We decided to rent out two vip lanes for my daughter s 7th bday and ended up having a small issue with one of the lanes but management went above and beyond to take care of the issue. The server was great, the food was amazing. Will definitely keep going back here as much as possible. Their 36 pizza is big enough to feed over 10 people.

This place displays racism. The worst n most Terrible service i ever had we had a work group party there we was 2 tickets to the bar covers only beer n wine it was 3pm i utilized 1 ticket for a glass of wine he poured a sip of wine so 2 small swallows it was done. We went to play arcade for an hour afterwards i tried to utilize my second ticket they proceeded to tell me there cutting me off from the bar. In total confusion i asked why he said because we can. I had only walked up to that bar 1 time in the 3 hours we were there it was absolutely no reason 4 this. No liquor 1 small glass of wine. I asked for an explanation very weird n racist behavior hence i was the ONLY BLACK WOMEN In the entire establishment never again will i attend this place. Top golf in DAVE N BUSTERS in way funner. I couldnt believe the way they treated me im 44 years of age in never in my life have i been cutt off at a bar after 1 small glass of red wine poor judgment n racism

Expensive and underwhelming. Dropped in on a weekday evening to celebrate my daughter s birthday and was unimpressed. Our bowling experience was fine, but the food is subpar and the arcade area has multiple games broken or missing parts without any notice. You technically only find this out when you swipe your card and spend $3 worth of credits on something that isn t even playable. We recently attended Main Event (also not great) but somehow this experience may have been worse. I talked to 3 different staff members all who couldn t help, but said they would contact a technician to come take a look. Don t expect much from that as no one came in the 45 minutes we were there. We had $150 invested in game cards alone and at least 5 of the games we played needed maintenance and resulted in wasting a card swipe on. I would have rated this as 1 star, but luckily a 7 year old doesn t fret with such problems as these and still managed to have a good time. And at least the drinks were cold.

Staff ruined it. I paid for a lane on a weekday and the total came out for more than expected so after looking at the receipt I realized I got overcharged like $20. The guy never apologized just called his manager who took like a minute to get there and in the whole minute he just awkwardly stood there and never apologized or anything. The manager then issued a refund and again no one apologized or seemed to care at all

Idek where to start. I left my debit card up there and called the next day. They said they had my debit card because the lady even asked if it was the Mickey Mouse card. She says bring ID when I come get it. So I bring my id and the lady at the front says they don t have it. I ask if they threw it away and they couldn t answer the question. They I say y all described the card to me and my name was on it. Then she remembers but tells me she gave my card to my date. Which doesn t make any sense because he was out of town and they say bring my ID in to get the card. The lady just keeps saying she gave it to him. When, 1. How could he just get my card without having my ID. 2. He was out of town that Sunday when he called for my debit cards. It was just weird and I m mad because they said they had it.

Pretty cool place!! We went to a birthday party there. Not much negative to say here except maybe the pizza is on the same level as chuck E chz. Ya know, kinda medium or low end quality. It was also kind of tough getting a waitor but you can always go to the kitchen area to order. It was also a pretty busy Saturday when we visited. The arcade was pretty cool with up to date games. My family and I visited PINSTACK Plano yesterday for bowling and drinks, but the experience was horrible. The place was dirty with sticky floors and unpleasant bathroom odors. The bowling shoes were worn out, requiring multiple exchanges to find a half decent pair. The lanes were in poor condition with noticeable dips and warping. Its evident that maintenance is lacking. The drinks were average, but overall, the cleanliness and upkeep issues significantly impacted our visit.

I will divide my experience into 3 parts: Bowling: the bowling lanes are not well designed and the balls could barely roll straight. The lanes couldn t capture the remaining balls at each try and you could miss your second try just because the machine didnt put back the balls from previous try. Food: food was pretty good and I liked the quality of fried chicken and the sauces. Games: other games are pretty good and the experience was great. Machines worked well and you could try multiple games with each card refill. Overall wouldn t recommend for bowling but a great place for other games.

I spent a lot of $$ to have a graduation party here, and it was terrible. I would never advise anyone to book a party here. Bad service from the time we walked in until we left. They constantly interrupted our party rudely due to a lack of communication within their management team and party planners. I gave 3 stars only because we had private lanes and the food service was great. But for the overall review, I wish I could have a refund and a do over somewhere else.

Pinstack Plano hosted a musical performance event for local schools, and it was the worst experience I ve ever had. After charging $30 per participant/chaperone, not only did the staff repeatedly tell us to move out of the way of their paying customers , they also marked up menu prices specifically for the people attending our field trip. For instance, a milkshake listed at $10 on their website, printed menu, and table toppers was $14 for field trip attendees and chaperones, and when questioned the staff said the price was higher because children are present today as if children are not present at their location every day. Be prepared to be scammed if you come to Pinstack Plano!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. The bowling alley we were first assigned didn t work, so they sent us to the neighboring one -no problem. Before the first game ended the lane stopped working and we talked to 3 people before someone did anything about. Not to mention the lane was not maintained and unoiled. When paying by the hour it s super frustrating to deal with. Waiter over charged my credit card for drinks we had. When presenting all these issues to the staff they didnt give us a new lane or let us finish the game. They gave us a refund and sent us packing. I won t be back.

Terrible experience here. Lanes were poorly cared for, no oil at all. Staff had a hard time answering questions as well. We paid for an hour of bowling and bowled maybe 10 minutes before our lane broke down and stopped us from continuing. We pressed the service button and nobody came to help for another 10 minutes. We had to flag down staff at which point it was another 10 minutes before our lane was working again. During that time I had gone to the desk to get a refund. They wanted to just extend our play time but due to the time of closing we would not have been able to get a full hour of play. The staff was polite and did give me a refund although they had a hard time doing it. The lane started working again for 5 minutes before breaking down again. We tried to switch lanes to a working lane but the staff refused because we had already received a refund. The lanes were mostly empty as well, only 1 or 2 other groups there. How much of a hastle could it have been to let us continue to throw balls down a lane for the remainder of time we originally paid for. What terrible hospitality.... Do better.

We had my kid s birthday party here and chose the ultimate games package. That includes game cards for non-ticket games and the ropes course. The game cards didn t work on any game and I had to track down each kid and exchange the cards which wasted at least 15 minutes of the hour and a half they had. The ropes course was closed due to not enough employees working. So, essentially I didn t get part of the party package I paid for, and there was nothing I could do about it. But I m still giving 3 stars, because the employees who were there were nice and the other games were fun, it was just poor management I think.

If I were a teenager I think I may not mind waiting 30 minutes for a cheese burger and fries that arrived with no cheese. Or the lane that kept getting stuck and then when we were switched to the next lane over it too wasnt working. Luckily the folks I was with were able to get a refund on the bowling. The kids enjoyed bowling what little they were able to complete but it will be a long time before someone can invite me to meet them at Pinstack again. And to top it off this is on a Wednesday night. I cant imagine going on a Saturday after this.

I have been a frequent customer to pinstack plano since 1 year but the service I visited in my last visit was not at all accepted . The machines were not working fine ..I accept that might be a technical defect and I was fine with that but later when I was paying the bill . They were very rude . They were clearly showing racism. This place fun for the most part. One of the lanes we were using was having issues but staff memeber helping was super nice and apologetic (even though it wasn t her fault). They even went as far as to move us to another lane and extend our playing time. The food was typical bowling alley food and it tasted decent. It was hot when they brought it out and it didn t take to long. The arcade is a bit pricey but they have a huge selection of games. They also have an obstacle course above the arcade that look both fun and dangerous.

Horrible service. We got charged for an extra pizza and drink that we DIDNT order and added 2 dollars to the price of the extra pizza and gave us NO explanation. Came in on a Saturday around 1 and were able to get an alley in about 20 min. Price was much better than I anticipated - after $4.50 rentals per person, it was $84 for an hour and a half. The price goes up after 2 o clock, so I recommend getting in line before then. Beer prices weren t bad either, got a 32 oz Dos Equis for $11. We tried extending our time but by 3:30 they had a 2.5 hour wait and we couldn t extend due to them being on a wait.

We are disappointed this year. We bought the VIP status last year in August. It seemed good then. Now, not so much. The app is terrible!! Our points do t show up properly. I couldnt load the card I bought in August. Some games took more points from the card than it should have. Seemed to charge us for 2 players instead of one. So disgusting

For my first time going to Pinstack I didn t have a good experience. Most of the games didn t work and will still take credits from the card. I had to go multiple times to the bowling front desk to get my credits back. Manager was really nice though and helped us. The staff member didn t seem enthusiastic with us when we played the laser game, 2 minutes in the game we had to leave the room and keep changing our vest since they wouldn t work.

Pinstack provided me with my first rock climbing experience, which I thoroughly enjoyed! The facility offers a range of activities like bowling, arcade games, and laser tag, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. However, the service was a bit slow during my visit, especially given the peak hours. Additionally, while the food was decent, I found it to be a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall, Pinstack Plano is a great place to try new activities and have fun with friends, despite some room for improvement in service and pricing.

Super fun!! And super awesome staff. We had an issue with one waiter but the manager was quick to fix the problem and made sure we got everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and visit again!
