First of all, I am giving these 5 stars for our wonderful bartender/server/hostess TRUDY, had it not been for her great customer service our event would not have turned out so well. It was my son s 13th birthday party. I made a reservation for 3 bowling lanes and 1 pool table for two hours with Desiree. Upon arrival no one greeted us and the bowling attendant was not interested in assisting us with our party. If you make a reservation you expect it to be as it was explained at the point of sale. I was told I would be getting 3 lanes with a pool table directly behind our lanes. 2 of the 3 lanes were not working and nobody notified me of this beforehand until we arrived and I had to ask for a manager. Trudy was swamped at the bar but she was the only one out of that whole section that took the time to assist us put in our drink/food orders and get the manager out to us. Manager came out but she did not como anything for our inconvenience, I ended up just adding the entire time on one lane for a party of 16 ppl and we just had to take turns bowling. The pool table which I was made to believe was reserved was not, the first attendant actually came up to me after another patron complained that I told him that table was reserved for our party. The attendant told me the tables are first come first serve, luckily the other patron took another pool table. Another group ended up coming to the pool table and took the tables next to it so we could not play because they took up all the space with their chairs and tables and would not move. This place could be so much better but it s not organized and some staff are just there but not to be helpful. All in all we made the best of the situation and we all had fun. HUGE thank you to Trudy for saving the night and making it better for our entire party. Hands down a great team player for Palace Social wish more of the staff would be like her!

I just wanted to have a fun day with my sister and when we walked in we weren t given any information on the game play. We just saw the prices of the time and tickets you can purchase we decided to go with the hourly play tickets because we have done it at Chuck e. cheese. Once we got inside the game room we started to notice you can only play certain games that had blue lights or rainbow lights which were very limited. Once we finished our time we went to check how many tickets we earned and we had 0 because if you purchase hourly play you don t receive tickets which the front desk should ve informed us after we told her it s our first time here. DO NOT COME HERE there are better places to go too!

Great venue for company parties. My agency had their Christmas Party here and while one would not think of this venue for Christmas - It was absolutely amazing! We had a total of about 100 people, there was a screen for movie/pictures and a mic. They had Christmas décor in the entrance of our room and on our tables, the food was good and the staff were absolutely PHENOMENAL - special kudos to Desiree as she made booking the whole process so easy for me. Parking is not a problem at all and even with last minute request Desiree and her team made it happen flawlessly. My agency staff are still telling me how much fun they had in the arcade room.

I am an experienced right handed bowler. Typically average a 180. I paid $40 dollars for an hour of bowling. I broke 100 one time and thats after I gave up trying to throw the ball in a typical curved style. The lanes were completely dry. I was as far left as I could go and my ball would barely make it 1/2 - 3/4 of the way down the lane before reaching the left gutter. I used a house ball with no reaction built into it. I left 40 mins into my hour disappointed. I asked staff how often the oil the lanes. They let me know they only oil 1 to 2 times a week. Side note I had a bumper glitch on one of my throws that sent my ball into another lane. Might have been an anomaly but worth the mention.

The worst arcade/entertainment venue Ive ever been to. Half the games didnt work at all, the games that did work usually had something wrong with it too, like a gun not working or an error when it came time to tally up the tickets at the end. We ordered food and chose the movie theater restaurant. We sat down and there wasnt anything playing on any of the screens. We told someone and they just stared at us with a very confused look, so we moved to the sports restaurant. Games took a lot of tickets to play and most prizes in the shop were not stocked. Its way more expensive than Dave and Busters and not nearly as nice. Just stay away, dont disappoint your kids.

Hands down, best family place in the area! Management by Ms. Samantha was absolutely top notch. She took the time be attentive with us and others multiple times - even brought out our main entrees. You can tell she cares about customers and wants the company to succeed thank you for your hospitality! Has arcade games for small kids, bumper cars and laser tag for older kids, pool tables and good food for adults. We had a great time with our family of 5 (+grandparent) and still didnt do it all, so well be back soon. Food was delicious -- nachos were overflowing and delicious. Wings are meaty! Kids burger had a soft bun and tender meat. Kids chicken fingers were inhaled by my kids. French fries were so good - seasoned, but not spicy so kids loved them. Desserts were great - red velvet skillet cookie a la mode (recommended by the bartender was *chefs kiss*) and the lava cake a la mode was delicious too. Bartender was very attentive by going the extra mile for our refills and had on point recommendations. Line cook staff had such great hospitality when they brought out our food (probably because the bartender and other attendants were busy at the moment). The one guy that brought out our desserts went back for plates, spoons, a candle and lighter for a birthday song even stayed the whole way through the song to wish our son a happy birthday and did it all with a smile and kind voice. Wow, just so many aspects of this place that were beyond impressive for our first visit. We cant wait to go back soon!

Also the bartender near the bowling alley is very accommodating, she hooked us up with some non alcoholic mocktails on request! Definitely a great place to bring the family!

Ive seen this place change names so many times since they had indoor go kart racing, then replaced it with indoor bowling when it changed to itz but dang this has to be the laziest move to get new people to go in and spend money. New name same thing, nothing and when I say nothing has changed at all I mean nothing just slapped a new name on there and boom thats it laser tag is still close 90% of the time and all the candy is still very expired, they could of changed the candy at least in the machines like sheesh.

It s trying to be main event. Basically , you can pay by time but u have to buy two cards for two types of cards . 1. For their big attractions like laser tag and small bumper cars. Can t use it for the other games which is the majority. Also , for children games it s a different type of card. Then when you order food if you have a child under 5 forget getting a kids cup . they will be drinking their $4 12oz . Oh the small paper cup is only for coffee even though it s kids size. Oh and for the beer drinkers $13 pints is insane the upside there food is pretty good

We had our Annual Fantasy Football Awards Ceremony and Bowling Draft Tournament here at Palace Social. We had an absolute BLAST! A big shout out to the HEROES who work here. Desiree Cordoba who helped plan this event. Also Kevin who worked with us late at the bowling alley, and Samuel for tying things up nicely at the end. Two weeks prior to this, I scouted out Main Event, The Game Preserve (NASA), US Golf and Games, Dave n Busters and decided on The Palace Social for our event. I can say without a doubt, this was the right decision. 5 Star Memories from a 5 Star Venue! Make sure you plan your next event here. You will not regret it! :)

I went over to this business on this their grand opening day. I was welcomed and let to know that my business was greatly appreciated. They acted as though I was the most important person that they would see all day which was how i saw everyone being treated. Being an ex-bowling coach I helped people to improve their gave thus getting more from their experiance , I felt like I mattered. Many employees took note of my vast experience and seemed eager to learn more. I was given a tour by the manager of the pinsetter area which is so much fare advanced than most of the other arewa bowling centers which use the 60+ year ol A-10 pinsetters. These people are poised to make your visit something truely special. This place is certainly worth consideratrion and i recommend it and I do not hand out recommendations freely these days a place must earn it and they did. Parking: I parked right up front , no parking issues at all

Dont waste your money coming here. Just go to chuckecheese or peterpipper pizza. Most of the games here are messed up. The transformers shooting game they have isnt calibrated right so it aims all over the place. Some of the basketball games (allstars basketball) dont count your shots. The beanbag toss doesnt have bean bags. The claw machines on the right side of the arcade had the plastic toys on the side so the claw machine cant even reach them. The mega stacker and stacker dont even work correctly you start of with 1 block instead of 4. The spin and win at the back doesnt work. it just takes your credits. One side of the virtual rabbits takes your credits as well. Dont even try the bowling. Its the same uneven lanes that Itz had. The bumpers go up and sometimes dont go down. You have to tell them to bring it down. Sometimes the bowling doesnt count your points either. Spent $100 on arcade credits for most of them to be not working. Spent another $60 on bowling for 3 people. Save your time and go elsewhere.

If youre curious, you should go now while theyre still open. One hour game card is nice for $15 bucks, but doesnt include any ticket games. So if youre going cheap and adding a $10 dollar play card. Now youre at $35 per kid. Tact on the $4.33 that they charged for a 12oz bottle of water, and we didnt even want to ask how much anything else was. I guess the only thing that was nice about the broken games and old paint was the staff. They all seemed pretty nice and helpful.
