. Then 15 minutes before our bowling game was finishing a family with 8 kids none over 18. So we moved to the pool table. Everytime the bartender came to check on other tables she never checked on us I even try to catch her attention.. so after an hour I finally went to the bar to order our second drink and ask for the dessert platter it s 10:12pm now. She told me she couldn t do it because the kitchen closes at 10pm. If I knew the kitchen closes at 10 we would have offered it all at once. The time she did talk to us she was really nice..I used to be in the service industry so I understand being stressed on all the tables but idk.. This was also our first time to this place..

This place was amazing for my sons birthday party. They had a guide name Shawn who was nothing less than amazing with making everything go smoothly. We bowled, and did laser tag. They set up our room and served us. It was great, best experience ever!!!

We have been here multiple times. One year, we went for breakfast with Santa, and it was so fun! We also love to go here and play Lazer tag. You can bowl or play games. We always have a lot of fun here! I highly recommend going here. We have never had a birthday party here, but I would recommend it. It would be a great time.

This was very exciting to celebrate my daughter s birthday. She turned seven years old however, only reason why I m giving three stars is because the service with the hospitality was pretty good, but the rooms were they had my daughter to celebrate with her friends open up gifts cake food was freezing cold and we re in the winter and so they couldn t adjust the temperature but they get big of a discount and so I feel that they need to make some type of changes to be able to adjust thermostats in different rooms maybe however, everything else turned out to be good and so My Daughter enjoyed her birthday.

Got there as soon as it opened and first thing I noticed was the smell it smelled clean. Kids had a great time, food was pretty good. The only downside was a decent amount of video games we re out of order, some guns on laser tag didn t work and the 3D game thing went down for a bit. Other than that we really enjoyed it and we ll visit again.

Great place to celebrate with all ages! We have a big family with ages from 6 to 82. We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday with you guys and were able to include everyone! Even wheelchair friendly so grandma could be there!
