I used to love cicis , but this visit was horrible they had no variety on pizzas and were out of crushed pepper soup was cold and dirty around where its served. All the tables were dirty with dishes no place to sit due to that. Restrooms were very dirty toilet paper all over floor and water on the floor ,toilets were so dirty like they had not being cleaned . Overall very unsanitary place now .

The service was really great, the cashier was nice and quick, but the food was not the best. There were only about 2-3 pizzas to choose from and they seemed to have been sitting there for a while as well as the pasta sauce, only about 2 other pizzas were made in the time I was there and that took a while as well. The dessert pieces were hard and dry, and no new batch was made in the time I was there.

Good option if you want different pizza types, or you want other options with your pizza like pastas and salads. I have only tried the pizzas, breadsticks, and desserts. They are average for a buffet. Pizzas range from cheese, pizza, buffalo chicken, supreme, or you can ask them to make one the way you like it.

I have been taking my children to this place for years and nothing is the same. The day I went I paid 40 dollars and I always order a pizza that I especially like. I asked the girl if they could make it for me and she answered no because it was special for 5 dollars. buffet to which I replied that I had paid regular price and she asked if they could make it for me because I paid regular price and if they made it not as I asked for it but they made it until it arrived I asked her for a bowl to put pasta and she said that right now I wanted it for someone It took a long time for them to bring them from the kitchen and they never brought them. I went to speak in front of the manager and explained to him what was happening and I told him that nothing is the same anymore, the cold food and bad service.

My experience here was horrible. This was my first time trying a supposed buffet which was non-existent by the time I got my drink. The tea machine was broken, unclean surface areas and music was played using a YouTube remix channel. Pizzas were non-existent as they were only put out every now and then. Definitely a last time coming here.

Obviously, pizzas are their specialty, they offer you a very varied buffet, as well as a salad and pasta bar, which you can combine with cream, broth or tomato soup. Everything is excellent: price, place, dining room, parking, location, service, flavor, variety. 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

I gave this one a three because the buffet was empty for almost 45 minutes. Maybe a staffing thing, maybe they could not keep up with the demand, maybe it just did not live up to the memory of CiCi pizza. The food was great for the price and once they caught up I did get full.

Salad bar was the cleanest I had ever seen it, but it was also lacking so many toppings. Salad itself was dried out and had plenty of bruising. Cheese sticks look better than ever as well but no marinara sauce. I asked what seemed to look like a wannabe manager about the sauce and he said it will be out shortly, paid at 1:08 and left at 1:46 and still no marinara. Very little selection of pizza. Coke was STILL out (noticed 6 days ago someone posted it was also out) Dr Pepper was also out. No sprite option, instead a whole dispenser dedicated to water ALONG with having the water handle on the same dispenser. I noticed two ladies walk to the fountain then over to the pizza counter where a employee went to the back and came back with 2 cans of Cola (cheap imitation coke). I had 2 slices of pizza due to the fact that they were not of standard quality(and thats because my bar for this place is already low) and caused me to lose myappetite. Thought I would at least have some sweets to get my money worth....joke was on me. No Brownie option, no sweet pizza option, only had the choice of over over-baked cinnamon rolls. Tables were not properly or completely clean as well. I do not understand what is going on but it keeps getting worse every time we go. I dont understand why I continue to go and still tip each time. It is a total ripoff to ask for a tip before your experience. I wish I could request back EVERY tip Ive ever left(no less than $60 Im sure) DISAPPOINTED beyond measure. $30 for this experience...I wouldnt even pay a homeless to come eat here. Things need to get fixed ASAP if not, go ahead and order a set of chains and lock it up; I can purchase them so there is no delay if you wish.

This location is not what it used to be. They didnt have napkins, there was no coke in the fountain, and they were using plastic forks. The pizza was not its usual quality and the pizza that was out in the line was basically all the same. They all had spinach, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. The manager for the day gave the excuse that due to a new special during the weekend he had ran out of coke. Which is fine; it happens. But the tables looked dirty with piles of plates and the restrooms were dirty. I tend to always get the soup as well but it was watered down. I asked for bone in wings and all they had was boneless. This used to be my go to for pizza but not anymore. They also were short staffed and everyone including the manager looked like they were running around like headless chickens. Whoever decided to place the manager didnt know what they were doing either. If I could give negative stars I would.

It was wonderful to see the manager, Mr. Vela work with his lunch crew. I observed him giving 100% effort with his entire crew. The fresh pizzas kept coming, restaurant stayed clean, and things flowed smoothly. Great leadership and communication among the leadership and staff. My kids and I definitely had a great experience.

Well the manager is very nice. He has a new crew and it was evident that they dont work well as a crew. The place got crowded and loud. The family next to us had a tablet going full blast for the kids. The new crew had problems keeping up with fresh pizzas. Hopefully as the crew learns it will get better.

Update: 5/24/24 Went with family for my grandmas 95th bday party. Place was clean but not enough pizza choices and thats cuz it was not pack at all. Pizza was still good the new Oreo pizza desert was as I expected. Update: 3/8/24 Went with family, place was clean. Food was good. The cinnamon roll dessert was very good. We decide to go to Cicis Pizza when I was going to meet a friend. They have good pizza at the buffet, the also have salads and pasta plus they have wings. You can also order the a slice or the whole pizza the way you want it. There dessert is to die for, it is really good. I think its a cinnamon roll the pizza way. Its really good.

Theres always this manger. That looks like he hates his job. Always has an attitude. Hes very rude. He ignores customers. The last time we were there. Would love for the owner of this establishment to see this. Owner of the Cici s pizza, I m sure you re a great person and thank you for giving my friends and family good memories, but unfortunately other than the great workers, this place has been in a steady downfall. I went thinking of playing air hockey but the table was so sticky and unclean it was downright disappointing. Most of the games just down even work and the pizza isn t cooked long enough the dough is very soggy. If the owner could see only one review i d want it to be this one. Please at least ACT as though you want this place to do better. for future families and future customers please: cook pizza longer, fix your games and soda dispenser, and please fix up your establishment.

Complaint was the RR, it smelled and was freaking dirty and disgusting. Ppl really need to learn how to piss in the urinal or toilet but staff should have someone checking RR every 30 mins because customers shouldnt be cleaning for the employees or managers. My poor son was trying to use RR. Other complaint was the brownies as they were still frozen in the middle and were cold as hell. when I tried to eat them it grossed me out as well as my family and we just decided to leave.

The food wasn t fresh. The pizza was cold, the soup tasted like dish water and so much oil you could layer your finger and the noodles were rubbery not even fully cooked. The salad was basically going bad already. Majority of the drinks we re out the bread wasn t full cooked more doughy. The staff take orders but talk majority of the time and stand around or go to the back. The back smells like sewage ever time it opens. Used to be decent but its gone downhill. There were no straws, no pasta, hardly any pizza. The pizza that was out and the salad in the salad bar was surprisingly warm and getting wilted. Staff flat out ignored people trying to talk to them. The busser literally blocked us in the section we were sitting in. He put up a chain and chairs that we had to move to get out to leave. They are always quick to make special requests, and they had new food constantly coming out. We did ask for more soup, and they promised it would be out within 5 minutes. The soup was not ready throughout our 30-45 mins there.

I was honestly disappointed with this place. Several tables have napkins placed under the legs to stop them from shaking. The recent change of employment must be to blame. The place is filthy and littered with trash in various locations.

Absolutely disgusting. Long piece of black hair in my dessert. No straws. No forks. The cleaning guy was scooping up crumbs from the tables (had gloves on) and then he would go to the salad bar and do the same thing. He then proceeded to take clean silverware and place it in the silverware bin for customers to get with the same gloves on. Tables were nasty. Customer also came in with small Chihuahua on a leash. No service animal identifiers. Very disgusting.

First of all, the service was excellent very friendly workers. Condiments were fully stocked along with straws. There was a little variety of pizza but thats understandable since there wasnt that many people present. I told them if they could make me a fresh one and they did. They asked other people if they wanted a fresh pizza made for them as well. 7 minutes later it appeared at my table. Warning there were flys flying around but nothing a little fly spray wont fix. Giving 3 stars just because of the flys but everything else was excellent.

Saw an ad where pizza looked good but as soon as we walk in service awful, got to the salad and there were empty trays only some spinach and some what lettuce but no toppings worst part was the pizza it had hardly some what cheese and a couple pepperonis then i got some sweet tea and it tasted like some cleaning solution i had throw it out my son got some hi c and it was nothing but water. I will never be goin back and much less recommended this place

The pizza was old and the staff just gathered in a group talking with the manager about nothing we walked in and there was a mess on one table that had never been picked up untill we left place wasnt really busy about 15 people but yet the employees where just hanging around walking past the messy table and not making new pizza Vegetarian options: Salad bar and meatless pizza Kid-friendliness: Little arcade room but most of the machines are broken

The price was decent. The staff was absent. They all stayed in the back and had customers waiting at the counter. It took them a good while to clean the tables once people left. There was only 3 pizzas on the buffet and they were made poorly. I used to love coming here years ago, I feel its fallen apart recently. I think this establishment is missing management. Even a sub par manager could make a huge difference here.
