Our waiter was/ is amazing. He had such a positive and respective attitude. He was patient and kind. I know his parents mistakes be proud of him. In a day where the younger generation appears to be guided by social media , and misled, this young man is making an honest living, providing excellent service. Myself and several other people were waiting to pickup our online orders. The cashier kept saying they were not ready. As orders were brought from the kitchen she would continue to say those were not our orders. Finally a young man brought another order to the cashier desk and one of the individuals asked about her order. He remembered the name and said yes I brought it up already. He went over and got it for her. So I decided to ask him about mine and so did the other person. He had already brought them out! So why was the lady telling us they werent ready? She would literally look at the name on the receipt and say nope its not yours. I should add she only did that to three of us. Care to guess what we had in common?

We had an amazing server named Adrian. Adrian got double sat with us and another table. AND had a full section. But that didnt affect the attention to detail that we received. My water glass was never empty. Our food came out hot and in a timely manner. He checked up on us multiple times to make sure everything was good throughout our meal. I dont think I ever saw Adrian miss a beat with any of his tables. Not to mention he had a stellar smile the entire time. We felt very welcome and very well taken care of throughout our entire meal. I WISH I had employees this vibrant and thoughtful.

Went in around 12:30 pm. Asked what was their soup of the day, was told they don t have ANY soup. Waiter went to kitchen to ask, at my insistence, came back with a cup of chicken noodle soup, which was heavily salted, with a long teaspoon. I asked for a soup spoon; he brought me a regular teaspoon. Very apparent he was new on the job. We ordered a chicken pot pie, and was told it has to be made. We walked out at that point; will never go back.

We arrived at 730, checked in then was told it woukd be a very short wait. My phone texted stating approx 5 mins. After walking around store and looking We realized it has been well over 35 mins since I received the text. Withbthat, no one was at the host podium, no one was in view working the dining area, no one was in view anywhere. 20 mins or so later someone shows up and calls my name. We go sit down where the server is moving at snail pace taking care of 4 tables while another one is non valiantly cleaning tables up and stocking. No manager around in sight. We are discussing how the place closes at 9 and its now 848 and we were barely asked about drinks then rushed about what to eat when a menu was placed in my hand 1 minute prior. Needless to say, we finally were served around 940 pm with not so moist meatloaf, warm baby carrots, & warm green beans. They did not have mashed potatoes, no dumplings, no discount given, no cares about the customers and issues. The place was absolutely horrid. Never will I return to this particular restaurant in Pearland again. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The waitress was having issues with other tables and we almost felt bad for her so we were trying to be cool but it took almost an hr to get our food my baby was getting so fussy because he was hungry then we finally got out food it was all wrong , she forgot my strawberries so she brought them to me in a bag but hey at least I got them right lol. Curbside ordered for 4:15. Checked in at 4:11. I called at 4:32, employee said it was being sacked . At 4:45, food was finally brought out. No explanation. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE service!! The last 2 times I have ordered they have been out of items I ordered. Today I ordered turkey and dressing which is the special of the day at 4:00 and they are out of dressing. I would have canceled the order but the Uber Eats driver was there yo pick up. Cracker Barrel didnt call me to say they are out but the Uber driver did. Our waiter was very nice, but the food was not so great. We got the southern blacked chicken, and the chicken was really greasy. I had to pat the chicken with a napkin to soak up all the grease. I ordered two sides - the broccoli and green beans, and they didnt taste quite right. Vegetarian options: I wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking for vegetarian options. Cracker Barrel customer service reached out to me and said they regretted my experience and would investigate and respond back to me in 8 business days. My family and I love going to Cracker Barrel, especially for breakfast. We usually have a great experience and enjoy our food, but this one time something was off. My daughter ordered the Mommas breakfast with scrambled eggs, and there was a hair in her eggs. We told the waitress and got a new plate, but the eggs were undercooked, and some of the egg whites were still clear and runny, and her bacon was burnt. I ordered the biscuit breakfast with a side of hash brown casserole and bacon, and my bacon was cold and soggy. The waitress was nice, but she seemed bothered when we told her about the hair and asked for some condiments. We will still go back, and hopefully it was just a one time thing. Parking: Depending on the time, sometimes you have to wait for a parking spot.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The dining area was dingey a best, the service was VERY slow, and the food was just pretty bad, not including my kids breakfast for dinner. Our server, bless his soul, just isnt meant to be a waiter. He may have been new or just too shy for that kind of job. He wasnt good, but it wasnt laziness or burnout, it was a training failure. Management at this location should be recessed immediately. There was plenty of people on duty, yet we waited nearly an hour for our food. My buffalo chicken strips/Mac and cheese dish was confusing at best. The chic strips were so over cooked they hurt my teeth, and the mac and cheese was refrigerator cold. So I just didnt eat it. The rest of the food was passable, but meh. They packed us into a tight like corner table where I felt like it was 85 degrees, when most of the tables in the restaurant were open since they were not busy. We were brought sodas and teas with no ice without being told there was no ice when we ordered them. Miraculously, later on there apparently was ice and we asked for a glass of ice for our drinks and were brought one glass to share between 4 people. The whole place smelled like a 5 year olds pee bedroom. Thats not a smell I associate with Cracker Barrels and I dont want to. It was just all around bad. When checking out, I was perfunctorally asked how our visit was and I was honest and told the cashier that its the worst visit weve had to any Cracker Barrel anywhere in the country ever. She just chuckled and said, oh. Another training fail. I didnt pursue it as it was getting late and management obviously didnt care.

I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My party and I waited for 30 minutes before being seated, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Once we were finally seated, we had to wait another 40 minutes for a server to attend to us, and eventually had to get up and ask for assistance ourselves. When our order finally arrived, it was completely wrong. To make matters worse, the lady in the picture was incredibly rude. She was chewing gum and walking around as if she owned the place, making ugly faces at everything. Her attitude was unacceptable, and she needs to fix it and humble herself. This was my first and last time going to this location. The service was horrendous, and the food was not worth the hassle. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I applied for a job I was excited but if you have a issue dont go to ADOLF he will disrespect you. I contacted them for setting up a interview and Adolf interviewed me via telephone and said come on Sunday at 6PM i arrived and i heard Adolf left and returned the Monday .Long story short when i interviewed Adolf he forgot we talked and asked me about my availability and I told him one day I cant work for personal medical reasons and he forced me to tell him why which was a red flag, then tells me I am desperate for a job and was very nonchalant and callus , then stopped the interview mid convo and dismissed me !!! If I could give zero stars best believe I would. If you want to be ignored and laughed at while they ignore you and deny service then this is your place. Two young girls which is the host and one of the waitresses just stood there and ignored my party of 6 without giving us a table because they were almost at closing time. We arrived at 8:20 pm and they dont close til 9. Thats 40 minutes, but no they literally just said Ill be right back and never came back to even say I cant serve you anymore or anything horrible service. No wonder they have 2 stars. All they did was giggle and say to each other im not going over there me either and just laugh and stare at us the whole time. If the store manager isnt going to do anything to better the restaurant then maybe either get a new store manager or close the restaurant and open something else worth having because at this point its just taking up space.

Great great experience! Our waitress was so nice and attentive and made sure our coffee was always full. Me & my friend visited for brunch and got the chicken fried chicken and it was very crisp and fresh. Hashbrown casserole was perfectly cheesy. And the bread basket with corn bread was so delicious, sweet and buttery. Coffee was great too. Will come here again next time I m in Houston!

I came to this Cracker Barrel 2 weeks ago and the food was not good. It was bland not what I m used to when it comes to Cracker Barrel but honestly the worst thing was the service. Our server was slow as can be. The restaurant was empty we never got a refill. It took forced to get bread. My friend asked for a refill at some point and he never came back with it. Just was not a good experience.

Very disappointing. A group of 7 coworkers arrived for lunch. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait. We were ok with that since one of our coworkers was having a birthday and wanted to go to Cracker Barrel. Three other coworkers had not been there before and were excited to try it. We were seated after about 35 minutes. We were surprised that there were tons of tables empty that could accommodate 7 customers. The waitress immediately took our drink orders and our food orders, since we had figured out what we wanted while waiting, and we had to get back to work. We waited another 45 minutes and still had not received our food. We asked the waitress to see how much longer it would be for our food. She checked with the kitchen and let us know it would still be a while as there were still several tickets ahead of ours. We decided to leave. It would had been nice if they had told us in advance it would take more than an hour, after being seated to get our food. This location is definitely not good for business workers lunches.

We ordered online to pick up our food order. Actually, it was supposed to be a crib side pick up. But our order was late, I had to go inside and see what was going on. Once we received our food. They forgot our biscuits and gravy. So we had to wait some more and to be honest, the place was absolutely packed! Which I can understand. So I gave a star back to my rating. I originally had this at 3 stars. But I completely understand being swamped with orders. Sorry about the pics, I was getting bored waiting around for our order, so I ended up taking some photos of the gift store, and apparently, its Halloween in July, which I happen to love.

We went to this League City the week of Hurricane Beryl. Lots of power outages across Houston at this time so this review may be different compared to normal operations. We completely understand the chaotic time and limited staffing due to the circumstances but we do with there was a little more guidance and communication. Something as little as a sign would ve helped. The waiting area was so discombobulated and there was no staff to guide the long line of customers. It was just a huge cluster with no direction or understanding. Periodically, they d just yell at everyone to move out of the way. The hostess just wasn t vocal and seemed to just disappear at random moments. Once seated, however, things changed. We had Gustavo as a waiter and he was amazing. Great customer service and he was just so sweet and attentive. He was quick to serve us and made sure we always had what we needed. Times are tough and we know it was a hectic day to be working since he was also left cleaning tables but he did it all with a smile and it was noticed by us. We greatly appreciate him making this such a pleasant experience!

I will never return to this establishment again because of piss poor service and a manager that hasnt trained the employees properly. I arrived for dinner and the parking lot was 1/4 full for dinner. You walk inside and the host/hostess wasnt at her station. I waited over 6 minutes until she appeared. She sits me down and proceeds to sit down a family of three that were also waiting. I overheard one of them ask the hostess to sit them in another location outside of mine but I also overheard in the conversation that my server/waiter was new. I sat at my seat 7 minutes, he walks past me, and doesnt even ask if I want a drink or water. 4 minutes later a family of three sits in my section and within 45 seconds, the same waiter/server starts to attend them. I immediately get up and leave. I wasted 17-18 minutes of my time because of a poorly run restaurant with a bad poorly taught new waiter/server and a lethargic hostess. I went 100 feet away to Whataburger, got very good service, and ate my meal. I can see why the parking lot was more than half empty and the dining room was less than half full because of piss poor service and employees but this falls back on management and essentially falls on the owner of the establishment. I was thinking about going for breakfast in the future but this first time and only visit eliminated that from my places to eat at going forward in Pearland, TX. If the owner doesnt see whats going on, this place is bound to close.

The overall experience wasn t good. We were seated and our server didn t get to us for maybe 10 minutes which was very unusual. I ordered coffee and my Husband wanted Coke Zero. Coke was delivered immediately but no coffee. We ordered our breakfast. I watched our server talk to another coworker for almost 10 minutes, still no coffee. Coffee finally delivered. It taste horrible so I did not drink, asked for water. Food arrives, asked server for sugar free syrup which took another 5 minutes. When he returned, I showed him my French toast which was totally burnt on one side and I asked him if he would eat this. His response was no! When he brought the bill, I advised I m not paying for the French toast that I didn t eat. He said let me get the manager. I agreed. About 5 minutes later, he came and got our bill and says l will remove the French toast. Never spoke with manager. We eat Cracker Barrel all the time, but this is the worse experience I have ever experienced.

I was a little disappointed with the service. My boys and I traveled to Houston for the weekend for a beautiful event. On the way to the Hobby airport this location was the closest. We decided to stop for a quick bite to eat. Although, it was a Sunday morning, we knew it would be somewhat of a wait. In fact, it wasn t. We only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. However, it took forever for get our food. We placed our food order at 11:14AM. We got our food at 12:28PM. The kids had Mac and cheese with fries, tenders and fries, I had catfish, the lady I was with had pancakes. We witnessed people come after us, eat and leave before our food came out. We had to ask another server for things like bbq sauce, ketchup, butter for the biscuits and even the biscuits. I absolutely love eating at Cracker Barrel with my kids especially on trips because we know the food that we are getting. This time the disappointment level was at an all time high. Nevertheless, this won t deter me from eating at Cracker Barrel. I m sure our serve was just really busy with all the other things he had to do. He was really pleasant after we received our checked to go. Even asked if we need a refill. That was the first time he had asked since getting our drinks.

Always a great place to shop and eat. I guess this Sunday was an off day. We waited to be seated for about 15 minutes. Wow, was the word to best describe, party of 7 we came in yes it was full but could had turn us away instead they take your number down and say to wait I waited and waited for 30 min asked if we were going to be seated soon ,they said yes but to wait ,waited another 40 min then i proceeded to go and ask what was the wait if there was a lot of couples that were behind us but had already been seated and served .The young lady said she would go talk to her manager and she did while I patiently waited. She comes back and ignores me I go to her calmly and ask her what did the manager say. Now she said her manager was not taking parties over 4 at this time ,that if I wanted to sit with my people I would just have to keep waiting.
