I have ordered maybe four pizzas from this location since moving to the area and they have never once used the actual amount of sauce that is supposed to be used on any pizza. I have never in my entire life had such dry inedible pizza. It is like even though I ordered extra sauce they failed to use any sauce. I stopped buying the cinnamon bun minis cause they are so always undercooked and never do they use enough topping sauce. I am saying go to a different Pizza Hut, cause using the gas may suck but at least you can actually get a good pizza elsewhere

Ive tried ordering from this place several times, and every time has been a terrible experience. We love Pizza Hut, which is why we kept trying this location, hoping for a better experience. However, this will be the last time we order from here. The food has been terrible every time, and we waited over 2 hours for our delivery, only to receive terrible food and missing items from my order. Ive noticed similar issues in other reviews, such as items not being delivered, and despite calling this location multiple times, I cant get ahold of anyone. When I contacted the corporate location, I was told that I should receive a refund and an email confirming it, which I never received. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

I used to order delivery from this Pizza Hut location specifically because they used to have Pizza Hut delivery drivers on staff. Now, I ordered today and found out that they contract out the deliveries to Door Dash drivers, and boy it is a royal mess! My Door Dash driver waited at the store for 11 minutes after the order was already done before they picked up the order. I ordered at 2 pm on a Monday, so I highly doubt that there was a line in front of her. Then she got lost twice on the way to my house. I live at the end of a 1.5 mile straight away street. The Door Dash driver turned down two different wrong side streets over a mile away from my house. I dont even know how that is possible with the gps on their apps. So I call the driver and she hardly speaks any English at all. Finally, after about 1 hour after I order, the food arrives. The pizza and melt were both ICE COLD, I mean basically refrigerated. The driver did not have an insulated pizza bag and the AC in her car was jacked all the way. Ive never been served food so cold before in my life! I will never order delivery from this location again. And I will probably just do carry out from Papa Johns, which is closer to my house. It is such a shame because this location used to have their own drivers that were fast and friendly and used insulated delivery bags so the food was always hot. Well, those days are obviously over. :(

This is the second time we ordered a pizza for delivery. We specifically ordered a large; lite sauce; extra pepperoni (Which costs more); extra cheese (Which costs more) ... What we got was a large; regular sauce; regular cheese; some kind of meat (hamburger?); onions; bell pepper; mushroom and nobody cared to make it right! So, we paid more for a pizza with ingredients on it that we never order because we just dont care them. We hold accountable not only Pizza Hut but Door Dash as well. Too bad Gattis Pizza doesn t deliver this far!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered for delivery on a Friday night. Call center told me, because you couldnt get a hold of the store, Door Dash delivered it after an hour. Then said it will be there in 10 minutes...? After 2 hours I cancelled it and said do not charge me because nothing had delivered and he of course noted his system. Well we got charged and went to the store on Sunday to the dirtiest store. Waited on the obviously terrible manager Eston to help us for 20 minutes but he was too busy and all the employees said he does what he wants... We told him for you? They had no corporate #s to give out. Really a shady place. Read the other reviews. This store is terrible and Im sad they made me put at least 1 star to leave a review. A lot of other places in town with great customer service.

The place seems rundown and the staff was overwhelmed. The Chicago tavern style is ok for anywhere but Chicago. In Chicago it should be called Wannabe Chicago tavern style pizza. If youre from Chicago and you try it, youd probably agree with me. Parking: Nothing special but ample parking is available.

Placed an online order at 7 pm, by 7:50 our food had not been made yet.. the guy said somebody ate it when we got there at 7:20 to pick it up lol??? Anyways once my husband got inside to ask (we were told to park in a curbside spot to wait for an additional 10 minutes) he noticed ANTS all over the counter. 20-30 ants crawling around the counter where food is served. Please do not give this business your hard earned money until they learn how to serve food safely.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to a friends place. The drink wasnt included. Driver had an attitude and argued that the apartment number was not on the order. I double checked. I had put it there. It was on it on my side. Tried calling multiple times to be hung up on and then told theyll have a manager call me back in an hour. I waited as I have worked food service, I understand it can get busy. But I have not gotten a call back. I have called again and there is no answer or been hung up on. This is ridiculous and so incredibly disappointing.

This place is truly the worst. They cancelled my app order and sent me an email, no text or update from the app. Please fix your app!!! I decided to give them another chance so i called them and tried to do delivery. the lady accepting my call apologized right away and let me know that no one trained her to do this job and this was her first time and they she would try. I even gave another chance.... she could not spell simple street names correctly, after helping her spell English words, i decided to cancel and not order from them. If you don t want to speak with people don t work a customer service based job. I went in to pick up 2 pizzas I ordered online. I walked in and was asked for my name. I said my name and I was picking up 2 pizzas. the girl working said they had no order for that name. I showed her the email confirmation. Her response was I can t do anything with that . My response was it s your confirmation . She stared at me for a second then said maybe I can look by phone number . Gave her my number. Oh, there it is. And said my name back to me pronounced slightly different. Turned around opened the warming box(which has 3 different orders in it. 1 with one pizza, 1 with two pizzas and 1 with three pizzas). She put/tossed my 2 pizzas on the counter and walked away. I don t think the rude attitude from a snot nosed child is uncalled for. If I and other people don t buy pizzas she has no job. I m in hospitality. I have bad days but guess what I don t get to do, have an attitude with a customer for no reason. The serve I have experienced at this Pizza Hut has made me think I should find another pizza chain to pick up pizza at in the future. If I have to drive and pick it up anyway, I can drive somewhere else.

Good pizza. Today we got our pizza and it seemed like it was in the oven a tad too long. I had ordered fried cheese sticks a honey bbq traditional wings. We went to pick it up and only got handed the pizza. I asked, how about our cheese sticks and bbq wings? The girl went back and brought it to us. I placed an order on 3/22/24. After placing the order, I received notice that door dash would be picking up the order. I then received a phone call from a door dash driver telling me that the manager was being very rude. The door dash driver was very apologetic but said he had too many orders to deliver mine. He suggested I call and cancel my order as there were some serious issues going on at this location. I called and was sent to a customer service line, who tried about 5 times to get me connected with the store my order was coming from. There was no answer at this number, customer service tried to get through to the manger themselves and the manager said the order was canceled. I was suppose to be refunded and still have not been. On my app, it says the order was delivered but it never was. I have tried to call back and no one will answer at this location. This was a very disappointing experience after having several other issues with orders from this location.

I got out the hospital around 10:33pm. They were very kind and understanding about me and my family dining in. The pizza was great. Nice and hot. Flavor in every bite. The three gentlemen who helped us out was courteous and patient and helped us with everything we needed. The store was out dated, but the food makes you for it. Our pizza took 2 hours to get to us on a Thursday evening. Over an hour past their projected delivery time. We called since the app had given no updates. The person (female) that took our call was extremely rude, non-apologetic, non helpful as to where our order even was. She said we are extremely backed up tonight and it ll get to you when it does, obviously I m not an oven so there s nothing I can do. We then requested a refund and were told we don t give refunds as she proceeded to talk over my husband and mocked him and then hung up the phone on him. I ordered delivery, and it was switched to Door Dash. I received a text stating my order had been delayed 30 min. No biggie. Later, I received a text saying my food had been hand delivered. It had not. I called the Door Dash driver to no avail. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone with Pizza Hut customer service in an attempt to remedy my situation. Never received my order. I also was never able to speak with anyone in the actual store I ordered from, as Pizza Hut appears to have outsourced their phone operations. I hope to receive a refund. This location was doing So Good. My deliveries were always on time and HOT. Even the Pizzas arrived picture perfect. I cannot understand why this location would sub out the deliveries to DoorDash. My Order was Cold. The 1 Large Pepperoni Lovers was smashed from excessive weight on top of the pizza box. If I had been told my delivery was going to be handed off to another company I would have cancelled my order and saved myself Time, Money and the hassle. I dont feel its unreasonable that, when I order a pizza for delivery, I expect it be delivered at, by or close to the delivery time given. On November 12, 2023 I ordered 1 large pizza, 1 8pc wings and a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper at 4:45pm and was given an ETA of 5:30pm. 20 minutes later I receive a notification that my order is being delivered by a third party, and I should reach out to them for updates on my order. The party in question (Door Dash) did not have a valid number listed for the driver, as I tried the number 6 different times and received a disconnected notification each time. The order did not arrive until 6:30pm. To make matters worse, I did not even get the wings and the pizza was so cold that I had to heat it up in the oven at home. I called Pizza Hut, where they promptly transferred me over to the store where the order originated.... multiple times, as the store never answered. Pizza Hut then had the audacity to email me asking about my experience and wanted to know if Id like to leave a Google Review. So here is my review. I have absolutely no intention of ordering from pizza hut again and will be sure to let those I associate with know about my experience as well. As for the owner of this location - Ive read your responses to other dissatisfied customers that have had subpar experiences with your establishment. DO NOT thank me. I did not write this review for you. You have made it abundantly clear that the reviews left here mean nothing to you. I wrote this review in the hopes that others will read it and look to another establishment for their future pizza needs. I do not care that you are apologetic, disappointed, that you appreciate the feedback or that this wasnt the experience the you wanted for me. If any of that were even marginally true, you wouldnt have the same canned response for every bad review left here.

Update: we were given store credit instead of a refund for what we didn t get. When we got our food delivered (after ordering through their website) we only got half of it and when we called to let them know the manager Michael was rudely talking to us like we were calling the wrong store and was automatically saying he couldn t find any of our information but then randomly said we had ordered 2 hours before that call when in reality we had just gotten our food which took an hour to be delivered. They cannot say they were busy because I saw 5 employees and not everyone was working. To include the dining room was empty but filty with a dirty floor, tables and benches and windows were super dirty too. From my perspective I feel if employees in a restaurant have Time to Lean, They Have Time To Clean period and no excuses. So your employees and managers need to put a Lil Pep in Your Step!!!!

There was 1 delivery driver and you automatically go to a third party- not stated in the app. I did get my pizza an hour after it was supposed to be on its way. It was not fresh, the cheese had set and the crust was hard. The buyer should know it is going to cost damn near $50 for a $23 order, in the pizza hut app. No discount was even offered.

First let me say the staff were nice and the pizza was adequate. But, on arrival we saw dining room open signs all around the building. Once inside a staff member ask if they could help us. I said two please for dine in. She said really? We dont get many people who eat here. We were shocked at this statement. The dinning room had no lights on and only light coming through windows. The tables were dirty and the floor was littered with cardboard pieces from putting pizza boxes together. If dont want customers to dine in, take that dine in symbol off your web page and take down all those dinning room open signs off the building exterior. We love Pizza Hut and drove 40 minutes to dine there. It was kind of sad!

The service was great however management and Pizza Hut should be ashamed of theirselves for making these employees work in this very hot building. It had to be 85 to 90 degrees inside. We just picked up pizza and immediately when we walked in the heat made you want to walk right back out. Had I not already paid for the pizza I would have. I can t believe any company let alone a major chain restaurant puts their employees through this kind of torture. You definitely have dedicated employees to put up with it.

My pizza was not great. The pepperonis were dry. Pizza Hut told me years ago that they dont consider extra cheese a topping and if I want extra cheese I have to pay more because they feel that they already put more cheese than their competition. Tried to place an order on the mobile app. Got to checkout, entered my card info and hit checkout.. after processing for a few seconds it said could not process order, please try again. So I checked my bank just to be safe, before trying again only to be met with the same error message. Something told me to check my bank again and I see that I was charged for the order twice. Went back to the app, where there was no information on my order. I called the store, which is really just a call center, who transferred me directly to the store. I had to call 6 times before someone actually answered the phone at the store, o it to tell me that they don t see an order and that there is nothing they can do. Cost of two orders wasted and no sympathy or anything for their own faulty system. Very disappointed.

The pizza quality was much lower than our last order. This pizza was very dry and bland. The crust on the deep dish pizza was tough and the thin crust was hard. When it arrived it was barely warm and the cheese had already hardened. The crusts were not properly cut and we had to recut ourselves to avoid everything tearing and making a mess. We were very disappointed in this order.

Bad Service, Bad Staff. This place has really gone down hill. Ordered a pizza at 7:00, never came. 2hrs I had to call up there and they said itll be 30min. never came.
