I would not even give this place one star but I had to give something in order to write the review. The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and arrogant. He was 7 minutes late opening the door for us to go in and decorate for my 7 year old granddaughters birthday party. That left us 8 minutes to decorate (he only allows 15 minutes). Then, even after the late start, he would not let one of the children in the game cause she was TWO minutes late. Now, the game had not even started for our kids (remember HE was late opening the door). But he has a hard set rule that no one checking in late will not play the scheduled game. But its okay for him to be late. Then when I went to go and try to negotiate with him, he was the most arrogant man I have ever dealt with. There was no getting him to work with us at all. He was so rude and harsh that our kids got upset and he never once apologized for upsetting the kids. I will NEVER go back to this place. It is so ran down, half the arcade games did not even work. It desperately needs to be updated. Worst business I have ever been to!

Cheapest arcade in longview! 5$ wrist band for 30 minutes. Super fun! Friendly hilarious staff. Clean facility. Great place to have fun with the kids for a few hours

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NO WONDER THEY DONT EVER HAVE BUSINESS. WE HAD MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY HERE, BESIDES PAYING ALMOST $500 FOR THE PARTY, THE OWNER IS SO RUDE TO EVERYONE INCLUDING THE KIDS. ALSO I HAD A LITTLE GIRL THAT HE WOULDNT LET PLAY BECAUSE SHE WAS A LITTLE LATE AND THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED THE GAME. THIS PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE, CICIS IS RIGHT DOWN FROM THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible experience, Terriblely rude staff, dictating everything, you pay over $200 for only an hour and 15 for the whole time for a birthday. The man running the claims to run this for fun yet runs it as a prison camp. Parents cant even play on the arcades with there 3 yr old child if there dont buy a $30 dollar wristband. The old man behind the counter thinks it warranted to carry a subcompact 9mm on his hip for a childs arcade facility. None of the children had a good time, we will never used come to this place again. Would give zero stars but not an option.

Everyone was so kind here, and the rooms were amazing! I overslept and did not get to try the breakfast, but I am sure it was amazing as well! Cameron was so kind, and he took such great care of the kids and I! I will be back, and the price was wonderful for what we got!

In desperate need of an upgrade! Half of games in the arcade didn t work, the rules are ridiculous and the way the owner treat people is just unprofessional, my gun didn t work and the equipment looks old. We had a good time chasing each other but we could do that in the park for free.

Way to expensive ! I paid almost $100 for our small group.. we played 2 games and it lasted like 15 minutes for all!! Unfortunately, we had to play with other groups otherwise it would have cost more..the lazor guns didnt work properly and they claimed they did but the number one shooter in our group which we know did shoot people registered as no kills? ? Overall the place was boring for the cost!!!! Ill never spend that much for 15 min again !

This place is pretty amazing for its location. The staffs amazing and top of the line. They are very involved with customers and try to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. I give this place 5 stars because: 1. Great atmosphere for all ages. 2. Spectacular staff. 3. Fun game experience with a neat score system. 4. Really cool aesthetics scattered around the arena and an overall unique design. I have been to plenty of Laser Tag locations, while this one was not the largest, it was hands down the best I have been to. This place is perfect for parties or just having fun. I would highly suggest visiting.
