This was hands down one of the worst experiences I ve had with Chinese Food in the DFW area. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and forgot my order 15 minutes after I placed it. He approached me and asked, Did you have orange or sesame chicken? Twenty minutes later, he finally brought out my food, all bundled up. When I opened it, I asked, Hey, isn t this supposed to be fried rice? He looked at me like I was an idiot and insisted it was fried rice. I pointed to the picture of actual fried rice, and he claimed that s not what I ordered. Then, he threw a couple of soy sauce packets on the table and turned his back on me. They advertised sesame chicken with broccoli fried rice and soup. This is what I got. The chicken was hard, rice was bland and white, and the soup was disgusting. Rest assured, I won t be coming back. You dont ever have to worry about me darkening your door again.

the fried rice is not like real fried rice , i came the other day i wanted the shrimp bowl thinking its shrimp fried rice , i ened up forgetting my card and the old man wouldn t let me chnge my order , i went home and had something totally different! and he kept saying my food was already made but it took another 10mins to come out ! This service sucks, I placed an order, I gave my card number and I even confirmed it, when they came to deliver it to me they didnt want to give it to me if I didnt give them my card number again. This seemed strange to me because this is the first time this has happened to me, and the people both on the phone at the restaurant and the delivery service were disgusting. I dont recommend them. Dont have a bad time and better order somewhere else.

We ordered the M13 - Beef and Chicken, with fried rice, 4 Spring rolls, and crab ragoons. The main course was terrible. The vegetables were cooked without spices or seasoning, the rice was flavorless without soy sauce, and the meats were like jerky, good flavor, but very dry. The spring rolls and crab ragoon were okay, not the best and not the worst.

Know for the Teriyaki beef and chicken plates and bowls. Very healthy. They make their own teriyaki sauce to drizzle on meat, steamed rice, and fresh steamed veggies. Delicious. Vegetarian options: The veggies and steamed rice could be a meal on its own.

I love that its a family owned restaurant. However, the food is subpar. The chicken is overcooked and dry. The teriyaki sauce is extremely thin and watered down. What made up for the less than desirable food was their friendly customer service. Unfortunately, thats not enough for me to want to return.

Drive through service is quick and reliable. Have since been dining here for multiple years and helps with pregnancy cravings! First time ordering here, wasnt happy. Spent over 50 dollars for 4 meals. 2 orders of Beef with Broccoli, an order of Mongolian Beef, and chicken fried rice. Everything was fresh, but the beef with broccoli tasted like it had bottled sauce which was entirely too sweet, and quite nauseating. The Mongolian Beef was mostly onions, which was very disappointing as well. The chicken fried rice was bland and could have used more flavor. Wasted a bunch of money here and wouldnt recommend.

Mr.Teriyaki is the spot for your hot,fresh, and made to order meal. Today is are 5th time to come here and the consistency of the taste, and freshness of the food is always the on point. We drive 30 minutes from Carrollton just to have an awesome hot meal. The owner and the rest of the staff are friendly and courteous. There food is really good. Its always hot and fresh, because they cook it when you order. The only thing about this place there is a young lady that works there she have a terrible attitude. I hate when shes on duty. When its just the guys it is totally awesome for me! Parking: Its a store front so parking is okay but sometimes there may not be a close park during certain times of day; however you can find a parking spot (Thats not a major for me because I usually call my order in and go through the drive-thru)

Came here because of the name of the establishment, love teriyaki chicken, and thought it would be awesome. Wrong! The vegetables were too crunchy and not all the way steamed and they charged extra for asking for extra teriyaki sauce, so petty, and they don t put it in the food. If you re seeing this 2 star is because of the FISH BOWL that I ordered. I experienced language barriers. My first visit I asked if they could make fried rice withOUT the peas and carrots and they said yes. I asked for Shrimp Fried Rice, NO vegetables and a side of fried rice NO vegetables (picky eating kids). I picked up the order, checked and noticed they gave me steamed rice. I repeated my order and a middle age employee took the pint back and returned. It is my fault for not checking. I arrived home and noticed they gave me the same side of steamed rice with vegetables that she took to the back. Its like she literally walked to the back, stood for 60 seconds and came back with the same item in hand. I wanted to give them a second try. I called a few days later. My kiddo loved it. I asked again for fried rice no vegetables and what sounded an older male said they dont make fried rice without vegetables. When I told them they did it a few days prior the gentleman said it comes together and then offered steamed rice. Unsure how they were able to do it prior and suddenly unable to. I declined the steamed rice. Ill keep searching for a new place.

We had a big order, we got orange chicken, hunan beef, chicken teriyaki, crab ragoon, combination fried rice and wonton soup. My wife really enjoyed the orange chicken, she said it had a really good flavor and a little bit of spice. I had the hunan beef which was very tasty and spicy the way I like it and the crab ragoon was good also good. The teriyaki chicken was your usual portion size for the dish and unfortunately it lacked seasoning. The combination fried rice had a good meat to rice ratio but again it lacked seasoning. The wonton soup only had 2 wonton in it and it also lacked flavor it just tasted like oily water. We also asked for fried rice with all of our dishes and we got steamed rice with veggies instead. Well probably come back when our usual spot is closed and now we know what to stay away from.

Wouldve gave 5 stars, but guy who works here is kind of rude. He did not say anything rude, but would act like I was a bother when I asked for sauces, it was only a teriyaki sauce and two hot oils. They are the small ones by the way. I finished the one, and wanted one to go. I do not understand why this guy is so stingy with his customers. Hmm clean establishment. I ordered the kung pow chicken and my wife ordered sesame chicken. The sesame chicken tasted much better than the kung pow chicken. Packaging seems small but portions are large. I want to like it but the chicken tastes boiled then rolled in sauce. It was rather lacking in flavor. The veggies were crunchy but not diverse. My meal consisted of carrots, celery, chicken, bell peppers, and about 5 peanuts. If the average means I will get mild food poisoning. Then this place is above average but flavor was bland and texture was gross. Not worth $12 and probably wont come back.

I thought the food was not very good. The fried rice is more like steamed rice with some egg in it. The place is clean and neat but thats about all I can say for it. Will not be going back.

I had the Teriyaki chicken and it was fantastic! The veggies were perfect and the white rice was made right and very tasty! I will be back and try some other dishes soon.
