I have been going to Dennys for years, and I usually have no complaints. This time, it was disappointing. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Fries. The description on the menu says its a blend of provolone, American and White Cheddar Cheese- I ended up with 2 pieces of Kraft, slapped between 2 long pieces of bread. They werent even enough to cover all the bread, so most of my sandwich was just that- bread. Since this is the 1st time this location has ever disappointed, and everything else, (Staff, Atmosphere, Etc...) are great, I am only docking 1 star. Just have to remember- dont order the grilled cheese.

Food is great, service is usually good as well. Love their mozzarella sticks. Went in one time and the waiter had loud stuff playing on his phone in the back area. I tried to deal with it but it was so annoying cuz it echoed al lthe way to the front. I had to kindly ask him to turn it down and he did. I get they may get bored when its not to busy. But put one ear plug in or something lol Update 8/17/24 last time i went to dennys they forgot a mozzarella stick lucky i counted but had to wait for one mozz stick to be cooked and they werent even warm by then. This time i order mobile called when i got there like im supposed to they said they were bagging it or finishing up the order. Waited 10mins called back they didnt know what order i was talking about said after much debate they would make. Didnt trust that so went in, the person looked said there was no order for that name they asked someone else they still didnt know what i was talking about. Had audacity to ask me if it was under a different name like i dont know what i ordered. Then they got manager she didnt know till she looked in back and i overheard like they had a different place for mobile orders or something and they never started the order she rushed my order and said sorry but i didnt get any compensation for having to wait a little over an hr for food. 5 ppl i had to talk to before they even knew what was going on. I love dennys usually but this just made me not wanna go after both these incidents.

Food was not the best, I got the bacon avocado burger. The burger was huge, but patty was too greasy and no seasoning at all. Our server was polite and checked on us throughout our dinner. That s pretty much why I gave it a 3 star. Don t see myself coming back unfortunately

This location had become my go-to Dennys, but today, I had the worst experience that I have ever had from any other restaurant in my life. I didnt like the hash browns, the sausage had a weird taste, and the water even tasted bad. To top it off, the service wasnt that good. It look like they were short of staff. This location wouldnt accept my coupon from the Dennys app stating that theyre not a participating location. The lady at the register wouldnt even scan it to see if it would work. I ordered the same thing that I ordered in restaurant on the app for this location just to see if the offer would work, and yes, it worked, so I feel like I was cheated.

The food was okay but could use some improvement. I got the choconana pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. The hashbrowns and eggs were overcooked and bland. The pancakes were undercooked. My husband got pretty much the same thing, except he got multigrain pancakes. He thought it was good. The service was great though! Our waitress was nice and attentive. She made sure to check on us while we dined.

My favorite Dennys location is always a 5 but this time I was disappointed. Tuesdays is kids eat free from 4:00pm - 10:00pm with a entree purchase of $6 or more. We went July 9 at 4:00pm. After being stock at home without power due to the hurricane we decided to take our kids to eat something that they love. We order their food which was excellent. When it was time to pay we ask they guy is Tuesday doesnt the kids eat free from 4-10pm.? and he say no because of the hurricane I think his the new manager. We just left it like that and payed. But really come on it was a Tuesday after 4:00pm and we purchased. How is that our fault a hurricane hit Houston.

After a long day of a hurricane and no electricity or internet, this Denny s opened up to help give people a hot meal. The manager and all of the staff were working so hard to accommodate patrons. I want to thank all of them so much. My husband and I had our first cup of coffee for the day at 9:30pm because Denny s opened up. We appreciate their hospitality, service and kindness and will be back. Vegetarian options: Eggs, pancakes, hash browns, veggie omlettes, toast and fruit. All delicious

Went to Denny s here in Pearland after a long night in the hospital for breakfast. We were greeted by Ashlee who was by far the best service I ve ever had. the booth they gave us had ants all around it so we moved and instead of warning other customers they let other people sit there plus just for butter and napkins and coffee took forever the food was warm not hot , i spoke to the GM he act like he didnt care didnt even say sorry, he just kept looking at the employees next to him like what ever, ill never go back horrible all round service, you would think he would have cared when a customer complained, i live in the stafford and sugar land area much better service and a simple manager shows more interest then the GM in Pearland
