Has been months and I still havent even received call back from the owner. They managed to respond to every other review, but mine. Ive been waiting almost four months, for a refund. Worst BBW EVER! Dont bother I DID LEAVE A RESPONSE ON THE WEBSITE THEY KEEP REPLYING WITH...... A MONTH AGO AND AGAIN LAST WEEK. This entire restaurant is trash i go to Wing Daddys now.

Today I experienced great service with the manager Tatum. I order online, and mistakenly clicked a second sauce for my 10 piece wings. I called the store to tell them my order was wrong. When I arrived I realized the mistake was on my behalf. The manger still happily replaced my wings that I wanted. Even after I mentioned I was at fault. I greatly appreciate the service I received today!!!

Ever time we come over here to this BWW on 19th everything doesnt work here or there out of things. The food always cold they take to long on with our order. The waitress take to long to come to us to get our order we have to ask whos are waitress and then she dont come and check on us. Then they always say that their system is down so u cant use ur rewards points. They say it rained the other day. I said what rain storm. I must of miss that rain storm when it happen in Lubbock. Can someone tell me when that bad storm came in. Kid-friendliness: Need to work on how to talk to customer with out a attitude.

Update 9/6/24 We decided to give this play another try. Dont know why we even bothered coming back. Walked in at 5:22pm. and had to seat ourselves. After 15 minutes, we got up and walked out. Not a single member of the wait staff came to our table. Visited one close by to us but never came to ours. Several staff members looked our way, but seriously, there was no service, and it wasnt even busy. Probably wont be waisting our time again. Previous review: We dropped in about a week ago to squeeze in a date around 1pm. I will say our waitress was friendly and attentive; however, with their literally being only 3 other tables, the wait time was unnexcebtable, and when we finally did get our food, it was lukewarm almost cold. Theres no excuse for the quality of food that was delivered. I would have been more understanding if it had actually been busy.

We came in about 2:30 and sat and ordered. 40 min later still no food still, everyone around us had their food. The people that walked before us and the people after us got their food. We asked for our order to go instead and it was still brought out to us on trays and we had to pack our own stuff. With it being slow hour of the day the service and food was so slow and wasn t worth my 80 bucks.

Probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been too. Usually takes 10-15 minutes for me to ever receive service in the To-Go area especially during lunch time, often times with the restaurant being fairly empty. Other times I ve received cold/wrong food on more than one occasion. Today I came in to make an order and stood for nearly 20 minutes before I decided to leave and go to the one in nearly in Wolfforth. I will not be returning to the 19th St. location.

Upon arrival, the tables were wet from a very poor attempt to wipe them down. We asked if they could please clean it off to which they complied. The waiter was very kind and pleasant. We were disappointed on the length of time it took to prepare our wings and finally come out. Upon our food coming to our table we quickly realized it was wrong. The waiter apologize and due to our time crunch we just ate what was brought to our table. Overall the quality of the wings were great. Will not be returning to this location.

A buddy and I went in to eat last Saturday we just ate a appetizer and drank a beer. The waiter threw out our recipe that we left with a $10 tip on printed a duplicate forged his signature and added a $1000 tip on it. On top of that all we got was attitude from all higher ups we talked to after that, oh how they care about their customers.

Do not go there after 10pm on a week day, you will be waiting for your food for over an hour!! The gentleman working the bar was the only reason we stayed there so long. The wait time is roughly 1.5-2 hours for food, we were told there was only one cook. Never again will I return to this location. After leaving one of the female waitresses yelled out, another cancellation . Whoever runs this BWW, needs lesson on management.

It s been many years since I have been back to wild wings and today reminded me of why. I had a to go order I waited at the to go desk for some help. After waiting about 5-10 mins 3 servers looked right at me and never asked if I needed any help. White guy walks in walks to the to go desk and the same 3 servers that looked right at me instantly ask him do you need help? He says he has a to go order and he gets his order before me. After I had been standing there way before he even walked through the door. I had to yell Can I get some help here after the other guy got his order. If I wouldnt have yelled out I still don t think they would have acknowledged me because even after the other guy got his order they still didn t say anything to me up until I yelled. One of those 3 servers finally came to help me. I was very frustrated with the fact that I stood there with no help and this white guy gets instant help as soon as they saw him. I m not one to pull the card at all but to me it felt like this was a situation it actually was the case. I probably will continue to not visit this establishment anymore again.

Chicken was so crispy you couldn t cut with the plastic knife and the plastic fork couldn t even stab it to be able to pick it up. Had to have wings sent back to get tossed came out dry.Spit wads on the A.Johnson number 80 jersey. Menus were covered in food and disgusting to touch. Will not be eating at b-dubs no more.

This place is Horrendously bad first off the service itself was 2nd to none in the worst way possible the waiter had to be on some type of drugs he was cussing a storm and being extremely disrespectful the menu Was misleading, and when the manager came out, she was extremely rude. And unhelpful Then, when the food came out, it was burnt beyond recognition And the cherry on top being the waiter charged everyone incorrectly. The Payment was given to him with the receipt wrapped around it, and he still messed it up. And refused to refund I got one burger that should have been 15.52 according to the recipe he charged me 53 dollars and when I confronted him he tried to make it seem like it was my fault for giving him the wrong recipe despite my double checking and giving him the card in the easiest way theres no way this server was all the way there and this service was completely unacceptable

Had the 10 piece wings with honey BBQ and Nashville sauces. Also had fries and carrots. The meal was poorly packaged. The box with the honey BBQ was on its side so sauce got all over the box and the bag. It was very messy. Wings were huge and tender. The honey BBQ were by far the best but I wish all of my sauce wasnt all over my bag. The Nashville were good but they were a little dry. The fries were cold and tasted old. I only ate a few of them because of that. Carrots were good but there were only 8 pieces. Food was ordered online and was ready almost 10 minutes before it stated on the app so I was glad I got there early. Will try again because I like this restaurant but will probably eat there.

Do not eat here! They tried to give us the wrong ticket twice and when we told them it was wrong, they laughed and said :thats what everyone says. It took them 30 minutes to give us a detailed receipt after it took 45 minutes of us waiting and having to walk to a waiter to ask them to cash us out. They ran our card twice for the wrong amount and tried to make us pay double what our bill was. I felt sorry for th waiter that had the whole floor to himself but dang thats ridiculous!

This is the worst place to eat! It took an hour to get our food. The server we had was Emily. She was so sweet and polite. She would constantly check on us. We talked to the manager as to why our food was taking so long, all she told us was that they had new people. No apologies, nothing! She was so rude! On top of this, their prices have gotten out of hand. Weve been going to BWW on 19th for a while now. They recently changed management. Since then, the place has really gone down! The managers seem to be too young to manage a restaurant like BBW. The new chairs are patio chairs and are so uncomfortable. I dont know how this place stays in business. I wont recommend this place to anyone anymore. Plus, your bathrooms are very nasty!

Service was so slow, food wasn t good. I will never recommend. Haven t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in awhile, Waited at least 5 mins watching the hostess talk to be told to sit wherever. Waited at least 45 mins for room temp food to get to the table after ordering. (Only got order of 15 boneless wings & a 12 combo wings order). The combo meal boneless wings were clearly sitting under the heat lamp awhile as the sauce was literally dried to the chicken, they were NOT saucy like Nashville hot should be, looked like a dry rub . Also the ranch was terrible!!! Waiter hardly checked on us for refills, once we asked for some refill even that took near 15 mins to get to us. The bathrooms were filthy&we left with lost appetites. Haven t been this disappointed in quite awhile. Definitely wasn t worth $75. please take this review to heart & don t waste your time or money.

My experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was great. We had an amazing server, Alaisa. She was very attentive, paid attention to detail, and had a great attitude. If I could receive that kind of service everywhere, it would be amazing. The only issue I had was when I went to use the restroom. The trash was overflowing, the counter tops were full of water and soggy paper towels. There was standing water all over the floor, and had a stench. All in all it was great though. Id still come back for sure. Thanks for a great time.

Im beyond pissed. I feel like Ive been robbed!! This food was absolutely disgusting, cold, hard, and its very obvious the fries were microwaved! I came in and placed a to go order! Mind you I have a fussy baby in the car.... I ordered two order of mild Buffalo wings and two small fries with everything on them. I get my order go home trusting the employees wouldnt send me away with bad food, I get home and Im missing one of my fries which I didnt mind. Until I tried to serve my baby who was starving his loaded fries and I couldnt even take them out the dam box because they were SO HARD!!! The fries were literally burnt into the box!! Why do we as customers have to pay so much for microwaveable food!!!! Its very obvious the fries are microwaved when they go from being hot one minute, to being stuck together and stuck to the box where you cant even take it apart!!! So i pack my baby back in the car. my fiance whos been at work since 3am comes with me (I worked all day didnt get off until 8 , I thought I could stop and get some good fresh food for us because im beyond tired)...and go all the way back to the restaurant. I show the lady how hard the fries were she went back to put another order in for me and made sure I got both my orders this time... while I was there another lady was waiting for the same reason (she was there when I left the first time) . So I get my order, checked it in the car to make sure the fries were fresh which they were.. come home serve our food and to my surprise!!!!!!!!!!!! Fries are already sticking to the dam box again and their already hard, the wings barely had any sauce on them, and the wings were very hard as well , dry, and I literally had to pick off half the chicken on the bone because it was so hard!!!!!! I threw EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH!!! HAD TO TAKE OUT SOMETHINGI COULD MAKE IN 15 MINUTES BECAUSE AT THIS POINT MY BABY WAS SCREAMING!!!! Fiancé was to tired to wait for the food hes asleep now! I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY MONEY!! AND ME AND MY FIANCE WORK LONG HOURS!!!WHEN I COME TO A RESTRAUNT I EXPECT GOOD FOOD, AT LEAST FOOD WE CAN GET DOWN! This is always the place to eat and drink! We decided to celebrate the new year by dining at one of our favorite restaurants. Our server, Emily, was fast and courteous! We took advantage of the buy one, get one free traditional chicken wings with medium and honey bbq sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings is currently offering many promotions, so while we waited for our fried pickles, we ordered the watermelon martini and the tall wild herd beer. My brother and I went for a late lunch since there was no heavy traffic there. Due to that, we expected exemplary service but that we did not receive. Food was served as if they placed it in the fridge before serving. I mean my queso even had film over it from siting too long. I had to seek out service from someone other than out waitress in order to give us warm food, but they still forgot to include the fries. I did like the waitress, sont blame her at all since she was tending the bar and waiting on us, but improvements need to be made!

Awful. Time and time again orders are messed up. No sauce on wings. Went back they provided me with 2 of each sauce (tiny containers that barely covered the wings) and they gave me a hard time like I was trying to rip them off when I went back for the sauce. I walked in nobody acknowledged me and several staff passed me. Didnt listen to my order, it took extremely long then told them the order wasnt right. When the food was redone it was done in less than half the time I previously waited so I dont know why it took so long the first time. Always up pricing on single sides asked for a side they automatically price them at the large without telling you. Wasted an hour and a half of my time would have walked out but it was for a delivery service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE after going to walk ons AND Dave and busters where we got treated like absolute garbage. We came here and immediately the vibe was different and in the best way. Our waitress mentioned she had been working all day but we would never be able to tell she was so sweet. Very pleasant experience.

BWW is always good for a cold beer and tasty wings. I made my own flavor by mixing the medium Buffalo sauce with lemon pepper. Very good flavor. The staff is always friendly and prepared. My favorite BWW is on 19th and near Milwaukee in Lubbock.

Went there with my family tonight and the service was absolutely terrible! Took forever to get our drinks, food was all mixed up and wrong, if we didnt flag the waitress down we wouldnt have gotten our refills. ALL of the waitresses were sitting down and on their phones. When we complained to the manager about everything all she could say was Im sorry to hear about that didnt ask if there was anything she could do to make our experience better. I will NEVER dine here again. Completely disgusted with this place and staff.

I have never had an horrible experience at any, until tonight. My 3 babies just keep getting their hopes up seeing table after table getting served. Mind you we were there before them. The young lady bartender, who has black curly shoulder length hair, and her chin is in alignment with the bar top, IS EXTREMELY RUDE! The fact that a couple goes up there to have a beverage, the bar has Less than 10 ppl inside it to show that they are not busy, and the bartender tells a nice young lady that she cannot serve her anymore is for telling Why BWW 19th Street is going out of business. The couple leaves, and the assumed boyfriend calls out the bartender for her rude, and disrespectful behaviors to his girlfriend, tells me a Lot about the business traveling down the drains of undesirable, unsuitable, AND unsubstantiated business.

The worst wings I ve ever tried to eat. I ordered 15 boneless wings and they were somehow burnt cold and had no sauce on them all at the same time. I picked up the order at the exact time that the app said they d be ready. But clearly these wings had been burnt long before I ordered them. They were the nastiest wings I ve ever tried to eat. Why eat them? Because they cost me almost 40 dollars and I didn t have time to return them. Absolute trash. I will never go back to this b dubs again. I can t say it enough, these were the absolute worst wings I ve ever seen smelled or tried to taste. God awful.

Sent in hubby to get our order after finding out that the order that we wanted was not available because it was only for corporate orders. But he was told it was buy one get one and because he did not specify or ask for after just being told about buy 1 get 1 he found out that you have to specifically ask for buy one get one. This is a technicality but they did not even offer to make it right. We will not be going to or ordering from them again.

We ordered a glass of wine, the wine brought to us had been opened for at least a week. (Bar tender thought it was a good idea) We asked for a fresh bottle to be opened and the waitress said not possible because there was none. We were served old and cold food. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was cold and immediately after taking a bite of the chicken their was no medium sauce and the chicken was hard and tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a good min, and it came with fries that where also hard and stale. My partner had ordered a traditional wings with Buffalo dry rib and was given bone in smothered with their hot sauce. On top of that the waitress acted liked she couldn t be bothered. She asked us if we wanted to give it back but she gave this attitude that she didn t really care too much.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. Sadly chicken tasted old. Fries were hard and some were already cold. Also, ordered the Buffalo dry rub traditional wings. Ended up getting Buffalo hot traditional wings. 7 out of my 15 wings were already cold. Sadly the only thing that came out right were our drinks, carrots, and ranch. Management should be ashamed of themselves if they think they re doing a good job with customer service expectations. Poor all the way around and should all be replaced. It s no wonder the place has gone to such trash. 1. No host or guidance for customers entering the building. 2. No one tending to takeouts 3. Multiple employees lock eyes with you and do not ask if they can assist you. 20+ minutes standing around waiting to get help.
