Living in West Pearland, it s challenging to find good food, so I was hopeful this spot would become one of my go-to takeout places. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. The sign on the door said takeout only, so I decided to give it a try since I was in the area. I ordered a few specialties, like Happy Family, based on online recommendations. While everything was edible, the food was bland, overly starchy, and had a gummy texture. Sadly, most of it ended up in the garbage. I never thought I d say this, but Panda Express is 100 times better. The egg drop soup, in particular, was disappointing filled with clumps of egg yolks and egg whites that made me a bit queasy. Overall, it s a hard pass for me. Off putting customer service.

I was here at noon and I was the only customer. The atmosphere was dark and dreary. The egg roll was greasy and the cabbage smelled sour. I had the beef and broccoli.. at least I think it was beef. The broccoli was mushy and bland under a massive amount of sauce.

I was the only customer at noon on a Friday so that should have been a red flag. I was in the shopping center so it was convenient. However, the food was terrible. I had a vegetable egg roll and the cabbage was sour inside. I also had the beef with broccoli but I seriously doubt that it was beef. The broccoli was mushy so it was just a bad experience.

I got there and the guy was rude. He didn t greet me, or even ask me what did I want. I had to do all of the talking. I was excited about finding a new Chinese food place, and this was not it. The General Tso s Chicken sauce was too watery, and the fried rice did not have any seasoning on it. The wontons were good (that s why I gave 2 stars). I do not recommend this place.

The parking lot for pickup was very obviously full, so I placed an order for pick-up. Egg drop soup and chicken fried rice. I am traveling, so after I placed my order, I went outside to walk my dog. When my order was ready, they waved at me in a way that said your food is ready when you are. I finished walking my dog and picked up my order. They were SO NICE. I will be back for sure. The black edged rib meat would ve not been too bad if it was tender. The shrimp was buried in deep mushy crust. The meat on a stick could only be chewed with very sharp teeth. We only got the appetizer to hold us over for later. We only ate about half and gave up. .

Today I was not pleased with this establishment. I ve ordered food from here before but this go around I have to give them a thumbs down on my regular order ( orange chicken w/ vegetable fried rice). The orange chicken texture to its taste was tough, the battered coating was soggy not crispy, the vegetable fried rice ( veggies ) were overcooked. The meal made my tummy hurt. I don t think that I will be returning to this restaurant any time soon if ever!!

I ve often ordered here and have really enjoyed the food. Today started out as pleasant any other time I ve orders here, until one of my co workers had a compliant about her order. I placed the order online and the delivery was quick. The food was hot and 2 of the 3 lunch specials I ordered were great. I called and spoke to the man at the desk and he was quite unpleasant. I simply asks if I could exchange the order with the issue for something else because something about the taste was off and my coworker was very unhappy with her food. I took on the trying to resolve the issue because it was my suggestion to order here. The guy was very rude and insisted that the meat in the pepper steak was the same as the meat in the beef and broccoli which is what she wanted to exchange it for after she tasted one of the other meals. After going back and forth he agreed to let her exchange it but assured me that an exchange would not be allowed next time. I went into the restaurant smiled and spoke. He did not acknowledge that I said anything to him. He grabbed the food and plopped it down on the counter in front of me. I handed him the food that I was returning said goodbye and walked out. I will not ever order here again. Customer service is a necessary part of all businesses and this is completely unacceptable.

I have had a few decent meals from this place via grubhub, but Im not sure what happened this last time. The egg rolls and rangoons were cold when I got them. The egg rolls did not taste fresh at all. I ate one after trying to make it better with my air fryer and threw the other away. I was totally fine on Sunday. I only ate their food on Monday and havent had much of anything else since besides water and tried some grits just yesterday. Today is Thursday. Only liquids have been coming out of me. Just be careful eating here. Im very sure those egg rolls were bad.

I ve never tasted Chinese food this bad. The flavor (if you can call it that) of the Mongolian beef is a mix between burnt, chemical, and greasy with the most gawd awful aftertaste. And while the food in general seems overcooked, the jalapeño slices were raw/uncooked. A strange combination. I couldn t even get past eating even 1/4 of this stuff. $15 for garbage. Never again!

Tried this place once before and my wonton soup broth was brown and the wonton tasted a little strange. Didn t think much of it because I was getting over a cold but today I went to order for lunch and the person at the first desk seemed a little annoyed and in a rush but when I waited in the front for my food I noticed they had a C rating for the establishment. That had me a little concern after reading the reviews I wasn t to sure about eating my food. I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was really greasy and the chicken was very soggy looking. This is my go-to spot for easy, delicious take-out I can trust. I had been going in before the pandemic, and always had a great time. Usually very empty in the dining room, service was always top-notch. Ive been ordering every couple of weeks since quarantine, and I get a very consistent experience every delivery. I usually get the simple-but-effective wonton soup that just hits the right spot between salty and savory. The lo mein is the right thickness for me, and I love the generous portion of chunky veggies. The beef-on-a-stick has a simple name, but is packed with flavor. Only dish I dont care for is General Tsos chicken. I find the chicken pieces too large for my preference, and the flavor is pretty much the same as the orange chicken dish. Love exploring the menu, but always go back for the soup, fried spring rolls, and veggie lo mein.

Very poor quality and extremely disappointing. Ordered through UberEats and now hoping I can get most or all of my money back. Ill list all the items I ordered and the problems I encountered with them. The General Tso Chicken. Heavily breaded and then left to drown in a figurative ocean of extremely runny sauce. (not even CPR could save this meal) The breading was extremely wet and mushy and the chicken inside was tough and dry, surely overcooked. (chainsaw required, but not included) The sauce itself is oddly sweet and nothing else. No noticeable hint of heat or spiciness, just overwhelmingly sweet. I think this is an orange chicken sauce??? No idea whats going on here. I know serving bad food isnt what a hate crime is, but I hated it anyway. The Chicken Wings. I SWEAR THEY ARE SPOILED. It has the weirdest, strangest, sour flavor and the meat has this off-putting yellow color. The skin of the chicken is extremely sticky. Just poking it with your finger leaves it attached to your skin like super glue. Even Midoriya with One For All: Full Cowl 100% couldnt unstick this thing from his fingers. The f*** is that? Everything about these wings screams rancid and spoiled. The fried rice. Doesnt taste bad, but its pale and cold. Fairly flavorless. Poor quality, but edible. The fries. Well they came in the dreadful white styrofoam box, fries natural enemy. They were soggy and wet. The lid was sweating and dripping with moisture. How much moisture? Look up Sasquatch Basketball on YouTube and skip to 2:21. THAT MUCH MOISTURE. Nuff said. The Fried Wonton. Actually not bad. The fried dough was crispy and delicious. The pork filling inside tastes okay, but the texture is unappealing. Its reminiscent of a firm paté, which is not what I was expecting. It was however, the best item of everything I ordered. So it was the only part of the order that I actually ate. Overall, I give it 1 crazy night of vomiting and diarrhea, out of 5.

My food was excellent. Orange chicken has real orange peel cooked down soft inside of the sweet sauce. Highly recommended.

The reviews are correct. This place used to be good like 5 years ago. The food quality has gone down hill and the people that own and work here are rude and lack any bit of customer service. Their phone is always tied up and when you get through they are rude to you like you are bothering them in trying to patronize their establishment. I usually get the tried and true chicken fried rice because you cant mess that up, right? It is a staple but this place messed that up. The portion sizes are smaller and the food is overly salted and either undercooked or over cooked (like microwaved). Wont be eating here again.

I ll start by saying I really was interested in trying this place out and would have been a great customer. I arrived almost a hour before they closed And was greeted with do you have a to go order or take out? shouting across the room. I walked in and responded with no sir we d like to eat here. He repeated his question as I walked across the restaurant towards the counter. Still never greeted or walked to a table he kept asking from behind the counter.

I use to come here alot when first opened. The food was good back then, just move back to this side of town after 6 yrs and I was very disappointed the main food look like it was microwaved hot outside cold inside the meat. The soup and the rice was only thing good. What really scared me away the most when we where eating the guy behind the counter was clipping his nails. Unknown if it was fingernails or toenails.

Mediocre chinese food. Chicken lettuce wraps was good. Sesame chicken was just big blob of chicken fried with some sweet sauce, not appetizing. Total waste of money on sesame chicken. Sizzling pepper chicken was mediocre. Fried rice had frozen veggies nothing fancy. Overall disappointing food.

Just had lunch there. The food was okay, but the atmosphere was horrible. The dark haired woman that I assumed was the manager was so mean to the poor Asian man that was waiting on the tables. If you need to correct someone you shouldnt belittle them period and especially not in front of his customers. Will not be back nor order take out.
