Staff very rude to me on multiple occasions. The Chipotle on Hwy 365 Port Arthur. They purposely skimp on the portion. Servers rarely smile and slop your food in bowl like a prison chow hall. Parking: Limited three other businesses located next to them.

Ive had Chipotle before but not in years and decided to have it for dinner. The experience was hectic. I went on a Monday night. It was super busy. Wasnt sure if its like that everyday or just that particular Monday night. They were asking for next in line when people werent even up to the counter yet. Everyone was talking over each other. The workers at each station were ready to scoop your toppings but you were so far behind the line that you couldnt even see the toppings. Luckily Ive been before so I knew what they had and what I wanted. I felt rude to talk over the people in front of me. When I got to the counter I could tell that most everyones order was done so fast, almost sloppy. I said no queso but they charged me for it anyway. The family in front of me were frustrated because the worker had scooped guac for one of their dishes when they didnt request it. The dad was kindly trying to tell them that if they had slowed down they wouldve heard that he didnt want guac. They also didnt have any lettuce. And there wasnt ice that day too. People were wiping down their own tables and chairs to dine in as did I. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, so I will pick another night on a different day to see if its any different. Otherwise, the service was lacking big time.

For one of the highest paying fast food jobs... they sure do always bring the attitude. In addition, dont go past 8pm because even though they dont close until 10 they start closing by 7:30. They are always out of chips, lettuce, half of the meats, sides etc around 7:30 until they actually close. Have been told many times they ran out earlier in the day... Make more???????

Worst chipotle I ve ever been too. The lady working couldn t wrap a burrito if her life depended on it. It was so poor I had to get somebody else to double wrap it and I didn t even have all that much stuff inside. They just slap stuff on its prison slop and aren t careful at all. I don t recommend this one.if you eat here, get the burrito bowl not the burrito.

Sooo, I travel for work. I am out here in Port Arthur every week and on Mondays, I get Chipotle. This is a routine that I have and had have for the last 3 years. Today, I made my usual order, which is a bowl and i get chips. My order is ALWAYS the same thing. To clarify I scoop my bowl with my chips. I dont, cant and WONT eat my bowl any other way. To me its like eating cereal without milk! Well, today they forgot my chips and I didnt notice until I got back to the room. Since I cant eat without the chips, I drove back and explainedthe situation. I also asked if they could remake the bowl since it has been about 45 minutes since I ordered. The integrity of the food has definitely changed (soggy cereal now). They told me that they cant remake the bowl and they were sorry! The way I see it is, if they had given me what I paid for in the first place I wouldnt have had to drive back. I got no compensation whatsoever. Not that I wanted any, I just wanted to eat my food the way I like it, who doesnt! I did, however, get the chips. Which I should have gotten in the first place and would have avoided this whole situation. I guess this is how business is done these days. I will accurately rate the location tho, I cant 1 star based on today. Although I want to!!

Went in for burrito bowls rushed thru line. Ordered 3 asked for 1 to be cut in half. Got outside checked order. None were halved so went back inside and asked them to cut it per order instruction. Refused to cut the burrito in half said they werent allowed to do that. Which I find hard to believe but hey who knows. No napkins provided no sparks either. Taste was great proportions were huge. Recommend that better line personal be hired. Maybe someone who has better people skills and also the ability to put cell phone away during work. Very dissatisfied with Chipotle. Be prepared to not get what you ordered or how you asked for the item served. Expect to spend 2ay more than the food is worth (3 burrito bowls) 57$ is way outta there.

We love Chipotle and have visited many locations all over, this one said we could not place an order when we tried to order on the app (maybe not their fault) so we ordered and dined in. The employees were not friendly or helpful whatsoever and the food seemed a bit old (rice was kind of crusty and some meats not hot at all) and they gave small portions compared to usual. We will continue to visit Chipotle but just probably not this one again. Vegetarian options: Sofrita bowl is great or you can get guacamole in place of meat

The chicken was dry and a little burned. Whats sad is that the guy serves the lady in front of me so much they couldnt even close the bowl she kept asking for more. Anytime I ask for something extra they charge me $21 they charged $14. He gave me Three little pieces Of burned chicken like he was scared he was going to run out of food since he had given the lady so much. regardless of the race people serve everybody fairly. As far as Mexican or Hispanic cuisine it is hard to be Chipotle Mexican grill. For the last 25 to 30 years Ive been enjoying their huge burritos and I love the fresh ingredients that they use and The Taste is outstanding especially with the different meats that they offer. Not that they would listen to me but if there was one thing I would change it would be before you wrap up the burrito mix the ingredients up just for 2 seconds so that you dont get only rice in one bite and only salsa in another and only beans in the next etc.

Went for first time. Not sure if it follows the blue print for all store locations but very small inside seating wise. Was a little messy, but was eventually cleaned up while we ate. Love the fact that they dont use any eggs at all in the store since we have a good allergy kid. They dont handle much wheat products either. If searching for a good allergy friendly place, add this one to your list. Like the fact that the food can be as health or not as you want.

I ordered lunch for my kids & I today using the Chipotle App on my phone. They charged my credit card $28.79 & when I went to pick up my food, the few employees there said they were closed. The manager refused to refund my money and only said They were supposed to turn off the online ordering. I showed him where I was charged in my bank account. He was rude and did not care.
