It was freaking great the off-road portion was intense, great for a regular rider but not for a novice and you have to know which way to go or you can get lost but my wife and I are definitely going back

This is one of my go to running parks. Safe neighborhoods and no homeless people! A few good hills. The only things the city could do to improve is put a few lights on the path like Buffalo Bayou and bathrooms.

This is by far one of my favorite and most user friendly locations to bike or hike both on and off road! Key take aways. 1. Very spacious walk ways with ample room for all users from bikes, trikes, strollers, or even small groups of people walking and riding! 2. The off road trails are lengthy and just right for beginner to medium experienced riders or people who want some cross-country feel while running/walking! *Be careful after heavier rains, because the off road trail become somewhat slick and easier to slip and fall both on bikes and on foot* 3. The paved portion of the trails actually lead into a near by neighborhood that is very well maintained and friendly for all variety of users. It also makes it much easier to figure out your desired time or distance and adjust accordingly to you wants/needs! All in all I recommend this location to anyone who would like a quality experience both on and off road exercise! *Only down side is the very limited parking but there is a large parking area near the shopping center very close by giving easy access to the trail entry!

This is a nice place for individuals or families to enjoy walking, running, or biking. It connects 3 housing divisions. Most people are very considerate of others. And while there are often dogs they are always on a leash. You may even spot a rabbit or two. The complete trail is about 4 miles. The downside is the parking is very scarce. So you may have to park at the shopping center and walk over to the park.

Love the fact that the city has a trail plan and that they are executing on the plan. Cant wait for this trail to be extended further North. Ive heard that it will eventually connect to the University of Houston Clear Lake campus on Pearland Parkway. Well done city of Pearland! These are the things that will keep are community vibrant and attractive.

The sidewalks are nice, even and wide. The sights are nice, this trail has a wooded area, a bridge and plenty of room. There arent usually a lot of people in the trail at any given time, mostly because of the lack of parking. There are like 4 spots and one handicapped spot. The loading spot for the handicapped space is frequently used as a regular spot and sometimes people block part of the drive to park. Other than that issue, the place is wonderful.

Nice walk big n wide sidewalk... its actually longer than what the map says... just keep going and eventually it snakes behind and around some houses ... I did a bit over 3 miles starting from the new bridge/parking spot on Pearland Pkwy across from Honby Lobby... next time Im bringing my bike to take the route to the right before the bridge :)

Expansive set of walk/bike trails with some off-road options. There some nice tree- lined/covered spots and a few rest areas with tables. The trail does go beyond Hughes Rd and I entered in Provincial Village Park from Green Tee. Nice ride.
