The salads here used to be great, but no more from my perspective. I purchased a Greek salad with chicken on 9/20/24 requesting no olives or tomatoes and to substitute red cabbage and peppers. I made the mistake of not checking the salad before leaving. Upon arriving home I discovered brown salad leaves, no red peppers and maybe ten tiny pieces of chicken on top and no meat throughout the salad the way they used to make it. Plus they had the nerve to increase the price! Also, I dislike having the dressing in plastic pack thrown on top of my greens. I will never, repeat never buy from this establishment again.

The choices are limited but the vegetables are fresh and crisp Warning: the tofu is *disgusting* and I love tofu. When I ordered I asked about the seasoning on the tofu and the employee warned me that she really didnt like it: I should have listened. Good portion size for the price, I got two servings out of a 7 something dollar Thai salad.

Ordered a caprese wrap. There was many imbalances. For example, there was too much of the pesto and the vinaigrette added, and very little chicken too. And the chicken size is even smaller than the one I would get at chipotle!!

This location is a pathetic with bad employees when it comes to mobile orders. I place a order online to be READY FOR PICKUP. Yet i still have to wait almost another 10 Mins when I get there for it. An they were NOT BUSY, no excuse to take that long. They need to do better. Highly disappointed. UPDATE: still pathetic at online orders had to wait 15min this time an they were NOT PACKED. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. I dont recommend this location at all if your placing a order online.

Keep this in mind, Salad and Go. Please take time to seal everything properly when someone orders from any of the delivery services. My bag was ripped, and the most important part was that my drink was not sealed at all. The lid was not on good, so what do you think I did with the i just paid for in the trash . They (she) tried to beat me out of my FREE Caesar salad I ordered through the July 4th online promo. Rather than double check her reading of my order, she started asking if I was sure, did I click submit, etc. This chapped my hide because I ordered and paid for the new southwestern (?) salad, a FREE Caesar, and a cup of water (senior citizen, fixed income (dont be hatin)). Order ahead is supposed to be quick; why was she conversating with the car ahead of me, who finally ordered a drink after I honked, in the heat, have mercy... this wasnt working for me. Rather than continue to idle in my F150, I turned it off, got out while the others were holding up the line, and then got the 3rd degree. Did I mention it was hot ? She stepped away for a while and a guy came to the window with a bag of salads, and confirmed my water, too. This could have been a turn for the better; however, when I got home, I had TWO Caesars. They were both good . Vegetarian options: Tofu is a protein option.

It was alright. Quick and easy to get through the drive-thru, which is rare these days. But the salad was probably like 80% lettuce, 20% toppings. And they were out of tomatoes. A salad place being out of tomatoes is crazy, but at least they weren t out of lettuce, I guess.

Love this place!!! We need more businesses like this one that offer us a healthier side of food. Recommend the wraps; I order Xtra protein to be fully satisfied. Salads come in unique boxes to prep your salad then close it again and toss your salad by shaking it or rotating it to mix it real well. Their drinks are unique and with good flavors. Love picking up via drive through window, its always ready.

Called in around 8:00 p.m. to place an order because the online system was giving me challenges. Place an order for a fajita wrap with tofu, no cheese no romaine, substitute mixed greens and hard boiled egg and I received a fajita wrap with fajitas steak cheese and romaine. Didnt get a chance to open it up until about 5 minutes until 9:00 bit into it started chewing and quickly realized I was eating steak. Spit it out opened it up and this picture is what I got. Call the store and spoke to Sean a store manager, and he said Ill write your name down and you can get it taken care of next time youre in. Explain to Sean I dont live anywhere near here Im only here tonight and tomorrow morning because of work. He said sorry but its okay you can get it taken care of somewhere else at any one of our locations. I asked him how and Sean says I wrote your name down. I asked him what that means regarding my problem. He said wherever you go just tell him you spoke with Sean a manager and theyll take care of you.... And here I sit still without dinner, but its okay because Sean the manager wrote my name down... ... And by the way just in case youre a detail-oriented person and wondering, he did not ask my name! And one last side note I order from salad and go all the time just not this location... This was unfortunate.

Overall disappointed! Ive been excited about trying this place....until now. They were in such a hurry to get me in and out, I had to repeat my order 3 times...when I got to window it was still wrong. Worst Arnold palmer Ive ever had. Stale gross croutons. I ordered an autumn salad and when I get home I noticed there is absolutely no Brussels sprouts (which is what I look forward to). And hardly any fixings. I called to ask if they were out of Brussels sprouts and they said no and I informed them that I didn t get any. All they could offer me is to drive 15 minutes back up there to get some Brussels sprouts. I ll go get my salads else where. Not worth being ripped off.

This was by far the worst Cobb salad I have had. A bowl of lettuce with a tsp of each topping. Putting the balsamic vinaigrette dressing gave the salad a gritty taste. Ordered their seasonal chicken pot pie soup in a 8oz serving container that was only half full and paid just over $4.00 for it. Two spoonfuls and it was gone. Such a rip off. Since it was marketed/sold as chicken pot pie soup, I half expected bits of crust in the soup as well. Nope. It was nothing more than chicken noodle soup with small potato dices replacing the noodles. Its only for a limited time but dont waste your time ordering it; a disappointment for sure.

Update...I changed my review to reflect my most recent experience. I was given the wrong wrap and I believe that the staff knew that they were giving me the wrong order. I say this because the cashier paused and looked at the kitchen staff before she handed me my order. Also, they were busy so they were probably just trying to clear their line. I would have rather been told to park and wait instead of receiving the wrong order. Luckily, it didnt contain any ingredients that Im allergic to which is something that they need to be mindful of since you cant tell whats in a wrap until you bite into it.

Both my wife and I had salads yesterday from SaladAndGo in Mesquite and we both got sick almost immediately after consuming them. We went to the doctor today and they agreed it is food poisoning. We ordered four meals today, we passed the phone around for everyone to add what they wanted. My youngest named his food Baby boy Ruben. Which we did not notice. The food is so good with no guilt after. The portion sizes are amazing and not expensive at all. Reminds me of Chipotle before their prices increased. This will be my new regular fast food place. Pleasantly surprised with salad and go! I wasn t expecting much from a drive through salad joint. But this place is actually pretty great! The salad portions are huge and the Cobb salad came with a half avocado that was perfectly ripened! The ranch dressing also taste homemade. The prices are very reasonable and I was able to get 2 salads, a wrap and 2 fancy lemonades for under $23! Try the blueberry basil lemonade. It s a refreshing twist!

The salads and wraps are HUGE for the price. Everything is fresh and presentation is on point. I love getting lunch/dinner for my fiance and I because I can spend about $13 for both of us. MY favorites are the Cobb and the BBQ Ranch salad/wraps. And my fiance likes the Buffalo Chicken and the Jalepeno Ranch salad/wraps. I like the 2 ordering lanes, makes for a very quick visit. And I like the separate lane for mobile orders. This place is quickly becoming a family favorite!! We LOVE it!!

I love this place. The staff is so kind every time I have picked up an order and the salads have always been amazing. I am currently trying to lose weight and it s so difficult when there aren t many healthy fast food options. This has become my go-to for a healthy meal and I have never been disappointed. Ceasar salad with no Ceasar dressing. Payed for additional protein. They dont put it in and argue with me that they did, when I ordered 8 salads and at plain sight, there is an obvious difference. No where to get some admin or management to correct these issues. My recommendation to you, ask for additional protein on the side, although the app wont let you. And check your order before you leave!!! Lets see how many more times I use this place before I give up and stop being a customer

After seeing about 5 tv commercials during the morning news, I figured Id pull through on my way to work and get a salad for lunch. Nice polite staff. Ordered the BBQ Ranch salad. Tasty and satisfying, after I picked out all of the white/pink romaine that had seen better days. The lettuce, overall, was a good variety altho it could have been cut up a bit smaller. And a good rule of thumb is that black beans should be rinsed when putting in a salad. These looked like they came straight from the can. All in all, a decent salad. (bbq ranch dressing was on point!) Would I dine here again? Sure. The stale/old romaine, however, gives me a slight hesitancy on how fresh everything else might be.

I give it a 1 star because Of the service. How do you have 3 windows and no walk up orders? people just standing around doing nothing but could be helping the line move faster. This the problem with fast food today, they make no sense and literally waste of time. Most salad and go places have walk up orders but of course it s mesquite, the land of the worst services. The food is great but I m not waiting 20 min in a line to get a cold salad. No way in hell around lunch time would I have my line looking like chik Fil a. We started with salad n go in Arizona and NEVER waited longer than a min or 2 because how efficient it was with the workers and how you could order. Again, 20 min for a cold salad is absolutely not worth it, so we left and went and got burgers for our whole crew and it took 5 min tops

Very good,very fresh, added chicken to my Cobb salad. Unless you love Bleu cheese, you might want to change the dressing at least. It was big enough for my hubby and I to split. Traditional lemonade tasted like it may have been made with cucumber water. Everything was tasty. I will be back. Want to try them all! Yum!

I m sorry - I liked the salad I tried , but the chicken pot pie soup - was simply HORRIBLE. There is nothing redeeming about it. I regret saying, it tastes worse than canned soup. Way too salty, tasted really really bad. I love soup- I hope they can get this part of their menu corrected.

The customer service staff was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu items. The portions were more than enough and their prices were very reasonable. I spent a whole $8.10 for lunch, that was awesome. This is a drive thru and pick-up restaurant only. I tried the Greek salad w/tofu. It was pretty good, but I realized Im not a fan of olives. So next time no olives for me. I also ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade. I decided to exchange it for an Arnold Palmer, because it wasnt sweet enough for me. The Arnold Palmer didnt satisfy my tastes either. Other than the drink issue everything else was tasty. Vegetarian options: Tofu, turkey sausage options Parking: This is a drive thru and pick up location only, with plenty of parking out front if necessary.

Wow...this is my new place for salads.. FRESHEST ingredients at an astronomically inexpensive price! The salads are soo huge.. 2 moderate eaters could eat off one salad! Dont forget you can build your own salad..their oven roasted chicken is delish and you can tell their dressings are hand made. Love the thai salad & the greek...cant wait to try more.. The also have an easy to use app to place an order.. their huge salads start at $6.24 and most add ons are only 30 cents each.
