Oralia flowers and gifts has fast and outstanding awesome service!!! I called on a Sunday afternoon, from out of state. They were fast to take to funeral home that same day. I fully recommend them. Terrible, they agreed to deliver at 9 am and it arrived at 11, with a brown Valentines Day stuffed animal that is clearly for a man, if they didnt have it they wouldnt have offered it and 4 burnt roses from the arrangement, the floral arrangement was for a woman, we are in June nothing to see that brown bear at the wrong time

Delivery wasnt on time they promised and was missing the balloon. Called back to see whats went wrong , the lady wasnt sure if she charged it or not. The first time I called and finish purchasing the flowers , they read everything back to me and the balloon was included so how can they forget. Might give them a second chance.

Hello I had a terrible experience. I order flowers for my sister. I specify that I didnt want it them to call my sister and first thing they did was calling my sister and told her that they need it to deliver some flowers for her and I told them to deliver early and didnt happen I pay over 200 terrible

Great place, with great owners and employees alike.. I have purchased an arrangement and a bouquet as well. Both were done on time, delivered on time and priced just right. If you love their gorgeous arrangements youll be blown away with their excellent customer service. I will admit, they were not my first choice, not because of their products or pricing but because my wifes place of employment seems to be surrounded by much closer flower shops. I tried explaining to others what I needed and how I needed it delivered, none would help. Glad I decided to expand my search. I have used Oralias shop twice and intend on continuing using them for all our flower and arrangement needs. Thank you Oralia Flowers and Gifts.

Man I had the best experience great atmosphere great flowers and gifts, I got exactly what I needed for my girlfriend. We were visiting from Florida and I stopped inside to get her some roses. The guy helping me named juan looked like George Lopez and we joked about it. 100/5 stars if I could do that haha

Excellent flowers, great service, and a good value and I never even stepped in the store . I will definitely order flowers again from here. I found them online while looking for standing flower arrangements for a funeral. Since I was buying these from across the state, they sent me images of different arrangements via text. I was able to select what I wanted as if I was in the store. Owner speaks mostly Spanish but with very little English but she was spoke slowly for me and answered every question I had. I completed the transaction completely over the phone.

My husband and I purchased birthday Flowers for his grandmother who lives in Texas. Unfortunately the Flowers were delivered to another address and whoever it was signed for them. We dont blame Oralia Flowers and Gifts in this. Mistakes happen and whoever signed for it, knowing that it was meant for someone else was dishonest in taking them. Oralia Flowers and Gifts went above and beyond to make this right. They made them and delivered them to my grandmother the day they figured out something had happened. I had originally ordered a basket of flowers and a balloon. They delivered a basket that was much bigger than the one we had ordered and put two extra balloons on it. She loved them! Mistakes happen but what really sets a company apart is their willingness to make it right to you. Oralia Flowers and Gifts is a company with beautiful flowers and integrity. We send flowers to her for every birthday and will be using them again next year.

My husband purchased 2 dozen roses, I only got 21 roses and they were not fresh, he paid 129.00. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A 60 ARRANGEMENT FROM SAMS. VERY DISAPPOINTING. INSTEAD OF ME ENJOYING MY ROSES, I AM CALLING THEM TO COMPLAIN AND THEN THE OWNER DOES NOT UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGLISH. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!
