Zero stars!!!! Need a group that will loose your case, here you go, this one is it!!! Hurbert talks out of both sides of his mouth, staff have no clue what they are doing. He had a childish atty Kaitlyn Moreno who on day of the deposition where the other party admitted to fault, this girl comes running into the office late, wearing cloth ballerina shoes, no makeup on, hair not combed, and running around the office putting on makeup, putting on a silly jacket, putting on cheap high heal shoes, slapping a brush to her dirty hair and no knowledge of the case.this girl thinks too much of herself. She reprimanded me for speaking, told me I was not allowed to take anything in room with me and had no clue of case. Later she no longer works for this group. She at another firm loosing peoples cases just like zachary did mine!! No assistance except him getting his cut of money!!! He is for profit not for people. His stories, threats, demands keep changing especially when you are NOT in agreement with him!! You want a lost case this is the place!!! Zach even said its a free country post what you like on social media. No knowledge of winning a victims case but excellent at loosing clients.

Everyone was very pleasant and if I had a question they were quick to answer. Only thing is it took years for my case to be completed and I felt it could have been completed sooner..but I understand it wasnt their fault..it was COVID. Waisted years on my case a tow truck rear ended my car and totaled it. Barley updated me through the years and I m not surprised got nothing out of it , it seemed like they mainly just sent letters to the other people involved , they were able to open up a new tow company while I m still here suffering with the car in my background not able to start my business, they didn t even get jail time for injuring 3 people , 2 adults and a 3 year old child. If it was someone else on the street they would of went to jail for a hit and run.. don t waste your time.

I was referred over from the original law to firm to Herbert. Although they were able to settle the case it was at a very very low payout. They completely disregarded my child and lost their paperwork in the transition from the first law firm. Staff was extremely rude. There was an overwhelming amount of surprise fees and charges that were not in the original contract, and no effort was made from Herbert to clarify those additional fess from the original contract. My attorney Kaitlyn wouldnt attempt to update her manager about the concerns either

I was hit as the result of someone failing to yield at an intersection. I was also in the middle lane. My young child was in the car with me. Slip & Fall injury: If Herberts paralegal cant get it resolved through paperwork - dont waste your time with this office. Was informed by the opposing Atty group there was a waiver signed by host, therefore we would need to sue the host. Herbert Group never asked for a copy of the waiver and dropped my case. Turns out the waiver was never signed. However, a more competent Atty asked for evidence of the waiver (not signed) and we are pursuing the slip & fall liability with owner of the venue. Herbert can be bluffed easily.

The worst unprofessional and rude lawyer I ve ever dealt with. I had a bad accident in 2019 which wasn t my fault and went to ER . We got a settlement from that guys insurance for 30K I got 10K and Zach Herbert got 10K and told me with the rest of the money my medical bills would be paid from that settlement from the guys insurance. I signed a paper where it says that my ER visit paid by insurance. But I m still getting phone calls from dept collectors and getting bills sent to me that my ER bill wasn t paid and my radiology bills wasn t paid. Zach Herbert telling me now 2.5 years later that what it meant is my health insurance paid . But I didn t even have health insurance. Im still stuck with bills from that accident in 2019 ER visit , my medical bills haven t gotten paid. He just pocket it the rest of that money. So be careful before you take him as your accident lawyer. Your medical bills won t get paid when accident wasn t even your fault and even if you get a settlement. Also Zach Herbert is rude told me to stop emailing him, when all I wanted was a explanation. I feel like I was lied to and just been fooled. With totaled car and injured for life and still stuck with medical bills from an accident that we got settlement for. He lied to me that all my medical bills would be paid. But they didn t pay those bills out of my settlement.

Zach and his team helped me get my case settled after almost 2 years of waiting. They are great with communicating, and have lots of flexibility doing meetings over Skype and FaceTime if you are not able to come up to their office.
