I would come here faithfully every two weeks because thats how long my dip would last. The workers were all sweet and most of the time did a good job on my nails. I recently started going to another salon. I realized my dips would last three weeks or more at the new salon. Even my toenail polish would last longer. I decided to stick to the new location.

Well this is a bummer. I had a rare nails day with two of my besties and all three of us ended up with gooey, gunky nails despite six hours of drying time. The techs were so kind, and friendly, and amazing but there s some kind of solvent that s been mixed in the OPI polish itself that is marginalizing its quality (or perhaps its a different polish that s been poured in an OPI bottle.). Really bummed.

I never go to any other nail salons because I am picky but I live in the area and needed nails done for an event I have on 5/17 and don t have time to go to my normal salon, so I just got a quick manicure. Knowing manicures don t last long, I have had them done before and never have I ever had polish completely come off after a shower. I waited 2-3 hours before showering. I called and asked if I could get a refund or another service like gel or dip and she tells me I still would need to pay the difference and they would redo it but I refuse to get another manicure here or any service ever again here. They don t do refunds even for nails coming completely off. I d rather have my money back then get a sloppy manicure that comes off after 2 HOURS. I had Amy for a pedicure. Very knowledgeable on nails, and asked if anything she needed to look out for on nails. Which being a Cosmetologist Instructor. That is something we teach our students. Very relaxing and pleased. I d give them 6 stars if I could. BEST NAIL SHOP IN MY AREA!!

Had my nails done here and they didn t even last a week. They keep breaking in the same pattern with barely any pressure added. The person providing my service was rude and distracted talking with another employee the entire time. Will not have my nails done here again

I was visiting friends who live in the area and decided to join them last minute to do my nails. I cheated on my tech and I will NEVER again. We were there for like 3 hours almost which was crazy. I was an acrylic refill with regular polish. No one soaked my nails or anything so after waiting 40 mins almost , the tech comes (who by the way I d give her 5 stars for her) she starts trying to remove my old color ( it s black from Halloween) she can t remove it all. I wasn t offered to start from fresh which I would have done if it couldn t be properly removed. The black isn t all removed. Puts the new acrylic on top. Then the color I chose I wanted a fall orange with half a line on the nails. Didn t think it would be considered a design and charged an additional $15!!!! Also to mention, the color that was done on me turned out to be gel. Which was additional even though on my paper I chose regular polish not gel. My refill came out to be $55 and I should have just gotten a fresh set in order for me to be happy. I complained about the $15 nail design charge at checkout but not one word was said. You can see the black under a nude polish , and my orange already chipped. I won t return and that sad part is I live over an hour away so no way I could return back to have them fixed but probably would have charged me ALL OVER AGAIN. I truly want to dispute my charges because I am soooooo not happy. I will have to walk around with half decent nails. The nail tech was amazing and really tried her best but overall just unhappy with the look. From far away people can t see the bad but I notice it everyday :( Pictures are hard because every angle is awful but from the front they look ok.

I ve been going here for a few years now. It was a great experience and the ladies were so nice! They answered any questions I had. Helped me (super indecisive) pick out a nail polish color for my pedicure. My boyfriend enjoyed his pedicure with some wine especially after the massage. We will be back very soon. Came here on NYE and they were fast to sit me down. The place has plenty of space and chairs for service, the lady that did my nails was very sweet and talkative. The place is very nice and prices are reasonable. I would have given it a 5 star if my nails didnt last only 1 week, typically when I do gel they last 3 weeks, I was bummed out about that. But would come back to try other services.

I ve been going here for about a year. Normally I have great service, except when a nail tech that calls himself chicken is assigned to do my dip. He s always on his phone watching movies or YT videos while working. I was there last Friday 12/23 and he took so long that I asked how much longer? I m normally in and out in an hour. It took me 2 hrs this time WITH an appointment. I had to tell this guy several times he was hurting me with his metal file as he cut into my nail cuticles on both ring fingers. Now my fingers are swollen and painful and I m having to wear bandaids on them. I won t go back because of him.

I had gotten my nails done at another place and resulted in a terrible set of nails! They looked awful! I had to keep them on for a suffering two weeks before I had the time to get a new set. I called Venue to make an appointment and informed the person that I needed a a horrible set taken off and I need a nice new set please! He said no problem, we can take good care of you. I arrived for my appointment and I got Theresa for my nail tech. She did an Amazing job on my nails!!!!! She took her time, knowing my previous experience elsewhere, and gave me beautiful nails! Very nice and clean inside. Their staff are friendly and helpful and the equipment used is clean and sterile with a bag placed in the tub for your feet. I was impressed and felt very comfortable with my pedicurist, Yen, who almost put me to sleep with the calf and foot massage. The chairs are massage chairs too, which was an added perk. Will return in the future. Thank you!

I have being going to Venue for a few years. Angi moved from another salon so I followed her to Venue. I love that everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. The location is large with plentiful chairs which makes it a great location for bridal parties prepping before the wedding. Angi is top notch. She offers mani-pedis, facials and waxing.

The most rushed and sloppy manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I asked to have 1 nail fixed because it was so poorly done and its still poorly done after it was fixed. I honestly would have asked to have the mani and pedi completely redone, but after seeing some concerning hygienic process I decided to just get out of there. The nail tech went from me, to another lady, and back to me without washing his hands. The lady next to me got a dip manicure. He was dipping her nails directly into the large powder container completely contaminating it. Dip should either be apply by brush or poured into a smaller container and the excess disposed of when the manicure is done. One of my toes is bleeding. Staff is nice and friendly though, so I still did a small tip. But honestly very upset I paid for such poor quality of work.

My daughter and I went yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The manicurist that did her nails did such a great job, especially with the complicated design that she wanted! He was making jokes the whole time and she had so much fun! The manicurist that did my nails was great, I love how my nails turned out and she was very friendly. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and although the staff was very nice and welcoming I did not have a great experience. I asked for dip nails and they look great BUT 8 of my fingers are completely raw from the drill they used to smooth out the powder before the clear coat. They have been burning/stinging since I left. I have little cuts all around the base of the nail where my cuticles are and have had to put neosporin on to help sooth my fingers. I have had my nails done plenty of times and I understand that getting a sore spot on one finger by accident is completely normal but 8 fingers raw and scabbed? Definitely not okay. Again the staff was very friendly and welcomed me in as a walk in right away but I will not be returning to get my nails done or any other service honestly.

This nail salon is the best one Ive ever been too! First of all when you first walk in everyone is super nice and they are taking covid-19 safety precautions. They have a very lovely interior and relaxing atmosphere. They also offer a wide variety of drinks to sip on during your service. They take good care of you. I had a group of 4 last minute the day before my wedding and they got us in immediately on a Saturday and we all got beautiful mani/ pedis. I got ombre acrylics and they came out exactly as the picture I showed. They are so detailed oriented here. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you agian to all the great people at venue nails. I have NEVER had such a bad dip powder experience before! The powder is bubbly and the below photos show my nails HOURS after having them done and washing my hands numerous times throughout the day. Do not go to Kevin; he made several mistakes... I asked for him to remove the extra powder around my nails and he acted like it was my fault. The nails look horrible: uneven and bubbly. Very unprofessional service. Ill never go back.

I love Venue nails and spa! Nancy is fantastic and is meticulous! Everyone is very friendly. They offer a student and military discount. I wish they would do a teachers discount too, but she said they don t. She did give me the discount this time, but said just this time. Teachers work hard for those students and we are underpaid as it is that 10% off would help.

I have been going to this place for YEARS. Today was the best pedicure that I have ever received. Kathy was very attentive and took her time making sure I was happy. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not happy with the gentleman that did my nails. He seemed angry when I decided to do powdered nails instead of gel. The gel didnt have the color I wanted. Also I normally get my hands and arms massaged after the manicure but I didnt this time. He did my nails great just felt like I didnt get everything I paid for. My pedicure was amazing the woman was very nice and provided great service. My manicure was not so great.. I had a full set with dip did not choose any extravagant art or anything difficult. She was rushing the sanding and dip process which caused the nails to come out uneven and rough. They were extremely short because they were filled down so far after they were cut. There are parts where the powder is too thin and you can see through it. I also was not given a light after the final coat was put on for them to dry causing the top coat to be covered splotches. This is my second time getting my nails done there and I thought I would give it another chance but was not impressed with them.

Got a mani and pedi with my boyfriend, and we both had a great time! Everyone up there was polite and did a great job. I am 8 months pregnant, and I struggle with swelling and nerve pain, so I definitely needed the massage and care that I cant really give myself. I dont get my nails done often, but this was definitely the best experience Ive ever had. My boyfriend on the other hand has a lot of experience, but he still rated them as his favorite in DFW!

Ok, even though I m A guy, I m pretty picky about my self care. Simply put, I want value but also good service. The first time I came here for a pedi I wasn t too impressed. It was during the week and the water was luke warm and I just didn t feel like I had been pampered. This place is much closer from where I moved from so I decided to save gas and time and give it another try. I came in for my summer ready back wax and pedi. I noticed they had raised their prices slightly from the first time which I wasn t too thrilled about. The back wax by Angie was phenomenal. I loved how detailed she was. Probably the best back wax I ever got for $50. The pedi was next, I chose the Lavender for $47. This time they made sure the water was hot enough, gave me my drink and proceeded slowly and again, very detailed. I didn t plan on leaving a tip because if the price increase, but decided to go ahead because it wasn t their fault management increased. This place is very clean and super close. Overall I was very happy and satisfied and would recommend this place 5 stars.

This is my first time at Venue Nails, and I will be back, she did a amazing job on my feet, and the atmosphere is very elegant. I was impressed with the service, and the quality, but also the bar. I must say Ive never been to a nail salon that offers the quality of service that I received.

I called and got in on Friday on short notice. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. Amy did an exceptional job on my gel manicure! She was incredibly thorough with cleaning up my old dip nails and applied my gel perfectly. I highly recommend this salon.

Even though they was super swamped with appointments they still made sure that I didnt have to wait long 30mins and while I waited they checked on me and offered drinks and on top of that my nails came out perfect!

This time I got Kevin he did a great job I give him five stars he didnt do idle chit chat which is just fine with me even though I am a talker I enjoyed the quiet the relaxation of having my nails done and he was done rather quickly which I also love cuz I have ADHD and then the only negative and I still give him five stars is I got them done on Saturday and by Sunday afternoon Id already broken one of my thumbnails and I have no idea why I mean I didnt even have to do anything I didnt even have to cook that day so I just I did something in the sink and it just broke right off and I was really shocked so it fractured cuz I can see fracture on it and I havent had time to go in and have it fixed it was like 24 hours later and it broke and I have have health issues so I havent been able to get back there so but I think the place is beautiful Ive given gift cards I gave my brother a pedicure massage gift card he absolutely loved the place love the people that he did talk to so and my niece goes there we all love it and I gave a gift card to one of my best friends and she loved it too and nobody else has had any problems with a breaking nail so its just a freak thing anyway thank you venue spa nails love you guys and gals

I called in advance to schedule my appointment and was told to come at 6:15p for a fill. I was there by 6:08p and was impressed with the decor and set up of the spa. The gal at the front was nice but asked me to wait 30-45mins. I told her I was here for an appointment- she found my appointment and seated me... and I literally waited for 45mins before someone came to do my nails. The lady asked me what I wanted.. I showed her the picture I found on their reviews and she said ok .. she then talked to the other gals and didn t even acknowledge me. As she was shaping my nails a small bug started walking across the towel my hand was resting on toward me. I didn t have my glasses on but I was afraid it was a flea so - while she was shaping my nails directly in front of the bug - I started flicking it away with my free hand. I would have thought she would be embarrassed as a professional service provider but she just kept going. Finally after a while I was just ready to be done. She slapped the paint on and as she was putting the lid on the polish I was looking them over and clearly not happy so she asked if they were ok and before I could even respond she was talking to another technician. She got her stuff and moved to the seat behind her and started someone else s nails. I was in shock. There was no closing, didn t even direct me to the front.. so I sat there for a few minutes fanning my hands to hurry up the drying process and walked to the front. I was charged $25 for the fill and an addition $8 for extra . She couldn t explain what the extra was.. I just paid it - no tip - and left. I have never left a nail shop without tipping but I was beyond disappointed with my experience tonight.

Definitely worth a visit! Clean modern facility. Large selection of nail colors and a variety of service to take care of all your needs. Prices are reasonable for that area. This was my first time visiting on a Monday evening so there was no crowd or wait. I was greeted with a friendly smile, followed by my temperature being checked and having to wash my hands. Way to go for keeping your clients and employees safe!! I will definitely return it in the future. Only con was I was never offered anything to drink.

I am so happy with my nails! This was only the second time I have gotten my nails dipped and for the first time ever the polish has last with NO chips! I will definitely go back and I will tell everyone I can about the amazing job they did.

First time visit took my 2 daughters for a spa day, for my oldest daughters birthday and we were treated like royalty! They even put a happy birthday song for her. I definitely recommend venue spa & nails for an amazing experience! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Took my daughter to get her nail done from a previous place that did her nail looking thick and this place made it perfect, looking natural and are good with art designs of your choosing, I recommend this place and they offer something to drink if you prefer

Best place I have found for mani/pedi. Very impressed with how they are keeping customers safe/healthy with Covid. Checked my temp at the door, had me wash my hands before being seated. Employees more masks, face shields and they used plexiglass shields between the customer and person doing pedicure.

I went in there to get TWO nails repaired, told them I would pay to have them repaired. I was told that it would be 10 minutes. An HOUR later I was STILL waiting to get the two nails repaired WITHOUT an update on the wait. I was told by the guy at the front desk that he had asked someone to come do it and the manager sent them to start on someone else. And he didn t know how long it would be. I believe one of the ladies giving a pedicure said she could do it in just a few minutes and he said not to worry about it. HAD it been communicated with me, I would NOT have waited at all. Now I have two nails missing for my plans this evening. I do not have time to go somewhere else and wait to get them fixed before my plans. Awful customer service!!! I will it be returning and will be sharing this experience with my friends.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure and this salon was incredible. It s clean, professional, sterile, and the service was top notch. I felt like a VIP. All that, and the pedicure was so good I almost fell asleep! I will be making this place my go-to in the future!!

The atmosphere and service were wonderful however, I was not pleased with the end results of my nails. I asked for an ombre nail but the nail tech did not blend the colors well and my nails do NOT look like an ombre nail should. The colors are not blended well to give that ombre look. Based on that alone, I do not think I would visit this salon again.
