Raspas are watery and nasty now. This place use to be good and we would come weekly. You literally leave that place smelling like a fried burrito and quality went downhill.

Cute little refresqueria in my neighborhood that I like to chill at. I got the Fresas con Crema raspa which had an ample amount of strawberries. Staff is very friendly.

I just expect more from places now. Not much to choose from on the menu, the girl taking our orders was like eh that was her attitude and my husbands elote with hot cheetos was so basic, it lacked so much mayo and cheese. Just as I got in there and saw the menu I kind of had an idea so I just ordered nachos with jalapeños, and of course, that was lacking cheese and jalapeños.

The corn was cold, and the liquado was room temperature. They put a giant chunk of ice, over half the size of the cup, into it to hide how warm it was and how little they gave me. They charged me close to $20 for nasty old corn, with salsa made out of water and lucas, and not even half a cup of liquado. This place is always empty for a reason, do not feel bad for them.

She lies to me and says that she makes fresh water and I, a person of 10 years in restaurants, know the difference between concentrated water and natural water. And the one I chose can then taste the honey (syrup) they use for concentrated water.

Got a strawberry cream snowcone and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean facility. Will definitely be going back often. Many people are complaining about the prices but they were equivalent to other popular snow cone places in the area (Tropical Chill or Kona Ice, etc) and these were far better with real fresh fruit on top. And they did not skimp on the fruit!

I used to love this place. The elote is great and nachos. However they say they open at 1 I ve gone by at 1:15,1:30, even 1:40 at times and no one is there. They seem to open when they feel like it. Another time they WERE actually open at 1 (today) I was old she was working on a bigger order so she couldn t take my order for another 15 minutes. Fine, I waited. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside so after 20 minutes I left. If you open at 1 and you know you re serving food, get there early. So that when you open you can be prepared to serve. Maybe it s a staffing issue but it s unfortunate that they have great food but lack professionalism and efficiency.. hopefully it gets better.

This place is unprofessional, they gave me the wrong snow cone and I told them I Didn t order this the lady was like sorry I m not switching it out or fixing it, so I paid for something I didn t ask for. I will never go back to this place. They use cheap cheese that taste old.
