We absolutely love Primrose Sienna! My husband and I looked at easily 10-15 different daycares before choosing Primrose Sienna. It has been a perfect place for our little girl! Highly recommend Sienna Primrose!

We highly recommend Primrose/Sienna as our children have been coming here for almost 3 years now. Our daughter comes here full time , every day and has been very happy since week 1. They even provide summer programs that helps us as full time working parents as well as accommodating siblings who are older and don t attend Primose on a daily basis. Staff have been very supportive and are great to have our kids with. Very satisfied how this institution plans their curriculum and their demeanor with the children and overall development.

This is a great institution of love and education for my daughter whom has thrived and excelled beautifully! This is her first daycare she has attended, now she is like family to all the staff and parents especially her peers at school! My daughter is excited daily attending Primrose school and loves learning with all whom she encounters. I would recommend any first time parents to give this awesome place a try you all would not regret it for sure!

We have had our two children at Primrose Sienna for the last year & a half and have been really happy with our experience there. Both of our children love going to school each morning & always look forward to seeing their teachers. The administration is always open to feedback & acts on concerns brought to them quickly. I would highly recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a great place for their kids!

We have been going to Primrose for the past three years. The teachers are caring and they offer a clean, safe, and fun educational environment. My husband and I receive pictures and videos daily, which allow us to see how they keep our son and daughter engaged throughout the day. I recommend!

The teachers and staff here are great! I love this school because they are always doing activities with the kids/babies or teaching them. The Procare app is great so you can follow along with what your child is doing throughout the day. They offer transportation for my daughter in kindergarten which is extremely helpful so she can get to and from school safely. I know I don t have to worry about my kids while I am at work when they are at primrose.

I cannot recommend Primrose Sienna enough! My grandchildren absolutely adore attending this daycare every single day. The highlight for them is undoubtedly the anticipation of summer for the much-loved Splash Day. During the tour, the staff answered all of my questions efficiently and effectively. Being a first time mother, it was important to me that the staff interact with my newborn and care for him just as I would. You can tell the staff clearly love their job and can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk into the building. Primrose has exceeded my expectations in regards to childcare curriculum and made me feel that this was the best decision for my little one.

If there was less than one star I would leave that instead of the one they do not deserve. I have not only worked here but had terrible experiences trying to enroll here. Management is awful and extremely unprofessional. Nothing about the school is organized or logical . lesson plans are not even a real thing at this school because the teachers only care to get a quick picture for parents to make it look like thier kid is learning and thriving at this over priced, mean girl highschool of a Job & learning environment.

Both of my children started at Primrose when they were 6 months and we have been so happy here. My son, whos now 3, loves going to school here and has learned so much. On many occasions, its hard to get him to leave when I come to pick him up. Their curriculum involves a good balance of learning and playing and its apparent that all the staff here care deeply for their students. Many of the caretakers have been with Primrose for years, which I think shows how dedicated the staff are to these kids. If youre looking for a nurturing environment for your child, I encourage you to give them a call and take a tour!

I got kicked out because of the disability... Administrative please study about invisible disability and understand how each disability needs to be handle correctly. Getting kicked out of the school is AGAINST ADA Laws. I NEED those accommodations and they are NOT very hard. It is for the children safety and mine in the classroom and anywhere in the building!

We switched our kids from another daycare as it ended up not working out, especially for my 3 year old. When I originally spoke on the phone Ms. Johnson as well as toured the school, and I explained the reason for the potential transfer, she along with Ms. Chambers and Ms. Wade were truly understanding and fully accepting. Its been about 3 months since the such, and hands down best decision. Just in their first week alone, we saw a major positive difference in our sons overall mood and feel toward daycare, from his love of learning to making friends. Ms. Jade and Ms. Hicks are so wonderful. My 18mo walks right into her class and they both fully engage. Cannot thank all these ladies enough, especially in the midst of moving to Texas.

My son goes to Primrose and he loves every minute of it. All of the care providers weve interacted with have been caring and understanding with my first time mom jitters. I get frequent updates throughout the day and every picture my son is smiling and soooo happy! I have consistently recommended primrose to my mom friends.

We did a discovery day and one major thing I noticed in the small toddler class was the teachers do not have control of the classroom. The kids were running around playing for hours. Dropped my baby off at 8am and picked him up at noon, and I felt terrible that there were not cameras because he got injured in less than two hours of him being here. Seemingly, they just play. I prefer a more structured and safe environment. Also, my kid was injured on his face, and per Texas state law, any injury to a child s face, no matter how small or big, the parents are to be immediately called which did not happen for me. I m glad I decided against this school. I recommend the Goddard school which is close by.

Both my kids attend Primrose at Sienna and they ve loved it. They have only nice and happy things to say about their teachers and the way they are treated there during school hours. My oldest one graduated from PreK and she still misses her friends from there. All the staff are courteous and welcoming. Highly recommend!

PSA!! To all parents. Primrose School is a nice school but the teachers just there for a check very unprofessional to the kids like it s not their job to care for them until their parents show up. They complain about having to changed them, potty train them & also talks about most parents being their back while in front your child. Not a school I ll recommend to enroll my child in !

This school is in utter chaos! We came in for a tour and in theory it should be a good school. We love the principles, but almost every classroom we walked by was out of ratio! 3 of the classes only had 1 teacher with a class full of like 20 kids. That might be okay for a kindergarten or even Pre-K class, but these were toddlers!

After noticing a behavior change in our son in the short time he was at a different school, we pulled him and placed him at Primrose and he has flourished. He is back to his old self with improvement, he is interested in learning and he is my happy boy again. No two children are the same they have different interests, talents, and strengths and development at different rates. No children should be forced or compared to others. As parents we have a huge responsibility and a wrong decision can either build or break the confidence and self esteem of your child. Since my child has been at Primrose, he is learning, he is playing, he has friends, he loves his school, his teachers and overall he is so happy.

Primrose has been a part of our family since my son was 9 months old (he is now 4 yrs old) and as a working mother, it is so comforting know that my son is learning, safe, and cared for by the staff daily. The owners employ a wonderful staff. The director, Ms. Robinson and mentor teacher Ms. Johnson are amazing! If I ever have concerns I always seek them out because I feel comfortable approaching them and they are the most honest, trusting, and compassionate individuals at Primrose. They run this daycare, and they run it well. They put the children s safety and needs first above all else! They really see Primrose not as a business, but as family. Ive loved each of the teachers my son has had in the past 3 years. I am constantly amazed at the things my son is learning, and the best part is that it is all fun and in a relaxed environment focused on play. Ms. Symone is such a loving, enthusiastic, and supportive teacher. Through the videos she sends me, I get to hear their interactions I can tell how much she cares for him and how much he enjoys learning. I can not praise her enough! My son is one of the first 3 kids every morning and is always greeted with a smile and music in Ms. Parker s classroom. She does a great job engaging even the sleepy kiddos and you can tell she really cares for each of them. I like the improvements made to incorporate a basketball court in the large playground. The splash pad is nice but not used enough. Facilities are clean and safe.

Our familiy feels at home and safe at Primrose, our children attended this school for at least 5 years. I consider it a good place for my children to learn. Current management is carrying and even improving learning process and always caring for the kids. Our kids are always happy to go spend their time with their lovely and experienced team. This primrose is a horrible place to bring you child and to work. The management is completely lazy and couldnt care less about your child. But they could being their husbands up to the job and try to flirt with the teachers. The pay is not worth the discrimination or the disrespect from the kids and the management staff...DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

I looked at primrose for my son part time. I made an appointment for a tour and was happy with the staff and the environment. I had spoke to the owner and had agreed to a price. After speaking with my husband I decided to go with Primrose however when I arrived unannounced this time I noticed the care giver in infant two was not paying any attention to the one baby she had in the room the poor little girl was attempting to walk around and grab the workers legs and the caregiver was looking at her phone for 12 minutes, before i stopped watching. I feel that at all times the child should be first priority. Also the price I was given for infants would double once my son could walk and was sent to the toddler room. Most daycare, schools drop the price not increase it as the child ages. Also I did not see that the workers had on foot covers when they went into the room as all other day cares do. I would look around I found some great day cares in sienna this was just not up to par .
