Really good example of an old fashioned burger. It was my first time there and I opted to get the smaller burger instead of a big humongous one. It was worth it, very tasty and the tater tots were crunchy and perfect.

I tried to call and place the order this morning. They had me on hold for four minutes. The lady hung up on me. I ll call back place my order when I get there to get my food I realize my bread had red hair immediately I called to tell her about it. She was rude. She didn t care to hear my complaint. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they will be off for the next two days.

Went here around 4 today, horrible customer service and the food was even worse!!! Drinks watered down. Waste of money, the ladies that work here are both so rude!!! Raw burgers, chicken strips full of cartilage. Instant mashed potatoes weren t even mixed right and still has a gritty consistency!!! Finally the Philly sucked so bad!!! Dry meat, it was an all around horrible experience here today

The food was horrible, gease was what we mostly tasted. The prices are fair but not if the food is not edible.Order fish and chips, the fish was gross .Tasted like it was old , plus the toast look like they cleaned the grill with it. My salad was wilted the one cucumber was frozen. I can keep on about the other part of the order, it was just bad.

This place is okay but I wouldnt go back. The burger was fine and the veggies on it were good. I dont care for a well done burger but I understand not wanting to make people sick. The fries that came with the burger were cooked well, just no seasoning. The fried okra was very crispy and not burnt. The food issue here is seasoning, everything was lacking in flavor.

Its a nice, quaint place. We had a cheeseburger and a mushrom cheeseburger with spicy fries. Both burgers were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The fries had a crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. It was a great meal . We will be back, though. Highly recommend it. Its a best burger in town .

Went thru drive through....ordered mushroom Swiss burger combo. When the gave me my bagged order the receipt and kitchen tag has the order correct. When we got to the soccer field for our game, we found out what we actually got was a hamburger with mustard and all vegetables. The fries were hot and there was no drink. I asked the guy at the window about the drink and he just walked away from the window. We couldnt go back to the restaurant as we had soccer games. I tried calling and was out on hold twice and on both calls I got hung up on. Paid $15 for food I could not even eat and no drink.

I frequent this establishment all the time and the food is pretty good. Tonight I called for a pick up order at 9:45p after getting off work and was put on hold for a few minutes and then told they were closed. Fair warning, they will stop serving about 10-15 minutes early. When I asked if they close at 10 they lady got a little rude and said yeah! but its 10 till.

Ive eaten there quite often and the only complaint or really more of a suggestion is I like my onion rings a little more crispy and darker but thats just my taste but other than that food is great customer service has always been on point as far as the price I dont mind paying a little more for food that Ive can enjoy because theres a lot of restaurants that brag about their cheap prices and u find out as ur eating why they are so cheap its like anything else u get what u pay for and really I dont find Jumbo Joes expensive

When I called order, I had to repeat my order three times, she. I picked up the order, went home and I was missing a hamburger. I called, they asked what I had ordered, I repeated the order. The order was 2 jumbo burgers, 2 large orders of tater tots, 3 regular hamburgers, I hamburger dry/ no onions. She said come pick up the other hamburger, I told her my husband was going to pick it up. He went by and was told he could not have the hamburger, unless he had the receipt. I went back and they asked for the receipt, the same woman who gave me the order, took my card, but did not give me a receipt back with my card. There was no receipt in the bag. She had the audacity, to ask if I had the food. This was an hour and half later. They were treating me as if I was a liar. I called to ask for the owner. So apparently you can not contact the owner. (Nice tactic). Hire people that know how to write down orders. This is not first time they have messed up my order. Please tell your hire work, not to pretend that you did not just come by the window. This was the last time u will order from them, I will be sure to ask for a receipt, or they will call you a lair.

I have went twice and its pretty decent! I love the mozzarella sticks! They remind me of teddy Jacks and the burger tasted so good even my grandma who usually dont eat the entire thing ate it all! Ordered online that made it super easy, I love that. It was on the pricier side for a burger restaurant at $27 for 2 combo meals. Burgers were fresh, juicy, and a good size. They made our order to perfection and we got everything we ordered. 1 gripe would be our drinks were heavy on ice not leaving much to drink. Fries were fresh and the portion size was good. 8.5 out of 10

The 4 hamburgers and fries we got tonight had several issues. First the buns were all burnt. Second the onions in the burgers were cut really large we had to take them off. Third the lettuce was all wilted. Forth there was so much mayonnaise on them we had to take some off. And lastly the fries were all burnt as well. Now I know why my order took so long, the cook was burning everything and sloping through them!!

First time trying jumbo Joes pulled up to the window. Where a lady with glasses looked extremely Unhappy! We asked for the 2 Burger special, and she asked if we wanted tater tots, fries, or onion rings, but didnt say onion rings and tater tots were extra. She was extremely Rude and Acted as if we were interrupting her Day! We Pay $36. For, the 2 Burger combo and order of cheese sticks. We asked her, should we pull up or wait at the window? She rudely said pull over to the side Your numbers on your receipt. I just cant understand why she was so extremely rude to Us. Theres lots of traffic noise so we didnt hear Her. Call our number at first and then she repeated it Angrily and loud I could already tell the burgers Were precooked because it took 10 minutes for the full order And sure enough the first bite was dry and Under seasoned, the vegetables were fresh and the bun was toasted but The dry meat killed it. The cheese sticks Would have been good if they werent so greasy. And the tater tots tasted like fish.! Her Attitude alone Was enough to keep us from ever going back!!!!!

We havent had hamburgers in a long time due to going keto. We figured we can have a break and decided hamburgers and fries. We got here as the opened and were the first customers of the day. The employees were great and were excited to get started. The food came fast and hot. The taste and all was very nostalgic and much better than anything McDonalds offers. Overall, we loved the food and love the service and will be going back as soon as we decide we need another break from keto.

Overheard an employee (I believe hes named Brian) being extremely rude and disrespectful to another employee who appears to be much younger than him he was essentially cussing out this poor teenage girl in front of everyone in the dining room it was very upsetting to see and I will not support an establishment that allows its employees to act this way especially a middle-aged man bullying a minor it disrupted my dining experience and the experience of those around me and I will not be returning as long as brian is employed there :/ disgusting behavior. My review is for their #1 7oz. Single cheese burger with everything on it they offer. No bacon. Its one of the top 10 burgers in town. I would rate it 9.1 for Lubbock burgers. Burger was very fresh with that homemade taste and very high quality. However, I found the burger dry and no seasoning. I could taste the bun more than the meat. The French fries were good. I like their drink setup.

I m new to Lubbock and did a Grubhub. Chili dog and chili burger. That was the worst chili I ever tasted. It was like they dumped three times too much chili powder in and gave it couple of stirs then dished it up. Spicy fries were anything but. Fried mushrooms weren t bad. The burger would have been okay if it didn t have that nasty chili on it. Won t be ordering from here again.

20 people Got Their Order Before Us! Including Our Table of 16...Servers All Acting Like They Were On it! Truth IS THEY LOST OUR ORDER!! HAD TO REMAKE! They probably Ate it or Gave it Away! Omg! 1st Time we go there And Last Time! Petes Whataburger or Even McDonalds gives WAY BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD IS WAY BETTER AT THESE PLACES!! IM VERY UPSET!!!
