I been going to this burgerking for years it has changed alot over this years . The drive thru was fast to order and then to be served was fast as well the girl was friendly and was very nice to us she help us out right away and even didntind of ordering extra stuff in the window staff was fast and was also working as a team to get everyone serve in the restaurant and the drive thru are food got there fast and we left the only thing it was are fault for not checking they didnt put the pie so I had to drive back and I got down asked the girl that they forgot my pie she apologized and give the pie to me again no one of the staff was ever rude or upset about anything they were respectful and friendly overall was a good experience thank you guys for been respectful and nice to your costumers !

Has gone to absolute garbage, management doesnt care so neither do the employees. Wanna quick lunch? don t come here. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to answer at the drive thru and then another 10-15 for the mediocre, cold and/or old food. AND thats IF youre the only person in line at the drive thru, if theres more than 1 car good luck! Inside can be kinda hot sometimes, i only know because i have to go inside to get the rest of my order when they inevitably mess it up at the drive thru window. Cant even call to complain to the owner or manager becuase they have the phone disconnected.

Classic small town burger joint vibes. Very family friendly. The folks they hire here are also super friendly. It gets really busy sometimes but they keep a chill vibe like an experienced crew would. Vegetarian options: The classic veggie burgers was good but the Impossible Whopper is worth it too. Dietary restrictions: If you are red meat restricted theres plenty of good options here. Parking: You might have trouble finding a spot when they get really busy. Ordering ahead via the app makes things quicker to park and go. Kid-friendliness: Clean play area for the kids. Small but my sister has fond memories of it. Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wheel friendly. Theres usually someone around to help with the door if it malfunctions.

Right after a doctor appointment with my son he told me he was hungry. I took him to get a breakfast meal for him. I love their cinnamon bread stick dipped in syrup. They are yummy with their tator tots they makes a great combo. I thought about my little girl she loves Burger King. I quickly stopped to pick up a Whopper with bacon and cheese to take her to her school so she would eat for lunch. My daughter was surprised I joined her for lunch at her school. Burger King was a plus.

----- I hope someone with a higher positioning here at burger king sees this review, workers need some educating when it comes to clothing at the end------ -----Theres alot of orders coming in both inside and outside creating a big line, this location needs to have at least 5 people in the kitchen for busy hours like breakfast lunch and dinner hours. Having 3 in the kitchen and 1 cleaning during very busy hours will hold the line back and cause customers to get frustrated and walk out, there were 2 workers yelling the same 2 orders out for over 5 mins and other customers were waiting in line getting asked questions over and over about their order that they got frustrated with the workers for wasting their lunch break with orders that arent theirs. Not everyone is understanding of how busy it gets and/or they have a half hour lunch break they dont want to have wasted by waiting for their order to be handed out when its waiting on the warmer in the back ready for them. Please hire more people who are put together and ready to serve fast pace for fast food. (Ps- i understand bras are uncomfortable being a woman myself but if you want to be respectful and be respected please wear a bra to work. It was very very noticeable that the girl with a lip piercing, tragus nose piercing wasnt wearing one and was having to pace around the customers with her appearance wobbling everywhere. It makes the restaurant look like it hires just anyone, Im an assistant manager myself for a different restaurant in the location and if I saw my employee looking unpresentable I wouldve sent her home to change) home and work are completely different!!!

Worst service, very disappointed. Went through the drive thru to order for 6 people. Come to the office to eat and they left out an order; so my step daughter went back order (so her food got cold because she had to drive back to get the order). They show them receipt and she had asked for cheese. They did not apologize for the inconvenience BUT MADE THEM EXTRA FOR THE CHEESE! They return to the office and she opens the burger, burger king didnt even make a new burger but used the old one and put cheese on it. My stepdaughter used to work at a fast food, and they are required to redo the order due to Texas Health regulations. Very unapologetic and offered the WORST SERVICE IN MISSION.

I normally try not to eat fast food. Yesterday was an exception, so we ordered the 2 for 10 and a order of nuggets. The food was good, but the girl that took our order was rude. I asked for buffalo sauce and she gave me ranch. I am very disappointed. This evening i went to the location at f.m. 495 and conway ave in mission tx. Unfortunately was unable to even pay for my food. There was an issue with this location leaving customers stranded in the drive thru. I approached an made my order thru the drive thru intercom and then proceeded to wait approximately 20 min in the drive thru. There was a car in front of me that had already paid but after 15 min of this customer waiting still hadnt received their food and no one had approach the drive thru window to inform customer what was transpiring with their order . Unfortunately i was in the middle between the pick up windows and the car stationed behind me with no way to exit the drive thru. After waiting approximately 5 more minutes i asked the customer in front of me to proceed forward so that i could exit the drive thru. I then proceeded to drive around and go inside the store. I requested from one of the employees to request the manager and said manager was assisting another employee at the register with another customers order. While waiting for the manager on duty to complete transaction with employee and customer. I looked over to see numerous bags of food sitting on the expedited counter and numerous food items waiting in the warmer. I provide no exaggeration that the food was piling up that you could no longer see the food warmer. As soon as manager finished transaction I inquired as to the store manager name and the owner name and proceeded to tell me we dont give out that information there is a sign on the door to issue a complaint . I asked why would a person have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru receive no food or at least pay for said order. Manager responded I am short handed in a very loud tone. I advised the manager that why were the individual in the drive thru provided with at least an option instead of waiting more than 20 min in the drive to proceed to take business elsewhere or at least advised of the situation. Manager stated in a very loud tone i dont control the customer at the window I advised that there should be no reason to be combative or argumentative. I advised the manager that to at least instead of having customers wait 20 or more minutes in the drive thru at least could have expedited customers so that we could have made an informed decision to dine at the establishment and wait or we can proceed on our way. Manager responded once again combatively i m done arguing with you and proceeded to walk away. I guess this is the way BK does business since this specific location has had many issues in the past. I supposed this issue will fall on deaf ears since i have informed of similar situations in the past and no resolution was ever completed. You lost a customer today due to the unfortunate incompetence of the manager on duty. Cannot believe did not even receive an simple apology from anyone at this store. i hope the other diners in the drive thru file similar complaints. Since there are cameras in this facility i would advised to look over those recordings and see that the info is accurate 3/11/2022 6.50 pm to 7.20 pm

They didn t ask if I wanted to each inside they just gave me the bag like if they wanted for me to leave. Had to eat on dirty table. Just ask the person if they dining in or take out how hard is that.
