My 2 children and I ate in your restaurant on Saturday the 28th. My sons steak was cooked to perfection and my shrimp was delicious. My daughter ordered the half rack of baby back ribs. Ribs are supposed to fall off of the bone. My daughter chewed and chewed on 3 ribs to try and get any meat off. She left the rest untouched. Long story short..... they were undercooked so basically her meal was wasted.

My family and I recently celebrated my niece Savannahs 26th birthday at Longhorn Steakhouse, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! Her husband, Tyler, arranged a surprise gathering for the entire family, and from start to finish, the staff made it an unforgettable evening. The service was phenomenal, thanks to our servers, Alexandra and Riley, who expertly managed a party of 16 with ease and professionalism. Their attentiveness made sure everyone had what they needed, and they handled the large group like pros. For dinner, my husband and I shared the Outlaw Ribeye with mushrooms, which was cooked to perfection. He also enjoyed the Lobster Chowder, while I had the Grilled Corn, and both dishes were delicious. Every bite was flavorful, and the quality of the food was outstanding. We were also impressed with the personal touch from the restaurant s manager, Joe, who came to our table to chat and even took some fun birthday photos for us. He created a special webpage where we could add messages to the photo and easily share it on social media such a thoughtful detail! To top it all off, we had the pleasure of speaking with Managing Partner Antwon Barnett, who wanted to recognize us from a previous celebration. He took the time to greet us and ask about our previous visit, adding a lovely personal touch to the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful experience filled with great food, outstanding service, and a genuine sense of hospitality. We look forward to returning!

We arrived and were sat within about 5 minutes. Waitress didnt acknowledge our presence till about 10 mins later, which was honestly ok a little unsettling, but I hoped for the best so I could fully enjoy my dinner. We ordered waters and the food as well since we all had time to look over the menu. We didnt see anyone for about 15 minutes, not exaggerating. I wish I was. We finally recieved bread with 2 plates that had a black watery substance on them so i politely asked for more plates she said no problem brought back with 4 plates and said hopefully these would work, there was food still on these plates and they were full of water to were i had to dump em off the side to not spill it on the table. At the same time she then realizes we never had the water we asked for she leaves comes back with a plate of food for the surrounding tables twice and made sure to get all the condiments and everything they asked for. We received water and food about the same time, and it was a cook or some kitchen staff that didnt want it to get cold that brought it out to us. We were very satisfied with our food, which is the reason I didnt bring it up with management, but the food saved it the hassle that day. We had the 22oz porterhouse, which I need meat heads to confirm. Thats what I received, but... it was all super flavorful. The kids steak was perfect, and the Mac was mac but I hope for better service in the future, keep the food the same, though!

The last three times we have been there my steak has been from luke-warm to cool and I have it cooked medium rare. Normally we I have eaten here before its been perfect temperature. The rest of my food has also been cool temperature as well. The last time I was there was for my birthday 8/10/2024 party of 3. We had to wait 45 minutes to get waited on then almost 1.5 hour to get our food. When we complained, their excuse was the same excuse as it was twice before. Im sorry for the inconvenience we are currently undergoing management changes, We are actually cleaning house as we speak. The waitress tried, I feel sorry for her..

The worse thing you could is greet me and tell me one sec. Then you give menus, silverware and ask the person thats came in the door after me what they needed as if I wasnt first. If I could give them no stars I completely would. We got there and there was no hostess, so we waited a 15minutes to be seated. they were not busy, but it seemed like everybody was in the back because we didn t see no waitresses waiters nothing and they were not that busy. Then when we finally got seated, our waitress came and took our order and after 30 minutes we had still not got our drinks. So we ended up leaving. such poor service

Unfortunately, this experience was not up to the typical experience of a LongHorns. Salad was old with wilted pieces, broccoli was all tidbits, and what one finds at the bottom of a bag when using frozen veggies. Steak was cooked as requested, but for a t-bone, it was all strip side. Probably should have just got the ribeye.

We came here for dinner around 5:30 on 7/17. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. Within moments, our server took our drink order and gave us yummy fresh bread that was absolutely scrumptious with the butter provided. We chose the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms and the Texas brisket queso for our appetizers. And both of them were phenomenal. Then for our entrees, I got the ribeye with a loaded baked potato, and my wife got the Parmesan crusted chicken with broccoli. The side salad was extremely fresh with nothing but good pieces of lettuce, and the balsamic vinaigrette really popped! My steak was expertly seasoned and cooked to order, and my potato was delightful. The chicken was extremely tender and juicy and full of flavor. My wife said it was some of the best chicken she has had in a restaurant! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we had a very good time!

The worst experience I have ever had at Longhorn steakhouse. Chicken fried STEAK had bits of chicken in the crust. Steak was not cooked correctly. Sat at the table for 1.5 hours and did not receive food. You could tell there was a lack of leadership. Will not return, which is sad because I always recommended it. Not anymore.

Longhorn NEVER disappoints. I have been a gradual convert for awhile now. I love going to Steakhouses and have been to dozens of high end places. None of them touch Longhorn for value if its all about the steak. Longhorn has a homey, family oriented atmosphere (not necessarily for the anniversary romantic dinner). Really solid steaks for about 1/3 for price of top end steak houses. Service has always been top notch and attentive. In todays world of dining out.....very, very hard to beat Longhorn.

This is the second ti.e we have eaten at Longhorn and the food was just awful. I ordered a ribeye and it was full of gristle and overcooked with absolutely no seasoning or flavor. I enjoy just salt and pepper but this has almost nothing and it was burnt. The Mac and cheese was ok but tasted like it had sat there all day. The same for my husband who got the New York Strip. I get people have off days but the same thing happened last time we were there. We wont choose this place for a good steak again.

Had dinner here over the weekend. Food was just ok. Cooks switched our order temps on our plates AGAIN: my wife got my medium rare cook on her 6oz, and I got her medium on my 8oz sirloin. The waiter was not perky. He seemed like he didnt want to be at work. I had to ask for a straw from someone else and I have a rotator cuff issue. He didnt check on how my partys food was. Waited twenty minutes for a table no big deal. Waited an hour and a half for our food as many fellow diners gave up and walked out. The lamb came out grossly overcooked. It was removed from the bill and we received a discount which was fair and right but if the food times had been such all evening a warning should be given to the diners so they have the option to leave and go somewhere else. I heard your food is the next order out at least 4 times. Honest communication is key. Had we known it would take so long we would have come another day as we were celebrating a special occasion. Last time we ate at a Longhorn we were served fresh baked bread....this place did not serve any bread. Bummer.... The waiter never brought my Strawberry Lemonade...also he had to be reminded about our order for the appetizer ..Stuffed Mushrooms...they were Luke warm by the time he brought them out...and we were almost half done with our main course... Its just those little things that make a big difference in how an evening out with your spouse can become irritating...We all have a bad day now and then....hopefully this is not the norm for this establishment.... This was a train wreck. Not only did one of the waitresses trash on the poor guy who received orders for our drinks, saying he doesn t really know what he s doing over. Then, when our orders for food were taken, we were told that there were no sirloins, and no bread, which is understandable; I just wish we were told this any other time other than right before we order. Once we got our food all of our steaks were extremely over cooked. My medium rare was grey. My cousins steak was so over cooked it shook the table every time he cut a slice. My girlfriends steak was given out without her side of fried okra and when they brought out her side 30+ minutes later the fried okra was uncut, and just lazily fried. We were able to laugh about it but the overall service was very poor. Seems they are understaffed and disorganized.

Our entree s came out before our appetizer and when we mentioned this to our server he indicated that someone took it and it went to another table. Never been, researched for an hour or so prior, and came to Longhorn conclusion to take my family of five. Very, very dissatisfied. Food flavors were all excellent. I got the chicken Friday steak which looked massive but was, disappointingly mostly breading. The okra was fabulous! My husband liked his steak and shrimp; I did have some of his steak, as the breading was something too greasy and thick to consume, and while a little lacking in season still tastes great. The appetizer bread is very good! Service was great! We were in a party of 12 and there were some check charge mix ups that were easily fixed. The setting inside is entirely too dark though.

My wife and I go to longhorn every year on the 15th for our after Valentine s Day date cuz vday is too busy. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with ribs. My plate comes out and it s bbq chicken and bbq ribs. I nicely let the waiter know it was incorrect. They bring my plate back and tried to pass of the same bbq chicken as parm crusted chicken by putting the cheese and parm on it. So now I m a little irritated. Manager comes over I explain what they had done and the manager began to get a condescending attitude towards me. The waiter then begins to give a rude attitude to my whole table. On top of that they forgot one of my sides and then my wife had to wait 10 mins for Mac and cheese that they forgot. Also my wife s baked potato had maybe two little shreds of cheese on it. It was the worst experience we have ever had. And we don t just eat ther on the 15th we eat there often. But this was the worst time ever. It destroyed our experience and we will not be going back To this establishment. I was able to eat 2 ribs and broccoli because when they brought my remade chicken back out they had an attitude about it and just placed on the edge of the table and walked away did not even apologize for the mess up. Also when asked about my Mac and cheese and that my wife has been waiting ten minutes for her Mac and cheese the waiter again was rude turned his head and said nothing then returns 2 minutes later with the Mac and cheese we waited 10mins for. I still had to ask the manager for my Mac and cheese. I lost my appetite and was unable to eat my food. This was the last time we ever visit this establishment.

We went to Longhorn for dinner after a very bad take out experience. The manager had given me some freebies to come back, so we tried it again. While they did honor the 25% of our ticket, this visit wasnt much better than the last. We waited over 20 minutes for our server to visit our table to take our order. When we got our food, my sisters steak was undercooked and had to be sent back. We were there for 2 hours to eat one meal for the lack of service. They didnt offer anything for the lack of service this visit.

We then proceeded to sit for the next 20 minutes with no greeting. When asked another server if they maybe knew who our server was they said they werent sure but could find out. Good answer. I have had nothing but great experiences with the manager Joe. He s been amazing. Definitely one of the best managers I ve encountered. My steak was over cooked. He promptly had another one made. Over Christmas holiday he was the manager working and was very friendly and welcoming. Today we celebrated my daughter s birthday here. Great manager. Great staff. Great food. Great experience.

Riley D is very hospitable and catering. Ask for her section you won t regret it. It was my first time ever visiting a longhorn steakhouse and they ve converted this Texan to be a salad eater. You MUST try the Caesar salad. The parm crust on the steak is a cheap and delicious add-on, I recommend it. Whoever grills the steaks is a pro, no need for a filet as the sirloin is perfect here (get it med-rare)

I was with a friend at Longhorn for her birthday, our experience started out very well. Then took an immediate turn down hill. A server spilled a drink that WAS NOT OURS onto the table, it got on my silverware and napkin! We asked THREE DIFFERENT servers for assistance in cleaning up the spill, THREE DIFFERENT people and NO ONE ever brought us napkins or gave assistance! ALL THREE TIMES, they said they would bring us napkins. Now I would have been perfectly fine if we were given napkins to clean the spill ourselves, but they never came back with napkins and acted like we never asked for help! One of the servers we asked said she would bring us napkins and NEVER returned back to our table! It took me getting up from my meal and going up to one of who I assume is a manager to explain and ask for help! Thankfully he was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. One of the other servers we asked for help, said he would bring us napkins, then proceeded to walk right past us and go sit down and take out his phone! We were within eyesight of him the whole time! I was disappointed in the service quality! I was expecting something great to celebrate my friend s birthday but was not pleased with my overall experience.

I went to longhorn steakhouse for my birthday dinner as I love the food and service they provide here. Unfortunately, this time I did not receive the same service as I usually do. So I originally shared a bad review, and they gave me a $50 gift card, so I absolutely wanted them to redeem themselves, well we got what we ordered this time, at least for the items, but the cook of the steak should have been medium yet its some cold in the middle of both filets, they mixed the fries with asparagus which makes them soggy, I was late picking up so when Ithey called and I said I was on my way but the side streets here dont always make sense and then finally arrived and logged in the pickup lane iwaited about 6 minutes before calling wondering if maybe the website log on had expired so then called and was told the order was not yet ready for another minute or so, was finally given to me another 10 minutes after that, got it home and the center of the filets are still mooing!!

We have eaten there several times and the rib eye steak were real steaks.I think road house steak has real delicious rib eye steaks thick and juice and you get to pick the steaks to order.We were very disappointed with the food this time. It was not a real rib eye steak it was not ever grill,they cooked this piece of meat in a flat skillet.Every one else in the resturant was serve a real rib eye steak.The manager problably thought since Iam native American and my boyfriend been white the manager though wed didnt know what a Rib Eye Steak looked like.Bad pretty bad because Iam a professional chef.But word gets around ,and we wont be back again.Thanks for a piece of left over piece of meat they serve me.They need to change the oil to have a nice tasty cask.
