I ve been going to this Wing Stop since they open. And every year it gets a bit worst then before. I had an order that was $83. They made a mistake and forgot my Louisiana rub 10 pcs. Wings. I called they said policies is that I needed to take all the food back so they could inspect it. So I asked will I be able to receive fresh food since They made the mistake and forgot my food Again. The manager which left me talking to the girl at the counter finally came to speak with me once I requested (which I assume should have been her job). I asked for a refund and she said it would take up to 72hrs. I asked for a refund receipt but since I ordered online she said she couldn t. Then I ask for a pen she said I don t have one (keep in mind I am speaking with the manager). Wing-stop couldn t give me fresh food, couldn t give me proof of a refund until days later, and couldn t just give me the wings they missed on my order. All this but yet I was suppose to trust them on my refund. The way you treat people is horrible. Just a tip instead of packing the order before the customer arrives just do it in front of them. It will be your proof.

Kitthah- 8/25 I do door dash, Kitthah- and 1 other girl, were the two rudest employees I have ever met! They dont care about customer service, whether or not they acknowledge people politely. They checked my phone 3 times and apparently they cant read, they repeatedly the name of the customer each time. Telling me it wasnt ready. I lost out on money because of their not only piss poor service. When I came back (after I had to call door dash) I said excuse me 5 times and they still didnt acknowledge me. They only came up to the register to answer a phone, and I observed the same attitude towards the person on the phone. If I was management, I would be putting a bow hiring sign in my window and get rid of these two nasty girls who cant even be bothered to have a good attitude and treat others with respect and dignity. Calling corporate tomorrow. This sense of entitlement is truly disgusting.

Piss poor management. Do not order through their online for delivery. Entire order did not arrive and when I notified the staff a member from management rudely stated that the items where placed in the bag and if we have a problem to go to door dash about it, dispite ordering through their online portal. Walked in and there were 10 customers and there was only one person working in the kitchen. The rest of the staff were in the back talking with no regard to the customers. There were at least 7 bags sitting in the designated carryout area. The food was terrible. The fries were limp and mushy. They forgot a 10pc corn in my 100$ order. That alone was 10$. I called and they were rude and hung up on me and refused to help .I called back and was immediately put on hold. The manager refused to speak to me. Waited 20 mins to even be helped. The food here is never cooked all the way through. Fries, wings and dipping sauce just never right. Old oil is used to cook the food and you can taste it when you bite into the food. After ordering an online order through Uber Eats, I waited for over two hour for my order. The Uber driver never made it to my location. I dont have a problem with that in general as I am fully aware that the store itself is not responsible for the mishandling of the order once it is taken from the store. My issue was that when I came in to check my order status that the self-proclaimed General Manager Carlos was rude in the manner that he said its not on them to address my order complaint. I then left the store to confirm with a another person on the phone of what they wanted as well. When I returned into the store I was told by Carlos that he can and will be refusing service to me. I ask why and He replied Because you know what you said, I was confused because I honestly was not sure what he was talking about. The one comment that I had for his employee prior to me stepping outside was that the other location had an inspection the night before. If that is what he is referring to then I guess he miss interpret that, but even so he could have confirmed that with me and cleared the miscommunication up rather than kicking me out of the store and falsely calling the cops. Will not return to any of the locations for this reason. I stopped eating at Wingstop a few years ago due to this type of rudeness and lack of professionalism and now even though Im just one person, I wont be back.

Not sure if I got lucky or the reviews are just dated, but I had a nice experience with this wingstop. Ordered for pickup through the app at 6:30pm on a Saturday (ETA 6:55-7) and arrived around 7:15, food was almost cold meaning it was actually ready on time if not earlier. Picked the food up and now we re home, the fries are not even secured and just all over the bottom of the bag, and cold, one of the wing orders were wrong flavor, and everything was freakin cold. I called to figure out what they can do to fix this like a refund or just remake and they told me that since I took a bite and put the food in the microwave they can do anything.. that if I hadn t taken a bite and just brought it back they could remake it . Ok wings too how am I suppose to tell if the wing is the wrong flavor without tasting it??? Showed up at this joint. Very dirty. Restroom broken & no seating. Was referred to other location by employee. Other location completely nasty. Kitchen obviously hasnt been cleaned in a long while. Drink machine not working. Bought a combo but had to go to dollar store next door to get drink. Employees continue to take orders without telling customers drink machine is broken. Owner is unworthy of these franchises. Company should pull them from him immediately. If health department comes in, they will probably be closed. Neither location recommended.

As a pregnant lady and who s being extra cautious about too much acidity/spiciness i must say i am both surprised and delighted that mild actually is mild. Its like buffalo but toned a bit. I love it. This and Hawaiian are great. The staff is always super nice too. I got Hickory BBQ once and it was a bit spicier than i expected totally caught me off gaurd but i dig the mild. Ill be back for the hotter ones when my bun is done in the oven.

Sometimes theres hardly any sauce, other times theres no seasoning on the fried even when we request extra seasoning. This time I ordered half boneless hickory BBQ and classic lemon pepper wings and it came out switched. So I ended up with boneless lemon pepper & classic hickory BBQ. Straight garbage! I was early which means my food was still cooking. When I got it my ride home took 8 minutes...the wings had zero seasoning the fries were soggy and cold. Since you cant eat at the restaurant. I waited on my food in a single dirty chair along with spilled soda and trash all over the floor. Was my last time to visit wont be back.

We ordered wings online. About five minutes after the wings were supposed to be ordered and we could see the car on the tracker, our order was cancelled. We called Wingstop, and they said they could do nothing for us and referred us to DoorDash, which they use for deliveries. I had to go online and chat with DoorDash, then they called me, then put me on hold for a long time. Eventually I spoke with an agent who said they couldnt get our order delivered, and couldnt get a refund processed through the store. Only thing they could do was submit a refund request. Just wanted to order wings. Ended up spending my evening talking to customer service. Wingstop was extremely unhelpful. Definitely not worth the time or hassle. Ended up ordering from Its Just Wings, and the wings were really good.

Ordered via the app and glad I did, they were not taking walk-in customers due to them being too busy with online and app orders. I received my order roughly 15 mins later than the app stated it was ready. All that wasnt the problem. Employees were great and knowledgeable so that wasnt the problem. No, the problem at this location is the food itself. The wings were super dry and you had to use some sauce or you couldnt get it down. The fries were limp and gross (for a lack of a better word). The carrots were snappy at least. Building looked cleaned but the ceiling and items on the wall were freaky dusty. Overall, we will avoid this train wreck of a location.

The nastiest wing stop in history . From the watery bleu cheese to the fries as big the plate! The wings were gooey and disgusting ! My husband order bone-in wings and received boneless because of a shortage!! I made a mistake in ordering boneless wings when I wanted bone in wings. I called and asked if I could get a exchange and the guy on the phone sadi no because We arlready made the food and you got what you ordered. I then asked if I could get a refund and he said no again for the same reason. Complete BS. Ive worked in food for years and we always give refunds or exchanges if a guest makes a mistake and other wingstops have done this for me. I dont know if that young man was the manager, but if he is, this wingstop needs a new one. Ive never heard of a policy like this. Get it together!

Really bad customer service. I work for DoorDash and I asked if all the items and drink were made right for my customer because we can t open and check bags they sealed. Employee tolde everything is in the bag with a bad attitude. Another thing I was in front of the store and never got helped, there was two people on the counter and a sign on the door that says do not enter, so I called twice and they didn t pick up the phone.
