HANDS DOWN ,the best happy hour in the DFW. 1/2 off drinks 5-7pm and the coolest, most comfy decor in Texas!! Hailey was our server and not only was he great, but the most entertaining server you re going to have . One of the owners, Frankie, was checking up on folks and made us feel welcomed. They had some great drinks too, Woodford old fashion, whiskey sour, and Long Island s were all hitting! J was behind the bar pouring his soul into those drinks And this was a Monday!! 10/10 will be back anytime I m in Plano, Tx.

Cute decor but the music was putting me to sleep at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. They said it was 80 s & 90 s mix but majority were slow songs and reminded me of my parents. It wouldn t hurt to bring the music into the 2000 s at a minimum. DJ showed up at 8:30pm and made it a little better. We actually didn t plan on being there for 2 hours but had to remind our server about drinks we ordered and the food order was wrong, so the wait time was annoying. We dine out a lot so we gave them grace. I must agree with the other comments that this place is odd. Great location and friendly staff but something is missing here.

The food and drinks were good although some drinks were more ice than anything, atmosphere while odd was enjoyable but it was absolutely dead on Wednesday night yet the service was beyond slow and dismal like they didnt care if you were there or not. Even saw some come in and leave because no one served them let alone talk to them. Took 30 mins or more to get your drink and then food was another 30 mins. Youd order one and hed forget about you or that you ordered one. Id go back but the service was so lackluster and poor that it turned me off to bringing anyone else here. Lots of people working that night but no one actually working.

This is just an odd place. It seems like it tries to be upscale, and looking at past menus posted online, maybe it was, but the current food menu doesnt reflect that. There is confusion as to which menu to order from, as they both have different drinks, but I didnt understand why. Our cocktails didnt taste like they contained any of the ingredients promised on the menu, they just tasted of sour mix. Service was hard to come by, and the overall vibe is just weird. There is potential here, but it needs some work.

Let me tell you I once adored this place and the staff it had when it opened. Their experienced bartenders and the somelier are seriously impressive but I mean its really hit or miss when it comes to the service. We had to flag somebody down to be waited on multiple times on a recent visit and some stocky guy, maybe the host, made us quite uncomfortable with his stares. Other women will surely understand what I mean. Will be back but will check to see whos working before we sit down.

LOVE the vibes!! I was there yesterday afternoon from like maybe 11-3:30 having drinks & chillin . I had seen it on my way to a consultation on the other side of the plaza & loved all the bright colors. The entire experience was incredible. Super friendly staff & delicious drinks! Def wanna go back again to check out the food & the later night club vibes. (I think I had 5 - don t judge me, it was over 4 hours & I had lots of water! - quality cocktails & my bill was about $60. Excellent value for the experience.)

This is more of a lounge than a wine bar, and thats fine by me. The decor in this place is loud to the point of being funny. Maybe the same way that pugs are cute? Opinions will vary on that point, BUT Sue was cool, and the food was good.. The shrimp cocktail was delicious, and the charcuterie board (small) was absolutely insane. This was a great spot to hang out.

Fizz use to be one of my fave upscale wine spots around here but not sure what happened, maybe new management. This place is filthy and full of unsavory customers and employees who cant answer simple questions. Also difficult to enjoy nice food and wine with disco lights and music blasting. Was a weird time to stop in I guess...the manager watched us looking for someone to assist us for a few minutes before going to look for a bar tender...definitely in the middle of a break. 2 cocktails was 32 dollars. The place looks fun and comfortable....but just cant imagine what the staff would be like. The 2 were nice...but Inasked the only other patron if she had to wait...she said she had t9 ask if they were even open... weird.

I went with a friend on NYE for the first time. We were looking for a fun atmosphere with great food and Fizz delivered 10/10! It s got a colorful & eclectic posh-meets-pop retro vibe. The DJ was on point, service & food incredible, and Peter (who I believe is one of the owners) spent a few minutes chatting and made us feel very welcome. The entrance is tucked away inside the courtyard so just know its not visible from the parking lot.

This place is fairly small, once it s packed I can see a long wait. I saw about 15 tables, 2 bar with many seating. Overall, it s a cool place! It has a night club vibe but it s located below apartments complex. No dress code.

Ok I get you want loud DJ music at a club, but last Friday was ridiculous. We had a meet n greet at the bar and couldnt even talk. Half of the guests left early because music is way too loud. This is a place to enjoy cocktails with friends and have a great conversation. Love the atmosphere of the place. Hated the LOUD music. This is not a club or Rave. It is an upscale bar, with over priced drinks. This bar had the tiniest $20 martini I have ever had too. It was in ba cordial glass. I found this place when looking for a nice lounge to celebrate my friends birthday. I wanted to find a place with a laid-back vibe, nice cocktails and menu as well as good music and this place absolutely fit the bill. I came as soon as they opened to enjoy happy hour and while there were plenty of people at the bar, the seating area was pretty empty so the host allowed me to pick my seat. As eccentric as some of the chairs looked they ended up being SUPER comfortable. The also have an outside patio with tons of seating and its own bar. I would have loved to sit out there, but it was one of our 100 degree summer days so that is going to have to wait for next time. I got there before my friend and told our server, Dominick, what we were celebrating. He asked her name and as soon as my friend arrived our server gave her a personal Happy Birthday greeting. Our first round of drinks was It Is What It Is and Paper Plane. We enjoyed them both, but my friend was looking for something particular and after asking our server a few questions about their liquor options, the bartender, Jesse, came out and sat at our table to figure out what we were looking for. After describing different things, the bartender went back and made something special for us. It was AMAZING and we named it the Badass. Its not on the menu yet, but if you ask for it he will hook you up. Its rum based and a nice balance of sweet and strong with a fruity flavor. We ordered more than one - obviously...lol. We also got the charcuterie board which was perfect and they even allowed us to pack up the leftovers to take home which was extremely surprising. We didnt stay long enough for the live music to start but Ill be back to enjoy that one day soon. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, atmosphere, food and drinks.

I really really really want this place to do well. Great location. Great indoor / outdoor situation. But it s failing fast and my third time there may be it s last. 1. I m a Crown Royal drinker. You can t fake Crown. The first one they took back. The second I watched them poor and it was half the time of other bartenders and it had tonic added. What? They just refuse to serve Crown straight. 2. Ordered a board with two add ons. One was truffle cheese and one was a mustard salami. We got the salami but did NOT get the cheese. Now the waitress tried to sell me on the Swiss cheese on the board being the truffle. Nope. Any cheese lover knows the difference and Swiss isn t even the standard cheese on the main board. So, they re in trouble it seems like. Service was awesome, but on a Friday night at 9-11pm, we were one of only 3 groups being served. I really want this place to do well. 3 stars is because if someone order Crown on the rocks, you don t weaken it and you can t offer truffle cheese and serve Swiss. I LOVE the Fort Worth club by the same owner, which is called Studio 80 in Fort Worth. New management?

Had an amazing experience. Was greeted by managers s and staff members as soon as I walked it. Carlos Carrasco made sure we were well taken care of. The place has beautiful decor with colorful art. Beautiful place. We went for a drink and ended up staying for a much longer time than we planned to. Lovely jazz music made the ambience perfect. How do I begin to share and tell you just how classy, chill and amazing my experiences at Fizz lounge have been? The ambiance at Fizz lounge is awesome; its not hard to tell how management (Frank the manager, cool dude) has put careful thought into creating a classy, laid back, somewhat romantic and soulful vibe in the decor, lighting and live entertainment choices (dont get me started, they are ALL awesome!). Staff? They are attentive, friendly and have a great, versatile sense of humor. I moved out to Plano 3 weeks ago and this is the ONE spot where I ABSOLUTELY feel at home. The hottest coffee shop in town. I think they stop serving at 4pm for coffee, just around the time for happy hour. I practically got the whole space to myself, so theres PLENTY of room for everyone to go in the morning and chat and hang out. The owners are friendly and I got my coffee in a timely manner. Def one of the better coffees out there , plus the sick interior warrants a redo when I am back in town.

Totally awesome atmosphere! Fizz is fairly new and it s a really cool place to chill and vibe with friends but the music could be a little better. I don t know if there s ever live music but the vibes are definitely along those lines and would be a really welcoming environment to some live musicians or DJs! Fizz was a vibe! Ambient and fun lighting throughout the bar. My lovely bartender was named Frankie. I wasnt sure what I wanted to drink as it was my first time visiting and she asked what things I liked and didnt disappoint. Every drink she made for me was amazing! She truly is an artist and great at what she does. There isnt a place like this in Plano, so I will be back for sure. We had one hour to kill before a movie and decided to have some drinks at FIZZ. It was raining dogs and cats. With staffs help to lend us an umbrella, we were able to unload our wheelchair to get inside without getting rained on. Thank you! We ordered two rounds of drinks while enjoying the fun atmosphere. Adored their colorful decor and neon ambient lighting. Our server Bonnie was cordial and service efficient. Her genuine smile was contiguous, made us feel welcome and relaxed. Will definitely return to try their food. Highly recommend.

Walked passed Fizz leaving Pinkberry and the colorful decor caught my eye. 3 months later I return to finally check it out, and later shared with the manager that, there s nothing like being inside an establishment, that makes you feel like your in another city completely! Live sax, then Dj. Decor is super fun. Came in on a Thursday (ladies night) so food was full price, but drinks were half. The charcuterie was lovely and the shrimp cocktail (prawn size) deserved a repeat order. Just delicious. Totally bypassed my 2 hour drop in limit.

I love a great patio to sit at in the evening and have a few drinks with friends, and this is a great spot for that. We have been multiple times and had a great time, every time. New bars/restaurants will always have some kinks to work out when they open, but so far we have not experienced any. Friendly servers, good drinks and good food. We will be back.

I was truly looking forward to trying this place. Its not a Plano vibe! We were disappointed the live music ended at 9. Then my husband ordered Moth 2 a Flame drink ($15). It came in a chipped Glass that was sharp..we told the waitress and she just poured it into a new glass. Well this is a smoked drink. So all of the smoke flavor went away when she just poured it in a new glass instead of making a new one. When we told her it had no smoke flavor her response was thats strange, most people say its very smoky! It must be because we set hed glases. No offer to bring another or anything. They werent busy and I felt like I needed to wave her down for water refill and the check. I am not sure what this place is trying to achieve yet, but I hope it finds its place in Plano or it wont survive much longer.

This is a great new bar that serves champagne, wine and craft cocktails along with small bites plates and shareables. Great ambience and a fantastic patio! Order the hearts of romaine appetizer!
