First time in 20 years! We used to go to one in San Antonio but it closed a long time ago. We spotted it and decided to try. Wow it was tasty. First the lady that helped us was tickled that we were there. We talked for a couple minutes to reminisce about the menu. She had her recommendations. She made us feel at home. Sue got the medium and I got a large. The classic and classic deluxe, both as meals. Bags of chips are not my favorite. Pepsi products were a change and enjoyable. The sandwiches on Sourdough were filling. Tasty and more than I needed to eat, i was pleased. I dont eat sandwiches often, but Id try them next time i see one.

The young man that was the cashier this evening blew me away with his kindness and service. Everytime I have come to this location they are the nicest people you will ever meet. The food was great. Im sure glad I had a coupon for this mediocre sandwich and didnt pay full price. I had their small turkey avocado sandwich on jalapeno cheese bread. While edible, the bread wasnt very good at all and they claim its freshly baked. Probably fresh baked a week ago. The turkey on it was pretty good but the avocado was not ripe yet so it was hard and didnt taste good. $9 for a small sandwich is quite the rip off, especially one of such low quality. I hadnt been here in a long time and only came because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. Im pretty sure I wont be going back anytime soon.

Atmosphere: very clean very modern schlotzskys. Smells great and great customer service! Food: I ordered the turkey bacon club medium combo with the barbecue chips. The sandwich was soft and crispy at the same time and had all the flavor I was looking for. The medium is very filling and delicious! I finished off my meal with a classic cinnabon and you already know that was amazing Service: I was greeted promptly, and the cashier was patient with all my questions. My food came out hot and ready very quickly. All in all I left happy and full. Definitely five out of five stars. Highly recommend visiting this schlotzskys location.

Wow! I just ate one of the best sandwiches of my entire life. The bread tastes and feels freshly baked, the Turkey and sauces were a perfect flavor, and it was warmed and toasty perfection. I got the Turkey Club. The Salt & Vinegar chips are so good too. I was impressed with the professional dress and good eye contact of the 2 people (the owners?) who have served me at the window here. They also advertise that they do catering, and I would LOVE if this food showed up at my work! YUM - and thank you for such great food and service.

Love this restaurant! Not to mention the staff is amazing. Ive been a Patron for over a decade at this location. I come often for my lunches and our company will order from here when we operate our rig moving schools during the summer. Our students really enjoy schlotzskys sandwiches. My order has always been perfect with no issues. Always hot and fresh served with a warm greeting and lots of smiles. Although I do miss the Manager Mrs. Delena who no longer works there, the staff has still done an amazing job with her gone. She trained them well and some employees have been there a long time.

I ordered 4 sandwiches online for in-store pickup. According to the app, the order would be ready in 5-10 min. I arrived about 10 min after placing the order and it wasn t ready. Not a huge deal, things run behind. Except they hadn t started making my order, no one was eating in the store, none of the employees were wearing masks nor gloves, several touched their hair and/or faces while preparing my order, and it took an additional 15 min for it to be ready. The lack of precaution was surprising given recent spikes in COVID-19 cases, but even more surprising given their handling of my food without ANY protective barrier whatsoever. Clearly increased protective measures were not the cause of delay.
