The burgers we got look gross. Hardly any lettuce on the burgers. The burgers look like smash burgers but worse. Im from Oklahoma where Braums started and if they see how shitty this food looks theyd be pissed.

Very mid for a new location. Weve already been at least 3 times since theyve opened this new location and everytime they mess up our order. Theyve even messed up with a simple drink order, sweet tea no ice...I get tea no sweet. Another order, was bag of burgers, plain with cheese. We got bag of burgers with pickles, ketchup, but no cheese! Seriously, I know training a new work staff comes with some obstacles but sheesh get it together. Im sure Im not the only one with this complaint, but wish yall well.

Opened June 18th. The restaurant was nice and new, not too dissimilar from every other braums Ive been to. It was busy but they handled the crowd well. The food was good and everyone that worked there was very courteous. They have a small grocery section with the basics, fruits, vegetables, breads and of course ice creams. Vegetarian options: My daughter is a pescetarian and had a very hard time finding something to eat. They made her a cheeseburger without the meat (it was basically a grilled cheese sandwich.) they were very accommodating Parking: Located next to a movie theater which has tons of parking Kid-friendliness: There is no playground/playscape. There is an outdoor patio where you can eat. Its good for kids who can get messy with ice cream. Wheelchair accessibility: The empire facility is wheelchair accessible with wheelchair friendly bathrooms
