Wonderful venue for a wedding reception or a big gathering. Nice breeze way, watch out when it rains (as it did for us) and left the floors flooded a bit.

Wine festival music is bad . Vendors area looks like trade days at Canton with all the manufacturer china junk. Thought it was a jury event for vendors but that definitely didnt happen . They just packed any vendor that could pay for Booth space. its a joke having this go on two days .

I was scheduled to be married August 14, 2021 at 6:00. The rain came down unusually heavy an hour and a half before. The building flooded and I was so devastated. I called the appropriate person and a few city employees came out and swept the water out and dried up the place. Yes a few of my things were ruined, I had to move the wedding by a few hours and I lost a lot of my guest due to the time change. therefore having a lot of food left over. When I returned the key I was refunded the amount I spent renting the building, chairs and fans. I was so flabbergasted that The City of Lindale was so considerate to do this. It just reminded me why I love this community so much. I highly recommend renting the Pickers Pavilion or any facility owned by The City of Lindale.

How good this place is depends more on the event you are attending then the place itself. The event we attended turned out to be geared towards families with young children. We are not one of those.

Pickers Pavilion is a great place overall. There have been several improvements addressing concerns in other reviews, there are now doors and windows for inclement weather and more lights throughout that can be adjusted. It is the home of a few great events in Lindale including the October carnival and great Christmas decorations. Unfortunately the facility was taken over by the city with hopes of having other uses and it just has not happened. In the beginning a great farmers/craft market was allowed/encouraged to set up on Saturday mornings. They were moved aka kicked out with the excuse that the facility could be rented for weddings etc and make more money. This rarely happens and Saturday mornings it usually sits empty. This is a great area that should be used fully for the citizens of Lindale and not blocked off and banned for 90% of the year.

The doors were open for exhibits/booths during Country Fest and we enjoyed finding out more about out new home area. Everyone is so friendly, hrlpful, and kind here. Just plain NICE folks here! Thank you.

Wet and soggy. Has been raining on and off all day. 3pm central time, has been raining steady for the last hour. Vendors have been packing up and pulling out for the last 45 minutes. We are packing up some and will be ready to pull out at the scheduled close of event. The last time we worked this event the weather was perfect.

Multiple events are held here. The day we were there was a craft show and featured Karaoke singing and belly dancers (interesting). The lighting needs to be improved and dont go when it is terrible cold since it is like open to the outside.

Open air, covered, rustic setting for a venue such as wedding, parties, sales, meetings, etc. This venue offers ample parking, ease to find and a warm rustic charm. The downsides that I noticed were protected, free, wifi, minimal lighting, few fans for hot days, and no protection from cold days, small bathrooms but sufficient for light travel. Very appeasing place for the wedding I was at taking photos today. Even took some just for Google.
