If I could give them zero stars I would. A person named Diego stole my $1000 deposit from me. Be very careful and make him sign and write down everything he promises you because at some point everything changes and he steals your money. He acted completely professional and didnt have a word. I would not recommend them to anyone, the truth is that what they did to me is not done to anyone. They should care more about their clients.

The place was very nice and pleasant, everything was very good, but the only detail was the weather, it was super hot, we didnt want to dance because of the heat that was felt there, I think they should be trained for that situation since they dont charge cheap.

The living room was very nice, the only detail was that the air was not working and I felt very uncomfortable. I had to go out because of my 1-year-old baby who cant stand the heat. They should be ready to solve the problem....

The room is super beautiful and elegant, and everything turned out very nice because I spent months organizing my daughters XVs, but I was unlucky that on that day of Mijas party, the air seemed hellishly hot. I was, my people left early because of the heat they felt, the room must be able to solve the problem in that time but they didnt care, thats why you pay a lot of money for them to give us the room in good condition

BREATHE TAKING- I recently had my daughters Quince here. I first want to thank Diego for making my daughter s day so special!! From the time I walked into the hall to leave the deposit, until the night of my event, the customer service, professionalism ,support, etc is something that is VERY hard to find now a days.The food was SO good, the cake LOOKED EXACTLY like the picture that I sent, and they made, and the cake s flavor was really good and moist. The inside of the venue was breathe taking! It s hard to find a good DJ but the DJ for the venue was GREAT!!!! He played a variety of different song, the dance floor stayed packed. Thank you again The Garza Hall , my family and I will definitely be back for future events that we have. . for all his help in making my daughters day words cannot be put in words everything was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, Diego went above and beyond! The Garza Hall was the 1st hall I viewed, I didn t go anywhere else. Diego made my daughters night so special. I received tons of compliments on how elegant it looked inside, the food was delicious, and, the 2 ladies that helped me all night downstairs

100% recommended, from the beginning of the contract, until the day of the event, I celebrated my daughters XV, Jovanni truly at every moment paying attention to the smallest detail for the event, Jovannis organization with the entire team was spectacular, the treatment with the guests super cool, not to mention the decoration, the food and cake everything is super delicious, it is truly a cozy place if I had to celebrate another event without a doubt I would choose Garzas, very satisfied with their services

I extremely love this hall! It was very elegant, in order, and well taken care of, and had great service thought out the night. As soon as we got there the staff was very friendly and had a excellent service thought the event. The waitress made a good job taking care of the invites and especially the star of the show the quince, which she was waiting upstairs for her grand entrance. They would also clean really fast with whatever little mess they see, which was really great and they also had a great attitude. We love how the staff s helped us have a smooth, welcoming, nice pretty. DJ was on point throughout the night and also hype the crowd which was a great add-on. I 100% recommend this hall and I personally would be going back here again! Thank you so much Garza s Staff!

We celebrated our wedding reception here on 8/20/22. It was the best celebration we could hope for. The coordinators were very attentive, fun, and considerate of what we were envisioning for our day. Our presentation went smoothly and was right on schedule. The staff running the kitchen and cleanup was super professional and attentive to us and our guests! The food was delicious and I received great feedback from my guests. The robot show was a definite hit and the DJ played all of the songs we asked for and kept the party going. Thank you to Garza s Event Hall and their staff for helping create the wedding of my dreams!

OMG!!! This place is amazing! From start to finish. Planning my first Quinceañera was already stressful and the entire staff was so helpful throughout the entire process. Giovanni and Diego were great and were there at all times for us when we had any questions. DJ Papita was great and played the perfect Playlist and kept everyone hyped and dancing until closing time. No one wanted the night to end. The waitresses were so thoughtful and made sure everyone had whatever they needed at all times throughout the night. I cant even find the exact words to say how grateful I am to Garzas staff for making this night so special for my daughter. I actually enjoyed the night and was stress free. We are definitely planning my other daughters Quinceañera and are booking with Garzas again!!!! I highly recommend Garzas Event Hall!!

It was an amazing experience! They were available on short notice. They had amazing prices. From the moment guest walked in their breath was taken away as the hall is very beautiful and elegant. The hall did exactly as we asked and coordinated everything so well. I even had an issue with my dress as the store where I bought it as they forgot to remove the plastic alarm trigger tag. The coordinator immediately started looking for ways to fix the issue. He made a bow which looked awesome and you couldn t even tell. The wait staff was so helpful and amazing. They helped me all night. With cleaning serving cutting the cake picking up trash. They continuously checked in to make sure I or anyone didn t need anything. Such an amazing experience. My family and friends had nothing but wonderful things to say about the hall and the party. I recommend them 100% and will definitely use them again in the future. My daughter loved her 15th party!

We love the Garza s Event Hall! We have used the Garza reception Hall and event hall and love both facilities! Both venues are beautifully decorated and maintained. The owners invest quality decor to enhance the ambiance of events. Decor is glamorous and fabulous yet sophisticated. Modern yet classic. Very Clean and sanitized restrooms and kitchen. Materials and supplies well stocked. Staff is so welcoming, and always makes sure our needs our met. They have excellent add ons services like photo booth, DJ, catering, security etc. They are well connected with vendors so they are a one stop shop! This venue company is a staple in Southeast Houston and loves to give back to the community! Go see them for your next event.

We highly recommend Garza s Event Hall. Everyone is very helpful and they make sure you are highly taken care of. We had our event just yesterday 2/11/22 and from our great event planner to the DJ to the Servers everything was amazing. The food was freaking good all our guest were telling us how good it was as well how beautiful the hall was how clean and very oriented it was and as well the Dj was amazing made sure to get everyone out there seats. All I can say is that if you want your special night to turn out amazing this is your place to go. I promise you won t regret it at all. To the Garza Family and Staff thank you from the bottom of My Heart for making our Anniversary a Night to Remember we will be back soon for our daughter s 15.

I had the honor to host my wedding here. Garza hall is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very elegant. Giovanni and Alexis are so wonderful. They are extremely professional, very informative, super helpful, they absolutely know their craft very well. DJ Diego was informed of the types of music that we liked, which he did not disappoint at all! He had everyone on the dance floor having a great time. The photographer Ariz did such a great job on capturing so many unforgettable moments, I was absolutely speechless once I received our gallery. The waitresses were so sweet, and very attentive to our guest, which the guest really enjoyed. Their party packages were very affordable which made things a thousand times less stressful for us which was A HUGE PLUS! Our wedding was definitely a success, but most importantly such a beautiful night to remember. I can t thank Garza staff enough for everything they did for us. I highly recommend them for any type of event!

Two stars solely for the decor, would give more stars if prices better or better lay out. packages Run from 9,000 to 11,000. the mirror decor with gold and chrome accent is popular and can be found at many places now. This place is nice but also a bit over priced for what it is. I feel like this is more for a very intimate party. They say it fits up to 200 but it was setup for 180 when I toured and it felt very crammed even though there was no ppl. I can only imagine what it would feel like fill with ppl. . The tables were to close together and the lay out was weird. I pay attention to the small details and just not very practical. Also When you walk in you find these three random pillars that just look werid and odd. I agree that a nice entry is needed but the way the pillars look it just look very odd placement, looks incomplete. the place looks larger in pictures but once you walk in theres isnt much more to see. You get the full view of everything from the front door not much more to see from there. the Stairs are a nice element.

So far so good with this place. My daughters Quience is in 2022 so will update again soon. Beautiful place. Staff extremely helpful ALTHOUGH the open house I was not a fan of because I was rushed to test food, cake and glance at the centerpieces and decor etc. The open house was an hr long only. I feel 2-3 hrs were needed everything was rushed.
