This is a wonderful experience every time I visit the clinic. Kacey Glasscock PA-C has been my provider. Id give her Stars rather than just 5 stars! The entire staff too! Yall would love it!

I have used this clinic for many years. Dr Kacey Glasscock is a young but very knowledgeable Dr. I walk away feeling good after I see her. She listens to you. I love the staff. They are all very nice. I highly recommend this clinic. Tasha

I live 40 minutes away and work nights. I was 10 min late and they didnt see me. No other patients.. Doesnt

Dr. Shackelford is a wonderful physician. She tells it like it is and what she expects from me as a patient. The staff is unlike any I have experienced. They are kind and knowledgeable.

I have colon cancer and they refused to give me a referral to a gastroenterologist. Need I say more? If this is the standard of care they give all their patients this facility should not be allowed to practice medicine.

I have been attending this clinic for a couple of years. My last experience was very pleasant. Deborah Burley the primary provider called me the same day she got my test results. During my follow-up visit, she took the time to review my results and listened to my concerns. The staff was helpful in getting all my lab work on time for my visit and worked with me as I had to change my appointment.

Daughter has been suffering from intense back pain, 2 months later my daugher is still suffering with absolutely no help, while I am wasting hours doing their job. First...I had to book appointment out several weeks, they couldnt see her sooner...which led to an ER visit. When we got in Dr. Burley approved the physical therapy and discussed the location that she would like my daughter to go to. Several weeks later, still nothing. I called and spoke to Adi on 2 different occasions, the second time she told me that she put in the request...after talking to the insurance company for 4 hours and confirming with a supervisor that NO request has yet been made...I returned back to the clinic and complained about the wasted time because she had told me it was already sent in, I was told by Adi...better you than me. SERIOUSLY!? Another few weeks and finally we get a call from the PT...only it is the WRONG one!!!!! Back to the phone with the supervisor at the Insurance company for instructions, and I contacted the clinic with the instructions...and then was called back with more instructions that I need to drive in to town (40 minutes) to give them a written request to change to the correct PT office. Adi at Dr. Burleys office was unwilling to wait a few minutes for me to drive in and told me that if I wasnt there by 5 she would be leaving. It is a long drive to miss them by 5 minutes so I added it to my list and made it the next day. She instructed me that she will fix the mistake (her mistake) when she had time since she had already spent time on this and had other things to do! UNBELIEVABLE A few more weeks pass, lots of Tylenol, ibuprofen, and hot packs, and long nights in tears and pain. Then it seems hopeful! We got a call to go in to the PT, we made the appointment and as I am sitting in the office it seems something cant possibly be right...no way! she sent us to ANOTHER WRONG office!!!! So I called the supervisor back at the insurance company who looks up the hand written note I had brought in that was faxed to them...I thought maybe I had wrote it wrong??? But it was wrote correctly! She put me on hold and spoke to Adi herself, and assured me that it will be corrected since she spoke to Adi personally. But here we are 2 months from the time all this started and today I had to speak to the Sarah, Adis supervisor at Dr. Burleys office today to ask her if she can help get this corrected. Sarah did call back a couple of hours later and said that she has started the process and will update me on Monday. Will this ever end? what kind of clinic cant help a kid get in to be treated for a spinal issue and pain. Where is the sympathy and effort to cause no pain. I am frustrated to say the least.

Went in for worsening depression symptoms which see did lab work and other test and then just........ NOTHING. I m severely depressed and she did nothing to follow up with me, adjust my meds NOTHING. I had to call back and request my test results so I can go to a new doctor. Thank god im not suicidal cause I would be dead by now. AWFUL PLACE TO GO!

If you want to feel like a number and not a patient, I would recommend this clinic. Good luck trying to get them to write you a referral for a specialist. Its been two week and they still havent sent a request in. They told me they are working on it and I should have a referral in two weeks. Thats a month since I was there for my appointment. Good thing its not life threatening. This Clinc has the worst customer service. I will be finding a new pcp and telling my insurance not to recommend them.
