Four workers inside behind counter.. The one that s on register was talking on phone while other workers were interacting with her while she was the only one helping customers talking on phone. After waiting I give her the money for gas and tell her what pump. I get to door to leave she screams with pump u say and I tell her the pump and make the comment she has to much going on she refuses my sale. This happened at 10:30pm 6/28/2024

Every Saturday I am here before and after managing the Downtown Mesquite Farmers Market. Great place to recharge with ice or cold drinks after a long day of work.

By far the worst QT! Fountain drinks are always broke including slushies, cheese/chili machine broke, condiments always empty, food on rollers hard as a rock, floor is sticky, and the restrooms are disgusting. The staff are too busy on their phones, or talking to each other to do anything else.

If youre looking for a convenient place to buy gas and grab some snacks, this place is definitely worth checking out. The staff is incredible and knows how to efficiently process shoppers, so you can get in and out quickly even during busy times. Overall, I highly recommend this gas station for its great selection of munchy food and exceptional service. Just remember to be patient and cautious when navigating the busy lot!

Nice QuickTrip location in Mesquite. Very centrally located on Military Parkway and Scyene Boulevard off IH-635. This location is very large and has many gas pumps. The convenience store inside is also very large, clean and the cashier service is fast. The gas prices are always competitive and often a little lower than everywhere else.

Sunday 12/5 @1pm. The Floors look like they havent been swept or moped in a week. Coffee bar trashed, trash full, over flowing. Empty containers. No prongs for the donut. This is the nastiest QT I have ever been in. Thank God I didnt have to go to the bathroom!

6:25am Friday Oct 1st Why do I pay 2.29 for a freshly made biscuits and on the rack is 1.99 when I watched the girl go on the rack get 2 biscuits out bacon on it and take the egg off one rewrap it. If I wanted one sitting under a light I would have gotten it. I paid extra for fresh. The sweet tea was sour so I know it was from yesterday.

What can I say for gas station Quiktrip is a spot. This one tends to have a little bit of gas price is the one just a little down the road off the lake June 6 35. As well the team here that keeps the store nice and clean. Great stop for a quick half quick top off of the tank for the stomach.

The place is always hopping, but I have never waited in line for more than like a minute, if EVEN. The cashiers are so fast. They will move over to another register and ring the next in line while their original customer is doing their part on the CC machine to finish their sale. Its very efficient! They always say some version of hiwhen I come in and bye when I leave. Quick, friendly staff in a well-stocked, clean, roomy store with low prices - if you want more than that out of a convenience store, then you are likely a pain in the @#! to go shopping with, and the people you brought to the store with you are rolling their eyes at you behind your back, Karen.

On July 17 2019 between 1:45 - 2:00 employee Martha went above and beyond her call of duty to help me as I suddenly began to experience a multiple sclerosis flare up right then and there. Ive gone here over 100 times. This Happened The last 2 times i went here I cash pre paid for my pump inside. I go outside to pump my gas and it doesnt work... i walk back inside and tell this huge 64 fat guy that it isnt working and he says maybe hang the pump back up and try again.... it says its up. I walk back outside and it just MAGICALLY resets itself and it then works... So instead of apologizing for his mistake he blamed it on his customer. This happened before and the guy apologized to me and no problem.

The entire area inside and outside are completely clean 95% of the time. Sometimes the floors get a tad sticky near the fountain drink area, but what do you expect? You want them to mop every 10 minutes!? I come here about 25 to 40 times per month and am satisfied more than 9 out of 10 times. Great work to all the staffers and excellent soda fountain! Really impressed. The only gripe is that the vanilla in the fountain breaks often.

Worst experience ever at a QT went to buy something and get money back and the manager said you have to buy something else since she didnt input that I wanted cash back. Never said sorry and was very rude it was not the store manager it was the manager on shift today she was very rude and I was not the only one. I will never go back

I dont know what Caleb Nelon is talking about but EVERYTIME I visit this Quik Trip the place is clean, the food is fresh, and the cups are filled and ready. And I cant brag enough on the staff here. They are friendly and caring. They always welcome me and my brother when we walk in. Since this Quik Trip opened in Mesquite this gas station as been the only gas station I get gas from and a Quik bite to eat. Keep up the great work!

Every time I go here the food on the roller grill is old and hard. Cups are slow to be stocked, service is slow and incompetent. Prepaid gas on a pump and they didnt do it, so hit the help button. They sat at the window staring every time I pressed it. Finally went inside and they admitted to hearing the help button but didnt respond because they didnt know what I wanted. Really???

Worst gas pumps layout ever. Feels like the day after Thanksgiving at a Walmart. Not even a gas crisis and the line to get to a pump is gridlocked. 3 stars cause the gas is cheap. Almost worth the half hour wait to get to a pump.
