The 1st chapter 13 bankruptcy was dismissed due to lack of tax returns and I couldnt afford to pay anymore. I sent the original paperwork to her office, thinking shed do the right thing and file it with my case. Well, here I sit trying to convert a chapter 13 to a chapter 7. Leinart Law has had a high turnover and my case sits in an empty office. Thats another story. I filed a chapter 13 twice. It was dismissed because I didnt have the money to pay. Im on SSDI and I get a set amount from them every month. Her negligence and my stupid mistake (sending originals instead of copies) has me right back where I started. Debtors harassing me. The IRS has a charge of $10k that I supposedly owe. I have never made enough to owe $10k in taxes. My social security retirement shows that I have hardly make $100k in my 30 + years of working. She has the paperwork from HR Block regarding my tax returns. I paid $3k in taxes and got a refund the year theyre saying I didnt file. I can get the copies from HR Block but with a cost of $150 or more. Since Ive paid the trustee and Leinart Law over $6k, I didnt have the money to get the paperwork from the tax company. I have filed 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 taxes. She has the paperwork. This is Felicia Martin. She has it. The chapter 13 is supposed to be converted to a chapter 7. I only filed a chapter 13 so that I could keep my 2015 jeep. Im on disability and use it for doctors visits. Thanks to Pam and her lawyer friends, Im still in debt. I get $1613 each month. I have paid them approx $7k and Im currently paying Leinart Law $250 a month for the conversion. After all of this, Im down about $7k and Im still in debt and my jeep has to be returned. INTUIT TURBOTAX IS NEXT....

Rude. Unprofessional. Shady. Trustee...they MIGHT disburse your money to creditors. Youre due on the 1st but they dont send it until the 29th!!! She is in charge of N. TX but her office is in Memphis, TN?! They make you feel like youre sub-human while youre going through this struggle! Will be reporting to the authorities.

At times they are irresponsibleble in handling documents. You have send documents a couple of times before they get it right, but they will blame you for their mistakes.
