Pulled up to the drive through window and waited for someone to answer. Nobody did so Pulled into a space saw a guy sitting down playing on his phone while two others were working. Heard several people keep saying hello into the speaker with no reply. Worst service Ive seen at a sonic, definitely need to replace the one sitting down and get someone that will work. And no, I never received a reply after I pushed the button to order so I drove off.

3/1/24 Hwy 6 location near Walmart. Little boy at the window had zero soft skills. I would overlook the lack of soft skills if he had gotten the order correct. Asked for a double meat burger, he gave a single meat junior burger. Asked for extra onions, he didn t put any onions on the burger. He did get the tater tots correct. While he was singing loud and not focusing he could have gotten my order right. Not to mention the burger was cold. Now I know Whataburger is a much better choice.

An Oreo Sonic Blast (tm) is a thing of beauty. The staff is friendly and made my Oreo Sonic Blast (tm) swiftly and efficiently. I live nearby so this is the most convenient for me, edit. I came back and sat in the stall for over a half hour I had to basically reorder then they found it and finally brought it out. But until I demanded a refund and finally there were no Oreos in my Oreo sonic blast.

My grandkids wanted some sonic. so we stopped for lunch and pressed the button, waiting for a while due to it being a long line in drive thrown. Finally got to order, and the lady kept rushing us to order. They rush so much that they didnt even get our order right. We ordered 2 chili chz fries and got 1 frie and 1 tote they didnt even get all our drinks right and had to reorder because they rushed to fast. The lady adding food to my order that i didnt even ask for and when i told the carhop person ahe just said there is nothing we can do and gave us the food. Told my family and I to go through drive-thru rather than park and order, so we did and sat at the tables outside after. Not long after, we witness someone park their car and order without being told to go through drive-thru like we did. Told us that they were not making any strawberry drinks, which we understood and modified our orders. When we tried to pay with cash, they told us they couldn t break it for change. I ve never had bad service at Sonic in the past before, but this definitely made it on the list.

The vast majority of our order was made correctly. The only issue we had was that my blue raspberry lemonade with nerds slush was watered down a lot and had no nerds in it. Last evening, I stopped to pick up some ice cream treats for the family. I had been out running errands for a while and needed to go to the restroom. I was shocked and disappointed when I was told the bathroom was no longer open for customers only employees. It had been open in the past. Asked for the bathroom key and was refused. And on top of that, the order was wrong and I was unable to get it corrected. The staff...we dealt with 3 of them...were so rude and acted as if getting a cup holder for multiple items was a great inconvenience. We have been coming to this Sonic for years and have never been treated so poorly. I will not return. DON T COME HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I ordered through the app and waited at a stall for my order. It said someone was on the way and we waited and nothing came out. We pressed the button and they told us the stalls were closed and to go through drive thru. Our order hadn t even been made yet. They said they saw our order but they didn t make it. So we waited for our order in the drive thru line. We placed the order at 10:09 and didn t receive our order of 2 blizzards until 10:39. On top of that, one of my blizzards was an Oreo blizzard with banana bits. It looked like they cut one frozen banana in half and put it inside. I hit the button a bunch more times and a woman comes on telling me they can t hear the stall, use the drive through. Listen I m picking up a delivery. I m not sitting in line for 30 minutes. So, I tried to open the door. They re locked. What s really happening is the lazy employees know they make the same whether they hop or not. They don t post signs about the stalls or even answer to tell you they can t take your order until you bang the button repeatedly. This is pure laziness. I just get a cup of their ice because Im an ice conneseuir and theirs is at the top of my list for dry ice to crunch on and no Im not anemic no 1 in my family is my iron level are 100% fine. (90% vegan) I also get their slushies. Blue coconut used to be my go to. Now its my sons favorite and I like a mixture of Mango and Peace. Sometimes I take it home and add shots too it. On rare occasion I get the onion rings with honey mustard sauce because onion rings with ketch up is for rookies. The customer service is great. Even if youre in the drive through they will bring your order if its ready before the car in front of you. They just need to make sure they wipe the outside of the drink down before handing it out the window for us to grab sticky stuff but thats all the locations. Vegetarian options: We get onion rings if we want a quick vegan snack.

The food was hot and fresh, but my soda was awful. I told them the drink was bad and she bought out another sprite and it was so awful too. Placed an order online at 6:03pm and drove to this location arriving at 6:10. When we arrived, my wife couldnt check in so we had to push the call button and tell them wed arrived. The order taker said okay and that theyd add it to stall #1. 15 minutes later we pushed the button to see if our order was on the way and we were told yes, theyre making it now. Another 20 minutes later 6:45, the food was delivered to us. My wife checked the order and told the employee that we were missing a Sonic cheeseburger. 10 minutes later he came back and told us the cook says its in the bag. We told him it wasnt in the bag so he went back in. At 6:58 he came back out with another burger and said that it wasnt a Sonic cheeseburger but a quarter pounder and is that okay . I dont like to complain but but theres a reason why there are so many other poor reviews for this location. We wont be coming back here and it makes me sad as I used to come here with friends in highschool and I liked bringing my kids here after karate class but dont waste your time. This location leaves much to be desired.

While there, I searched numerous times before I was convinced that my wallet could not be found. We waited 30 minutes to order after the red button was pressed. I had to press the red button a second time because a car next to us pulled up and immediately was being helped. After I ordered we waited another 30 minutes or more to get our food. I dont like coming to this Sonic, but my daughter does. I ordered a dill pickle burger add bacon and grilled onions, . The burger was cold no bacon or grilled onions. A young man came to my vehicle to ask me did I order a corn dog. Every time I come here the wait is long and the food is cold and not cooked to your request. My daughter ordered popcorn chicken and tots . We asked for ranch dressing and ketchup none of these condiments were in the bag. I am an unhappy customer.

Worst experience. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the speaker. Get to the window THEY STILL HAD MY ORDER WRONG. Had to repeat myself another 2 times. Then they guy slowly started making my order. I just told him forget it I dont want it. All I wanted was 1 small grape nerd slush, 1 small strawberry nerd slush, 1small cherry lime slush.... THATS IT

Second time Ive ordered online and come here for pickup. Both times missing food items when I got home. This time I ordered 3 hotdogs with 3 tots. Got home and not one hotdog. My bad for not checking well enough but I still will not be coming back. The packaging seemed like it was an there so I recommend checking thoroughly if you decide to risk coming here. I waited 30 min past my pickup time as well.

We have had a lot of inconsistency in each of the visits here. Sometimes the orders are correct and other times the orders are completely wrong. Even when they are not busy, it takes a while to get our food and drinks. We have tried other locations of Sonic in the area, but unfortunately the quality, lack of attention to detail and inconsistency are the same. We have really enjoyed the going to Sonic in the past, but I doubt we will in the future.

Service is very slow, I waited 30 minutes for one singular drink. My drink had mold and a bug in it. My drink also tasted like sparkling water? (I got a cherry limeade) Never going back to this location, they obviously have poor standards for hygiene.

Speed of service is ridiculous. Everyone moves so slow. I only ordered a cheeseburger and small slush on the app and have been waiting 30+. The girls are very nice and sweet. But dont think Ill be coming back to this location.

It s kinda crazy here, like my order is not always correct but they are really nice and the burgers are like somebody Uncle that used to own a burger shop in the back. These are sonic burgers x 10!!! They should be putting them in a brown bag because these are those good hood burgers. Sooooo good! Even though I ve had issues every time I ve come the nice staff and good burgers bring me back!

Last 3 visits have been very dissatisfied. They messed up the orders 2 times in a row, then they told my 18 year old daughter she was lazy for not going To the drive-thru and using the app. What? This store is very poorly managed and trained! Sonic on Sienna Ranch is Way better in all ways!

Ordered literally two shakes online and pulled into the drive in. no one delivering food out to the drive in. find out after a little less than half an hour of waiting, only to get irritated to find out they were only delivering orders through the drive through (even though they had time to walk in and out of the store to their cars). Got in line at the drive through and waited another half hour for them to tell me that their shake machine was down which I find surprising and frustrating to say the least. if that was the case, why was I allowed to order them in the first place? Anyway I asked for a refund and then the man there told me he couldnt even refund my order. I also watched as a bunch of people before me passing food back and forth with the staff as if all their food was wrong as well. If you want food, dont come here. literally you might as well walk in and ask them what item they feel like making at that moment if you want to eat there. I could not have seen a more unprofessional establishment, with the doors wide open and them sitting in their cars on the clock. I dont understand how businesses like this stay open.

6-17-22 937pm- Ordered a CLASSIC REESES PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE. Got to the window, this Jamaican looking dude- CARL was the name on the ticket gave me what looked like a Blast. I asked if it was a shake. He told me it was. Why would I need a spoon then for something I drink? Dude, just say you dont know how to make it or you made the wrong order. CARL needs some retraining. Look up the CLASSIC SHAKE on the SONIC website fool. I didnt want ice cream in a styrofoam cup. PS> The place looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day. Milk spray everywhere. Maybe its time for anonymous health department visit.
