Great doctor and great staff. Dr. Ponce is very attentive and caring with his patients making sure they receive the best medical treatment. Also, Orlando is a great nurse who is very dependable and responsible making sure that anything the patient may need is taken care of in a quick matter of time.

Great interpersonal communication skills by Mr. Orlando made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable about my plight, Dr. Ponce great doctor feels like this can be my forever doctor. The ladies in front are very nice gave me literature for educational purposes on what foods are safe while on a renal diet. Thanks Valley Kidney Care!

He is a very good doctor. If you have questions or any doubts about health, he knows how to listen to his patients and explains everything in detail until someone comes home happy and happy. I am very happy and happy to be a patient of him and his nurses, Orlando, are very friendly staff. and helpful, I say this from experience because when we go to consult or talk to them on the phone, they answer you very kindly and respectfully, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Ponce Herrera understands his patient my mother Dora. He shows HUMAN CARE! He listens to her medical needs and also works with me in communicating what is in her best medical interest. I have been very pleased with the medical attention she has received. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. Orland is a major asset to his practice equally being so helpful and patient when asking him questions. Dr Ponces office phone is always answered with a SMILE, and you do not get an answering machine. That is equally impressive about his office. Everyone in his office goes above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a Nephrologist! Thank you Dr. Ponce and Staff! :)

More than grateful to Dr. Ponce, since he learned about my case, which was quite delicate at that time, he helped me. He did everything medically possible to help my kidneys heal as I was going through septic shock at the time. Unfortunately, after a few months I returned to the hospital and he treated me again. He was always on the lookout, there was not a day that he did not go to see me or call to see if there was any change, there were other doctors involved in my case. But in reality, Dr. Ponce was the one who was aware of each new symptom that appeared and tried to eliminate it, suggesting the corresponding studies. I called other doctors to find a solution to my problem, a great human being, he always showed empathy, always very positive and spreading that positivity even though the case was quite difficult I could spend all day writing down everything that helped me I couldnt trust another doctor as much as I trust him. And of course I recommend it 100+. If there were 10 stars I would give them, since 5 seems few to me. Of course the staff in your office are not far behind. Everyone is always very friendly!

My husband and I are glad that we found Dr. Ponce. He has been very helpful in my husbands Chronic Kidney Disease journey. Very thorough with his explanations and makes sure we understand everything before we leave his office. His office staff is great, front office staff is very courteous. His M.A., Orlando is the best! From our very 1st visit, he has been a tremendous help. From getting medication refills to filling out paperwork to getting referrals, hes been there for us. If you need a great Nephrologist with an awesome staff, Dr. Ponces office is the place to go.

I highly recommend Dr. Ponce. He listens to his patients, advocates for them, and he really does care to help. As his patient, I really saw the difference in my care when he became my doctor. He helped me manage my blood pressure and truly celebrated with me when it was finally managed. And most importantly he cares and listens to his patients and he talks to you and not down to you.
