The food was fine. We arrived at 8:20 and were told we had to get food to go because they were closing. They were out of grilled chicken. Closing time was 9:00. I asked about it and they told me they start closing at 8:30. They were shutting down 40 minutes before the posted closing time.

Update: ownership reached out to me and apologized for my experience and made it 100% right. I went back and re ordered my food and everything was 100 times better. Im happy to update this review. I can t tell you how disappointed we are with the food here. Soooo frustrating!! We were charging our ev right outside the parking lot and a Tik Tok video came on our phone about the Kebab shop Wrap. IT LOOKED AMAZING!! Power of the internet. lol. We were like we definitely want that wrap now!! I walked in so excited like you can even hear it in my voice when I was ordering. The nice gentleman took my order and I was like I want that wrap with the lamb and everything on it!! He said everything?? I was like Hell yeah I saw it was like $17 something for the wrap. It didn t faze me one bit!! I was like oh this is going to be amazing !! Holy crap what a freaking disappointment. Honestly after being charged $33 for a wrap and a plate I felt so disrespected when I opened this thing. lol. I was so frustrated I couldn t go back in. This wrap had nothing in it but beef and a little bit of greens and a little bit of onion. No sauce No feta No tomato or cucumber. I know this sounds dramatic and you won t believe this but they gave it to me in a burnt taco wrap. It was terrible!!! How dare you charge me $18 for a wrap and serve me this??!! I was so upset my wife didn t want me to go inside and say anything. I just went home on a Friday night with probably the most disappointed dinner I ve ever had. I ve been eating Mediterranean food in Austin for over 2 decades. I ve been everywhere and I ve never been so dissatisfied. Mrs owner but whoever worked 9/7 around 630pm doesn t care about your business one bit.

Just had Kebab Shop about 30 mins ago. Was so good, i had to write a review as soon as i got home. I ve had cali burritos before and their cali wrap was awesome. Their set up is great, where you can self serve the different sauces, and fountain drinks. The atmosphere was chill and the restaurant was clean. The food is a little on the pricey side and probably won t go there all the time.

The food to me was nothing special. The wraps are a great size but they dont have much of a variety as to what you would like inside them, which wasnt what I had expected. This place tastes good, but for the $80 I spent on a family meal that feeds 4 I got a tray of rice, one of fries, and one of salad which is great but the meat portion was really small . I got 4 little portions of meat on top of the rice for what I paid which I felt was not family size or relative to the price. Pretty misleading, maybe feeds 4 children but not adults for sure. Also the fries were soggy.

Cashier listened to me list everything I wanted in my kebab and when he read back my order it was just the default toppings.... not sure why he wasnt paying attention the first time? Nice portion of meat in the beef lamb wrap. They dont charge for the OG garlic, fire chili, or cilantro jalapeño sauces. Dining in, the dining area was clean and well stocked with sauces. Napkins, and cutlery. Like everywhere the price was high, about $15.00 for the lamb/beef wrap.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! Fresh, unique and clean! Louisa, placed my order and brought my food out before my buzzard went off. I bought the marinated steak kebab wrap with a side of brown rice and their Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus! This hummus was unreal! The kebabs and flavors are always on point. I usually come with the wife and 5 children and am all in for $60 or so. Today I came by myself for lunch and ordered a Gyro without looking at the price. When it was rung up, it came to over $17. Insane that what equates to a healthy burrito, mostly filled with veggies and 1/4 filled with meat. Inflation is out if control. I would happily pay $10-12 since it is filling, healthy, and delicious -- but near $20 is absolutely criminal for a fast food joint. I didnt even get a drink or any sides.

Nicole, the hostess, is very kind, patient and accommodating. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. I ve had many different items on their menu, and they all taste great. I just wish they had more sauce options. I ordered online about 45 minutes before closing time. After a baseball game at the highschool nearby. When I got there there was still over 30 minutes until closing. The guy was totally rude. For no reason acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me over 30 minutes before closing. While multiple families sat and ate. When I got my food it was awful. Literally inedible. I have been a regular patron of the Kebab shop and I must say it has consistently exceeded my expectations. I can t get enough of their amazing food! Seriously, everytime I swing by I m blown away by how fresh everything is. Whether I m digging into their grilled saffron chicken (which is my absolute favorite), saffron rice that s bursting with flavor or their crispy French fries - it s all to notch. If you decide to try, don t forget to also get some of their pita bread and hummus - they are delicious and taste so darn fresh! Love the Kebab shop - all of the locations in TX. It s a taste of San Diego in ATX as a Mediterranean chain that originated from there. The grilled chicken is the best I ve had at any fast casual restaurant. Go to favorites are the grilled chicken plate or the grilled chicken wrap. Ha.. it s the closest thing to a good burrito I can find in the area. The spicy cilantro and garlic yogurt sauce are tasty too! Oh and kids eat free in store on weekends which is nice.

The fries were delicious, very crisp and light! The rice was good, cooked well with a good flavor. The steak kebab was well seasoned and had a nice char on it. The lamb/beef combo had a nice flavor that complimented the rice well. The cilantro jalepeno sauce was delicious! Had a medium spice level, and was good with the meat and rice and French fries. Of course the garlic yogurt was amazing too. Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Saturdays and Sundays!! It was a ton of food for a kids meal!

We love the Kebab Shop in Pflugerville! The restaurant is always clean, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the music is great! Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten free. Kid-friendliness: The are always patient and allow my 6yo to order for herself!

I tried the Lamb Beef Doner. It is the only halal item they have. It tasted good, nothing special. Tabouleh salad is far from authentic, garden salad is just tomatoes and cucumber. Hummos was great

Like the falafel cart in NYC except the falafel is nice and crispy. The streak kabobs are seasoned to perfection and really tender. The Greek salad was a great pairing. I also tried the chicken which was also tasty. The food comes out fast and streaming hot. Vegetarian options: Falafel, chickpea salad, Greek salad

I ordered lunch from The Kebab Shop for the first time using Lunchdrop which delivers food from local restaurants on a rotating basis to my office. I got The Box with greens, carved lamb & beef, pickled onion, spicy chili and added feta (extra charge). The meat was cold and the portion size for the meat, feta and salad was fairly anemic. For $15, the feta should be included and you should get more food. On the plus side, the meat tasted good. Tip for the restaurant - wrap your meat in foil so it at least arrives warm.

Definitely NOT what we were expecting at all. Service sucked. No polite manners or even eye contact. Gave the guy our order. He turned the tablet and it was defaulted to a 25% tip. Gave zero tip because all he did was enter it on a tablet and turn it. Then when our buzzer went off we went over to get our food. When we looked in the bag the guy handed us we saw it was definitely not our order. The clerk came over, took the bag out of my hands and handed it to another customer. No sorry about that or even eye contact. Nothing. Then when our actual order was ready it was very disappointing. My wife asked for no onions at all, multiple times, and both of ours were full of onions. Meat was minimal to say the least. It was basically just a salad full of onions and its served in a tortilla. No pita bread. Will definitely not return. They were both so bad we threw them both away and picked up something else for dinner.

Placed an over $40 order on their website for delivery. An hour past the estimated delivery time, still no food. Tried calling 8 times, but it kept looping to the message stating in was their soft opening, which I believe was 2 years ago. My husband drove to the restaurant and our food was there. It had never left. No apology. No money back. The food is cold and dry. Never again.

I was really looking forward to eating my meal. I ordered a kabob plate and their new steak kabob special. When I got my food home, I was disappointed to see a steak kabob and a tortilla! Thats it! It was not rolled up like a Shawarma sandwich as it was displayed in the image at the front register. Just a plane ol kabob and a freaking tortilla!!! Also. This place is supposed to be a new restaurant, and my soda tastes disgusting! It tastes like a dirty tap. I know this because I used to work in the restaurant industry for years, and I know what soda coming out of a dirty tap tastes like. ITS GROSS!!! How can you have a dirty tap and be a new restaurant unless they are using old USED machines. Its not difficult to clean your soda machine taps every night. Who knows what kind of bacteria and mold are all left in those taps. THEY ARE SERVING MOLD AND BACTERIATO THIERCUSTOMERS!!! When I called to talk to someone about this massive screw up I got no answer. I called 4 times in a row, and no one could answer the phone. I love Kabobs, and I love this kind of food. Ill never eat here ever again! I do not recommend this place. You will get overcharged while not receiving the food you ordered.

We love coming here to get the steak kabob wrap and the California wrap. I love how large the wraps are and they do not skimp on the meat or veggies.
