I was referred by a family member who personally knows Mr. Davila thinking my car accident case would be well taken care of and dealt with in a timely manner. In my personal experience, I did not like Mr. Gómezs attitude when I asked him several questions about doubts we had regarding my sisters accident. Raising my voice when asking more than one thing at a time did not seem professional to me at all. I took my sister because she didnt have the confidence to go alone. I clarify that all this happened after my sister had already signed the contract. Otherwise, if he had had these attitudes from the beginning, we would have looked for another lawyer, but everything was after he had already signed the contract as representatives. I know that Mr. Gómez is only a secretary but he must maintain professionalism, when being the first impression on his client.

Much lack of professionalism! When I called them I put all my trust in their team since the advertising they sell makes me believe in them, After I signed the contract they stopped calling me or informing me about my case, I have searched for answers through WhatsApp, text messages, Email, calls, and No. The person in charge of my case is Mrs. Blanca Ramirez, I have even spoken directly with Mario and he only promised me that he would be on the lookout and NOTHING! They dont do anything i had an accident in 2018 at a dentist office they never updated my case I had to call them regularly they lied telling me they were in negotiations to then get told they cant do anything cuz the dentist company declared themselves in bankrupcy in 2020 and they didnt telle anything then my case was never in court and they just closed the case this lawyer is a scam dont recommend I never got a call from them and they lied multiple times.
