I ordered rice, beans, and a bfast burrito and never got my rice. Called up there and asked where my rice was and got attitude from Rosalia the general manager. She told me I could come back and get my rice. Why should I have to waist gas monet picking up food I should have gotten in the first place!!!!???? I come here probably 3 or 4 times a week. I will be going elsewhere from now on!! Thanks for your customer service Rosalia!!

The burritos were great. But for the price, the fact they are called Jumburrito and they have jumbo burritos on the menu (which is what we ordered) it was not a good value. The jumbo burritos were normal burrito size and very expensive for what you get. But again, they were tasty and the people taking orders were very nice. I will be back but only if I am really craving it due to the cost.

This place disappoints! The manager of the place Blanca can barely speak English! So when she gets your order wrong you still gotta pay for the corrected items bc she entered your order wrong. I drove up to the window, she said would you like to try a yumbo bacon, egg and cheese burrito, I said I will take a regular not a jumbo. And she repeats the order with her thick accent. I figured she got it right bc she did ask me if I wanted a yumbo!! And then I asked if the eggs could be cooked a lil bit longer and she said yes! I got the burrito.. it had eggs and cheese, no bacon and the eggs was still runny!!! The best Jumburrito in town is on the east side! Don t go to this one.

$18 for two burritos and a drink is unhinged. Yall have completely lost the plot. Chicken was dry, hard to get through even with salsa. Stew meat was stew meat. The additions portions are pitiful. I think someone just whispers avocado on these burritos and they upcharge for it.

This burrito place is definitely missed when we go back to Austin. Their queso fries are out of this world. I love getting them loaded with stew meat and avocado. Vegetarian options: They do have salads and bean and cheese burritos. And while the menu isnt labeled vegetarian they are happy to customize anything. Parking: About 35 parking spots Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu and a very colorful restaurant. And give out kids meals with toys. Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible parking and a wheelchair ramp however the doors are hard to open

Honestly its always good and hot. My husband and I enjoy going there to rat. The only thing I would say is eh is the temp inside jumburrito. Its always freezing. But we get our food Togo. So it doesnt matter to much to us. 10 out of 10 we will be going back! :)

This use to be my favorite spot. But unfortunately its not what it was. It is a hit or miss everything I go and which location. I order jumbo burrito and the sausage to me taste the way dog food smells. But thats just me. Then there is the fact that I order jumbo and it seems like a small amount of food and more tortilla. The atmosphere gets very cramped inside and out. Service well that depends what side of town your going to. One side is good and nice while the other isnt so much. But to me I see this restaurant like Rosas. High price for Lil food and Lil space. Parking: Depends on location. So.e have plenty of easy parking and others not so much and the drive thru being backed up makes it hard for those who want to park. Or are leaving. Kid-friendliness: Yes

Quality of tortillas has gone done at all stores in Midland. Not sure what the change has been, but we have been eating there for years and now do not care to return. The tortillas make the burrito and we have not been impressed the past few months. We keep going back thinking it was a one time deal but it is clear that there has been a change from good to worst in that area.

The food was absolutely delicious! I just do not know how they charge for a jumbo burrito that is smaller than a regular burrito. I am not sure if that is their standard size or if the back accidently made regular burritos. I used to eat Jumburrito all the time and the jumbo burritos were huge. This one looked like an average burrito. I dont mind the size , but it sucks paying extra for something you thought you were getting. I would not want to know what the regular size burrito looks like...

This is one of my favorite quick stops for a burrito. We went during lunch and were surprised by how fast we got through the line. I got the chicken Supreme burrito smothered in queso. This was my first time at this restaurant. I was kind of dissapointed in the size of the burrito for the cost. I even ordered the larger size and what I got was the size of the Taco Bell burrito. I was told i could the points on my account and that i have 1250 points. When i came back up to the counter, i was told that because my card wasnt registered online i couldnt use my points. No one would explain why and then i looked online and the number of points the website showed was 18. I use this rewards card for work when i take catering to my employees.
