Ordered their seafood Hotstone Bibimbap through DoorDash,extremely unsatisifed with the portion size and food taste. It looks like regular fried rice but you guys charge me $20!!! If you can t serve similar food quality as dine-in, don t put it on DoorDash !

We decided to try this new spot in town for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed!!! The banchan was so delicious and the bibimbap was so good. Just let them know when you order if you don t want too much sauce for your bowl. We also got to try out their original wings recipe from back home in Korea and they were amazing- but you can t be afraid of some heat:). The prices, especially the daily lunch specials are very reasonable. The service was great. This will definitely be one of our go to spots.

The restaurant is under new management now and the food is on point. They have all you can eat options but I tend to just order à la carte, and have not been disappointed. New owner and staff are a pleasure, food taste is top notch and my family has loved it everytime. Even my picky kids love it. Looks like we found our new favorite Korean restaurant.

Delicious Korean BBQ! It was our first time to try Won BBQ. They did not disappoint! The service was friendly, accommodating and did an excellent job! We were treated very well and felt the management truly values their customers. You can either opt at the grill BBQ or order dishes from the kitchen. We love Korean BBQ and Won BBQ will now definitely be in rotation!

Won is under new ownership, but the quality of the meats is still there. If anything has changed, it s the service which was top notch. Our waiter basically cooked our whole meal for us by dropping by occasionally and flipping the cuts around the grill. Everything we ve tried here is really good with no misses. If there s anything to gripe about it s their somewhat limited panchan. You get a decent amount, but compared to other places you won t be getting as much variety. That said, considering how great everything else is it s something we didn t really mind. Prices here are extremely reasonable for an a la carte experience.

We ate here yesterday. The bill was about $200 which is quite high. For the most part i loved the food although the sauce you are supposed to dip everything in was too sweet, did not like it.. like teriyaki sauce. The sauce that came with the dumplings was amazing and i dipped everything in it until i ran out. THAT should be the main sauce. I also dont like dipping my meat in crunchy salt, i want it pre-seasoned so I preferred the marinated meats. The service was perfect and atmosphere very nice. Me and my wife both had stomach problems the morning after eating here like we had bad food or cross-contamination. Overall we liked the place but its too expensive. The cheese corn dish i was not impressed with at all but thats my first experience with it.. almost seemed like canned corn.

This place was so good! The servers come around often to cook the meat for you and then tell you when its ready to eat. Its not all you can eat but theres plenty of meat and side dishes to fill you up! The cheesy corn is delicious! Every bite was delicious and they even brought us an after dinner dessert drink! Super great service, definitely worth it!

Very good service and good food. We tried beef combo A. We were able to enjoy 5 different cuts of beef. 3 of them were seasoned in different styles. Since it was a combo, I got corn cheese and soybean paste soup. The side dishes that came with it all tasted like they were made in-house, and although the kimchi was a little sweet, it was okay to eat with the meat. The part that I recommend the most is the service. The staff were not only the main server, but also the ones who passed by and flipped the meat right away when they saw it was time to flip it. They kindly cut it for me and told me when to eat, so I had a very comfortable meal. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and changing table in the bathroom

Tuesday - July 30, 2024 WORST customer service Ive ever received THIS YEAR from a restaurant and I eat out 2-3 times a week. I live about 5 mins from this restaurant and was craving Korean food, so I was very excited to try out this restaurant after seeing it had great reviews. Just in case whoevers reading this review doesnt finish reading this entirely, the food here is GREAT but the service is very POOR. I went Tuesday night at around 6:30PM and they had only 2 servers working. They have 2 sides inside the restaurant, one for the grill where you can order KBBQ and one for the regular menu (see photos). I sat on the side WITHOUT the grill. There was one tall gentleman who worked at the grill side, and a smaller gentleman who was working the non-grill side. I kid you not, after we ordered, neither of them came to check up on our table once. There was only 3 tables on our side, and 3 tables on the other side (I checked while I was leaving to see why I couldnt find a single server). I went with my brother and we sat there for over an hour talking while we were eating, and I was shocked to see that no one came to check up on us even once, NOT A SINGLE TIME. I had to flag someone down to order an extra bowl of rice. I had to get up from my seat and go to the server to ask for my check. The shorter gentleman wasnt too welcoming. The taller gentleman did seem like he had his hands full with the grill side, not sure how the sections were divided though. I still ended up tipping 20%, but they really need to pick up their customer service if they want to get repeat customers. How do you expect customers to tip if you dont even provide any service? Not coming to the table once is ridiculous, it would be hard to understand even if the restaurant was busy, but when theres only 6 tables total, theres no excuse at all. The food and side dishes were good which is why Im leaving 3 stars, and I would really love to support small businesses and come back to update my review to 5 stars. I will be back since the food was good, but I really hope they fix their service so that they can grow their business! I ordered the Kalbi Dolsot Bibimbap plus Dwenjang Jjigae combo and Pork Bulgogi, both were pretty good! 4.5/5 if they had better service, a bit on the pricier range but everything is expensive nowadays.

Ah, it was delicious. Agujiri is probably the best in Dallas? I think it is right now... The tripe soft tofu was also delicious. The ribs were a bit saucy. It was sparse, but it was still delicious. The elderly person who went with me said he didnt have an appetite, but fortunately he ate well. It was a bit far and I had a bit of trouble finding the place, but it was still good for the price... For those who live in Plano Hope you like it Damn I came back with the idea of eating black cod fish.

Part of our food order was excellent (spicy chicken wings & rice cakes). The other dish we ordered had a very strange taste that left a bitter taste in our mouths & a tingling sensation. I actually thought something was wrong with it. We asked about it & they said it was a seasoning & normal. The service was terrible. No one came to our table except to take our order & bring food. Not even a water refill. I had to get up & ask someone to bring more. We were the only table in the restaurant.

What can I say that hasnt already been said? My husband and I have tried soo many kbbq (and jbbq) restaurants in the DFW area. Won has them all beat by far. We always went for ayce options because we werent sure about the portion sizes at the places that werent. Well Im going to tell you thats not a problem here. The portions are perfect, and as the owner, Roy, so kindly told us, when you step away from ayce and into a set menu, theres room to improve the quality of the meat. The quality of the meat was outstanding. Normally I would complain about lack of seasoning/marinade, but the meat 100% did not need it. Just a tiny dip in the provided salt is all you need. They also do all the cooking for you so you can focus on enjoying your company, which is so nice! Im usually the designated griller and while I dont mind, it isnt very relaxing. The side dishes were incredible and plentiful, I think this is the first time we didnt ask for refills on anything just because there was so much!! And lastly, the dessert they give you is an ice cold rice punch, which after all of the rich, fatty meat, is so so refreshing. 110/10, we will be back with friends!

The.BEST.chicken wings ever!! Get the stir fried chicken with spicy sauce. Heat level is maybe a 2 out of 5. It is CRISPY , hot and delicious. I will be dreaming of it forever. Nengmyun is perfect for the hot summer days. The broth flavor deepens as the Slushy broth melts.

I never leave any reviews. This is my 1st time ever leaving a review, because its been a while I havent had a good Korean bbq. The food was great! The quality of the meat was excellent, the quantity of meat in the combo was really generous and the price was not crazy expensive. The grill was clean! The variety of the banchan was awesome, and they ALL tasted so impeccably delicious with the right amount of sodium and spices , that everything felt super healthy., The waitress and waiter were really professional and gave us excellent service. The restaurant was very busy when we got sat. We had an Asian boy served on us. The food is good but not worth the cost or wait for us. The service was extremely slow. There was only 1 server for the whole restaurant for a Thursday dinner crowd. They were definitely not prepared. We prefer to cook our own food anyway, but when theyre slow to bring out food, thats a problem. We came to try largely because they have egg souffle, it was very disappointing because it wasnt brought out to us until the end of our meal, which was an hour and a half later. We asked for extra sides, and the server forgot, so that was another 15-minute wait. The server, owner, and kitchen help all were very nice and friendly though!

Aaah, so good! Our first time trying Kbbq. I called because this was a busy weekend and two of the other bigger restaraunts were fully booked. Very glad I did as this place was awesome. As soon as we came in, they recognized me from the phone and were very warmly welcoming. Water comes in a carafe, sodas in the can. Our server actually prepared our food for us, which I appreciated since I had no idea what I was doing yet haha The combo was nicely ordered - each new meat was better and softer than the last so there were no low points. Steamed eggs were good, pickled green radish incredible, we were fighting over the cheesy corn. They didnt rush us even though we came in really close to closing and were the last table there. Nice little place in a strip mall. Not all you can eat but the Combo (B I think?) That we got was plenty for us 3. Parking: Smaller place, so plenty of parking in the strip mall front.

Ive visited Won BBQ twice since they opened in late March and have really enjoyed both experiences! First time was with a big group of 12 for lunch after church on a Sunday very soon after they opened and second time was about four weeks later, with a group of 5 adults and 2 children for Friday night dinner. Both times the staff were super kind and attentive. My immediate table for four ordered beef & pork bbq set A our first time, and the second time we ordered beef & pork bbq set B. Happy to report that the second time, instead of us having to specifically ask for things like samjang, radish paper, and rice like we did the first time, everything was preemptively brought out before our meats arrived. I also really love that the bbq sets come with egg soufflé, soybean stew, and corn cheese. Quality of items especially the meats is all really amazing, and my husband and I had a great time both times. Seafood pancake could be crispier but the kids loved the japchae and our favorite dish of the night our second time was the wings. So moist and flavorful! Definitely a must order. Employees cook all the meats for you so you dont have to worry about things burning, and theyll even ask how you like your meat cooked and try to meet your preferences. We had our beef cuts perfectly medium rare! The banchan is really good too; lots of choices and our favorite, fish cake, was super flavorful. Need to come back and try the yukhoe and the large plate galbijjim $90 for one dish is a bit steep for just me and my husband so well have to come back with a larger group again Won BBQ is quickly becoming our go-to Korean place, especially when were craving KBBQ. Great Korean BBQ. The meat is excellent. The prices may seem steep at first, but know what to order. I ordered an appetizer dish (seafood pajeon) which was delicious, and 2 orders of marinated rib. This was enough for 2 kids, my wife and I. They bring additional complimentary side dishes (egg, tofu soup, an grilled corn cheese). It came out to roughly $25/person. Good deal for good quality beef. Expectacular service.

Friend saw a TikTok about this place but i was skeptical because TikTok had done me wrong before but I was pleasantly surprised. Best kbbq spot in town with prime beef choices and great non bbq menu also with Chinese food as well. Owners are super nice and friendly. They are Chinese but speak both Korean and English fluently. The food quality is amazing from the sides to the meat. They cook it for you and our group of four got the beef combo and highly recommend. Also had the Chinese chicken wings and they are so good I may come back just to have them. They have a sweet spicy Mala flavor. Overall I have to say again that this is the best kbbq in Dallas and it is my new fave. I will be back soon.

Great customer service, high-quality of meat! I went here with my parents (3 people) on Monday for dinner and we ordered Beef A course and beef tartare. At first, we thought it was kinda costly, but as we tried the amount of meats, it was 100% worth it. We actually did not finished all and packed beef brisket for togo. Moreover, there were a lot of side dishes (as long as i remember about 8 side dishes) and I really liked the cute detail of chopstick paper bag. Side dishes were really good and the quality of meats was way above my expectations. To compared other well-known KBBQ restaurants, this place is the best KBBQ I have ever tried. I recommend you to visit here with ur family or with friends to enjoy the special night!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The food here was absolutely delicious. Everything was amazing as well as its service. It just opened a few days ago, and I can see this restaurant getting super busy soon. We skipped the korean bbq part and tried their dish items. There are a ton of different Korean and Chinese dishes. I was pretty much in an astonishing state when the food came to the table. The food was pipping hot, sizzling, large portions, beautiful presentations, and just mouth watering. It was really hard for me to pick a favorite dish. We had a variety of tasty dishes. Each one was thought out carefully with its own unique delicious flavors. All goes nice with their cold, slushy beer and ice filtered water. I saw an early review raving about the sweet and sour pork and just had to try it. It was interesting as it attacks your taste buds; crunchy, chewy, tangy, sweet, and sour. A must try. I love how the restaurant is split up in having a dining/bar side while korean bbq is enclosed on another area. Its great not having to smell like Korean bbq on your clothes or walking into a room of meaty smoke when youre not eating by the grill. Service here is top-notch. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely come back and try their other dishes and check out the korean bbq area.

New place just opened today, we saw galbi Jjim and we needed to try it. Tldr: large portions, great food. So far the best galbi Jjim in town. 28.95 for the galbi Jjim. They also have a larger size. We shared the regular size between two people. It came with plenty of meat and veggies. It was very soft and tender, but with a good chew, cooked just right. We tried the chadol tofu soup (beef brisket). Right amount of spice. Looks spicier than it is and flavorful. Then we had the haemul pancake (seafood scallion pancake). Lots of shrimp, squid and muscles. They also had a good selection of banchan (side dishes). It was plenty of food for two people, so we took our extra galbi Jjim and seafood pancake Togo. Staff was very sweet and attentive. We will come back with a larger group.

Went in to try a new BBQ spot and got blown away. The ingredients were some of the highest quality I ve had in Texas & the flavor was authentic with that hearty, homemade taste.
