HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I placed my reservation online with my Goldman Sachs s Mastercard. Travelled a far distance to get here. Greeted by the front desk lady, and she quickly informed me that I cannot get the room due to the Apple Pay. I told her I can just swipe the card. She responded not with that card. I said but it s a Mastercard. She said her building policy denies Apple Card s. No where on the website does it say this. They also have a sign on the front door that they accept Mastercard. I called their customer service and they did not understand why this location was treating me this way. The customer service representative tried to speak with the front desk lady to help get my room, but was told she will not provide me a room because of this policy. Customer service informed me they could not do anything because this is a franchise location. This was my first time coming here and I felt like they treated me like crap. They cancelled my reservation and told me to book a different room at a higher price, and use a different card. I was so shocked at this hospitality. I do not recommend this location.

TV did not work even after asking for help for 2 days internet was bad and my husband needed to connect to work from the hotel but he couldnt, room was not clean or made if you are staying longer than 2 days so inconvenient, you need to ask for towels. The pool was out of service but they didnt communicate its we found out on our own no discount was awarded

I have been frequently going to this hotel on and off since February, and the service is 100% consistent each time! The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and the management was incredibly accommodating to a block stay for my work as of recent! The rooms are very clean and well kept! Hotel is incredibly convenient to what Pflugerville has to offer! I would recommend this for any stay, whether for overnight or an extended stay!

Hotel overbooked and canceled my reservation on the Hawthorn side for a room with kitchen/stove/seating area that I had made a month prior to ensure my family was comfortable for 3 night stay. Initially told by the main reservation number that there was nothing they could do but try and book another reservation at a higher rate. I called the hotel directly and was told I did have a reservation. Arrived at hotel and was told I was booked into a comparable room on the La Quinta side. Room was not comparable. It was a standard room. No kitchen/stove or extra seating area. Received a sorry and $58 credit. This was our first stay at this hotel and will be our last.

Every thing was great! The room was quiet and had blackout blinds. There was a lot of families here but I heard no noise at night! I was given a room in the Hawthorne section, which was a nice surprise because it had a tiny kitchen and fridge. I m glad I stayed here, and will definitely return.

To the woman that helped us last night get a room last minute, Im sorry I dont remember your name but you were an amazing help!! Our AC went out late last night, long story short I called this hotel and reserved a room. We got there about 10pm completely dead tired and the woman at the desk had the unfortunate responsibility of letting us know whatever call center I talked to did not actually make us a reservation. But this woman turned what could have been a bad situation into a good and fun experience. She found us a room and got us taken care of. The room was clean and nice and breakfast the next morning was actually very good.

I did like that the hotel is located in the middle of shopping plazas. There are many restaurants nearby. We didn t utilize the pool area, but it was nice. The hotel was fairly clean. Although the hotel was fairly clean the first room we checked into on the first floor had a roach under the covers on the first bed. The only accommodation we received was another room but on the second floor. Upon informing the front desk attendant of the issue she stated, We do not have those problems. As if I am not being truthful. I did not like that I was not issued a discount or refund because I specifically asked for a very clean and sanitized room due to having my children with me. This place deserves 10 stars!!! This is the cleanest LaQuinta that I have stayed in. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and professional. The stay was wonderful! The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and polite, I believe her name was Ghendski (probably messing up spelling)and her customer service was top notch! The woman who organizes and keeps breakfast stocked was fantastic. Breakfast was awesome and she was on top of anything and everything that needed refilling or cleaning up. Finally, a big shout out to housekeeping anf the front desk woman (didnt get her name) for rescuing my pillow that I forgot in our room when we checked out. I called and let them know and they already had it waiting for me in the 25 minutes it took us to drive back to the hotel. I cant thank the staff enough for all their hard work, its noticed and appreciated. Thank you so much and we would love to return to this La Quinta.

Just stayed here last night for a last-minute staycation for fun. We got the King Suite. Check-in was smooth, the receptionist remembered me from the phone call and gave us extra linens for the pull-out couch without us even asking. The lobby was large, immaculate, and smelled great. Tons of snack and food options for purchase including candy, microwave meals, wine, popcorn, sweets, chips, pickles, Advil, allergy meds, toiletries, etc. Easy to pay with a self-service terminal in the lobby. I think this location was built in 2022 so everything is new, shiny, clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. I literally have OCD and brought disinfecting wipes to the hotel room: there was ZERO discoloration on them after cleaning the bathroom floors, surfaces, sink, you name it. The room was easily the cleanest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. Great in-room amenities. Didnt hear any of our hotel room neighbors, either. Fresh breakfast with tasty food. I eat ketogenic/low carb/low sugar and I was able to eat without an issue. I had a great time with my family and would stay here again based on the cleanliness alone, not to mention all of the other bonuses. We live in the area so were familiar with the shopping, but the hotel is in the middle of tons of shopping and food options so you dont have to travel far at all. Great proximity to 130 and 45. Peaceful big skies from our hotel window.

We stayed here while having some work done on our house. Ghinesky at the front desk was wonderful! She provided us with all the information we needed about staying with our dogs, when breakfast was, etc. She was also kind enough to track down a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. The hotel is clean, modern, and has free breakfast and wifi. Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had mini Dove cucumber melon bath products (Dove changed the name to Cool Moisture a few years back, but the scent is still cucumber melon). There was a min8 fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. Multiple plug and USB outlets. Free cable (satellite, idk?). Breakfast was standard continental fare, with a few daily variations for the hot items . They offer a variety of flavored creamers for the 24 hour free coffee bar (we didnt even use the in room coffee maker, lol). One of the waffle makers is Texas shaped, which is fun. We didnt use the outdoor pool, but it looked well maintained. The fitness center offers a few cardio options, dumbbells, and one of those adjustable weight machines you can dona few different exercises on. There are coin operated laundry machines available on multiple floors, as well as the standard ice machines. There is also an on-site market with a self-check out where you can purchase snacks, drinks, toiletries, charging cables, etc. Our only issue was that my husband was unable to connect to his works VPN (as many other reviewers have stated) through the free wifi. But he just drove home and worked in the backyard while the house work was being done. Walkability: Its within a short walking distance to the Stone Hill shopping center, which has Target, many other shopping options, and a variety of restaurants. Theres also a park, Stone Hill Park, a short walk away. The park has a play structure, bathrooms, and a dog park if youre there with kids and pets and need to get out for a bit. The park has its own short walking trail, but there is also a longer walking trail, Highland Park North Trail, that connects to the park.

We had a quick stay here. It was pleasant. Room was clean. Be sure to turn A/C on when you get in room before you go to sleep. We had it on 69. It was still so hot all night. Ended up turning the temp lower. Still slept on top of covers. If you have a family bigger then 2 ask for extra shampoo and conditioner. Tiny little bottles. Front desk attendant was nice. Breakfast had the normal continental items. Coffee, Eggs, sausage, biscuits Ect. The lady that tended the breakfast was very pleasant. Will stay here again.

I stayed here for one night in a quick trip for work. The hotel is clean and the front desk attendant was friendly. However, I needed to spend several hours working in my room and the desk chair was broken, and their wifi was blocking my corporate VPN. We had previously stayed at this location with our dogs and paid the typical $25 per pet per night fee. We booked again and when we arrived were told the pet fee is $250 non refundable! Plus the $25 per pet fee meaning it would have cost well over $400 just for the night. Luckily they agreed to refund so we chose other accommodations but that s a pretty wild amount to ask for and we definitely won t be back.

I called the onsite location and spoke with Nick. I had equested a copy of my invoice and let him know that it would be a little different way to look it up. I have to do these for work so I know its a little bit different. He told me it couldnt be done, so I asked to speak to the manager. He asked me why?. I told him that sometimes a manager knows how to check the way I was describing. He identified as the manager. Later I find out that his manager is not there. He cannot transfer me to their voicemail and email is my only method of contact. So I took the email address, triple confirmed it, and yes, the email was returned with a bad address. I then proceeded to call corporate, transferred to customer service, about 30 minutes later I gave up. I wont be booking my companys travel a LaQuinta unfortunately.

My wife and I entered the pool, and at the side of the pool, embraced and began kissing. The acting assistant manager approached us, asked us to stop, and told us it was a family pool. We assumed this meant that he was asking us to stop kissing, which we did, but we continued holding each other. At about 950, we got out of the pool, feeling slightly embarrassed, and headed back to our room. 20 minutes later, there was an aggressive knock on the door, where the front desk lady and two cops were waiting. My wife and I were being intimate, and we were both startled and surprised at this response. We were informed by the cops that the assistant manager had told them that we had refused to stop groping each other in front of children at the pool and when asked to leave we refused. We were told that the assistant manager wanted us to leave or we would be arrested. I was shocked, angry, and embarrassed. I asked if I could close the door while we put our clothes back on and packed. The cops told me no, and they stuck their feet in the door. They kept the door open, while my wife and I had to put clothes on and pack. I asked that we not be charged for our stay, as we had barely spent any time there and we had not actually violated any rules. I was assured that it would be taken care of. We went next door and stayed at the TRU and had no problems. We were charged for the stay. I attempted to get a refund through expedia, through which we reserved the room, and the refund was denied. Maybe we just got unlucky. We went next door to the TRU and got much better service and amenities.

So I stayed here on Monday and it was a good hotel room but there was a few flaws about the room. The couch bed had a lot of crumbs on it and it had red stains on it as well. Also the shower was not the best because the water only came out extremely hot, even if you turn the knob too cold it still wouldn t work. Everything else was good so overall it was good.

They do not have anything to drink for breakfast except coffee and water. Juice machine has been out of order for the 2 days I stayed here. Rooms are nice but my air unit made a loud think every few minutes, which often startled me awake.

I used to be the AGM OF THIS PROPERTY I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE HOTEL AS WELL AS SANDPIPER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THE TRAINING CIDEOS THAT THOMAS CONSTRUCTION HAS PROVIDED ARE IN THE EMAILS THAT SANDPIPER PROVIDED TO MYSELF AND RYAN NEGRON AND WAS ALSO PUT ON A USB DRIVE FOR MAINTENANCE. Worst experience ever at la quinta stayed for the weekend dont know what protocol is for a stay is but room was not cleaned had to go ask for towels cause they didnt even do that bed frame was broken box spring was falling and bed was leaning to a side so had no rest told front desk about the problem and was told maintenance would be notified but I guess they do whatever they want cause it was not fixed will never stay here again very disappointed Walkability: Shopping walking distance

Not bad for a La Quinta. They close their alternate doors at night time (aka 6:00 pm) which was unfortunate because all of the parking is mostly in the back. Had to walk around the property to the main entrance with all of our stuff. Questionable stain in bathroom shower. Smoke detector over bed had THE BRIGHTEST light flashing all night long. Also, if you re annoyed easily by the sound of people walking/stomping above you, avoid this hotel. A 5000 pound elephant stayed above us.

Hotel is new so that s very nice, my room wasn t all that clean stains on the desk and the shower which was disappointing. The front desk (male) attendant during Night Shift (9pm) when I arrived was very rude. Overall quality was decent but experience could definitely be improved to 5 stars.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this clean, comfy, and welcoming hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The area has tons places to eat as well as a Target and several other stores. This hotel has only been open for less than two weeks which is why it doesnt have many reviews but, if youre staying in the area, I would highly recommend it. The only suggestion I would make would be that they add a pet relief area with waste disposal units since they are a pet friendly hotel. However, we would absolutely stay here again!
