The waitress was very friendly, nice and courteous.Always going to my table asking if everything was alright. Kid-friendliness: My 6yr old son was given a coloring book and colors to play with while our meals arrived.

when we were sat at our table, the restraunt, as well as our table, was riddled with flies and larvae. The food quality was poor, we both had the chicken burrito supreme, everything tasted like it was re-warmed and then plated. The ONLY positive experience we had, was our server kept our drinks (only water) full. it was a first, and last, visit for us.

The steam table was not hot enough to heat the food. It was cold as we sat down to eat. We did notify the waitress and it was quickly remedied.

Best kept secret in Port Arthur Texas! Enjoy their 9.99 all you can eat lunch buffet! Absolutely the best Mexican food ever....and to top it off with cheesecake bites at the end, you cant beat it! Ask for Omara, shes the best!

Hadn t been before today. A buffet sounded good for Easter Sunday with the fam. Priced at $15/person. $3 tea and mimosa. The food was blandly seasoned and the texture felt like it was yesterday s leftovers. I couldn t even finish my meal. I was very disappointed. To the point that after checking prior reviews. (Which I should have done first.) I will not be returning.

Do not eat the buffet the place is nice and all but the food was absolutely disgusting. It made me and my wife sick to our stomachs. I threw up soon after leaving and my wife threw up after we got home. We will not be coming back to this place.

This was my second and last visit. The food was awful and I will never go back even if it was free. I ordered the buffet. Food was cold , all but one item. That one items was just prepared by the cook. It was hot however inside it was a soggy taco shell mess. Falling apart and mushy. The chicken wings were partially raw. This was the same problem I had the first visit which prompted me to not return for a long time. The waitress came and checked the table several times but never removed any plates from the table. I looked around and noticed other peoples tables and they all had lots of plates. She would not clean any of the tables until after they left. So some tables had 6 or more empty plates stacked up while people were still eating....disgusting. Speaking of the restroom was filthy.

The restaurant looks very nice and clean the food so so but I was very unhappy with the service the waitress Gabriela G had already charged her tip ( for two of us) and she still ask for extra tip. she didnt print the receipt for us. I had to go ask for the receipt again Manager talk to her and tell her she needs to give a receipt and most important be honest. First and last time there for us there.

Went there with my family ordered a piña colada and they didn t put alcohol in it or even asked me if I wanted another one with alcohol. Spoons were dirty cups were cracked and they didn t give us silverware and the lady that served me was very rude.

Food was ok. I would say it was what I expected for $15. I was a little disappointed that they had cookies and cheesecake bites from Sams on thier dessert bar. The queso left a little to be desired as well. It reminded me of cheese whiz with some veggies added in. I would go back if I was in the area but I wouldnt make the trip to Port Arthur just for that.

I called on Wednesday for a reservation for a large party for today and upon arrival, they didnt put my reservation down. The associate had the audacity to tell that to my face. Then the waitress, Gabriela G was very rude and not patient toward the older ladies in our group. She wasnt attentive as well as other staff members. I asked for a glass of boiling water because the utensils were dirty. I asked for plastic ware after waiting more than 10 minutes. The food wasnt good. I was charged $1.99 for corn tortillas when i asked for flour. Then gratuity was added and wasnt stated at all during our time there. With that being said, I will never visit this restaurant again. I was a visitor from out of town, and wasnt impressed. I will also make sure that the people of Port Arthur that I know, will not patronize this restaurant. Shame on you for poor service.

Went for the buffet. Food was fine. Someone posted online that it was only $10.00 for the buffet but when I got there it was $15.00 making it one of the more expensive buffets around and that kind defeats the point of Mexican food for me. Other than that it was great. Not many people there on a Friday evening. The buffet closed around 5.

Dietary restrictions: Had the Buffet and there were many dishes to choose from. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was great for our 23 month old. He was able to feed himself. He ate Chicken nuggets and Fries. He also ate Watermelon. The Service was great, and we will visit again soon

I ordered the combination enchilada plate it was supposed to have been one cheese one chicken one beef, I was served one cheese and two beef covered in cheap Cisco bland cheese, very casa Ole like. Food was very bland. The frijoles a la Chara was the only thing worth eating. I left most of my meal on the plate

I loved it! They have great salsa and verde sauce and you also get a free cup of guacamole with your chips. I enjoyed some of the Fried tamales preferably dipped in there Queso dip. there Taco bowl with grilled beef, and cheese enchiladas are also pretty good will be back to try some new items soon!
