Seems to have a good range of different workout equipment for lifting and cardio. Took off 2 stars because of the terrible customer service. I went to the front desk to ask if I could use the InBody scanner as it was free last year. The chick stared blankly at me and said it s X dollars. No smile, no explanation, nothing. I ask again to confirm, and she doesn t expand at all. Terrible experience with her. If you re in customer service, learn to not be a misanthrope.

We asked for a cancelation for our membership. Was told the same thing everyone is when you signed up. That you have to give a 30 day notice and you will be charged for your final month. Since our membership was about to renew we canceled on our renewal date to make things easier. We were told that, was the last payment that was due and that we had 30 days to enjoy the gym. My family goes to the gym 12 days later and are denied access because there membership is canceled. 12 days and 30 days are a big difference. My family was told that if they wanted in they would have to resign up and pay for a new membership. Now remember I have already paid for our membership. So, I nicely call the gym and ask to speak with the manager. The manager picks up the phone and I nicely explained what had occurred and asked why that happened. She told me that our membership was canceled and we would have to pay and sign back up to use the gym. So, I read her the email and explained to her that I already have paid so why would I pay again. After a few minutes of very vulgar language she hung up on me. So, giving her the benefit of the doubt I called back. I told her that we must have been disconnected. She said no I hung up on you. I thought that you were just as stupid as everyone else is and not be smart enough to call back. Then I was told they dont have time to deal with people like me. So I asked for the owners information and she hung up again. So, I highly recommend that everyone use any gym anywhere except Crunch Fitness. It was the League City gym. FYI. It would only let me post if I gave them a 1 star. But just know that they deserve a 0 star.

Youre gonna have to find a different gym for leg days. Leg machines are a distant afterthought at this location. Added: 8th visit, still have not managed to get on one of the two leg extension machines.

Great gym. Friendly staff and they do a marvelous job of keeping the place clean. They need to get on to the landlord though - he is doing a terrible job of policing the parking lot. I suggest all of the tenants get together and address that with the property owner. I ve seen the same trash in the parking lot for several months now.

Solid gym!!! Hard to beat this place compared to the other gyms in the area. I travel across the south and go to many crunches in other states. This one is by far my favorite. Open 24hrs. Wide variety of equipment other locations don t have. The staff is professional. Always Incredibly clean. I mean spotless. No other crunch location I ve been to is any near as clean as this one. Hats off to the young guy always running around wearing the ghostbuster vacuum and cleaning the locker rooms. There are a lot of Karens in other reviews complaining about how busy this location gets . What did you expect with a $10 monthly rate. Don t go at 8am or 5pm and the gym is very manageable. I ve been going for two years now and haven t ever had issues getting the machine or weight rack I want. For the money, good luck topping Crunch! Not to mention, amongst other Crunch locations in other places this one is killing it.

This place scammed me. I signed up for a 2 week trial period for one cent. I was assured I wouldn t be charged any monthly rate until after this ended. I was required to go in person to cancel, and when I went before the 2 weeks ended, I was told it was in my signed contract that I must give one months notice before canceling. I was charged the $40 to pay for one month that I will not be using. One would assume that a payed for trial period would put them outside the one month cancelation rule, but you have to pay $40 no matter what you do if you sign anything.

The price is great compared to other gyms and its 24 hr BUT the bad thing is the front desk girls in the day( milian and Taylor) and the creepy people, please watch your bank accounts. Anything that you want to get done talk to Phillip the owner, Milian and Taylor are so immature I had some trouble with my acc. and they called my bf starting stuff w/ him off the bat I recorded them because last time I was told they are doing their job I called because I dont like drama or BS, as soon as I asked for the manager Phillip they answered in a snarky tone. I had to go up there in person and get it resolved with the manager, needless to say do not entertain milian and Taylors drama just ask for the manager Phillip.

I absolutely love this gym, everyone from the front desk to the trainers are super nice and professional. Ive been to a lot of gyms, this one I can comfortably call the best gym where I feel amazing and happy to workout. They have saunas, red light therapy, lots of weights, benches etc. Their trainers are good too, if only i can afford to hire them permanently I definitely would.

Biggest problem - men in the womens restroom, read to the end. I have been a member of this gym since it opened... have taken many classes and dealt with the flux of folks during holidays, summer breaks and etc, and been through the expansion which was a pain but makes more room for the HIIT area to do own thing which frees up other areas and the additional squat racks and etc, a bonus.. Yes, it is REALLY busy during certain peak hours and Im so glad I dont have to do that as I likely would find another gym. However, I go around 630am as I work for myself and create my own workout now. I love the ladies at the front, Shelbi and Linda. When they arent there, the welcoming committee, doesnt exist... and Ive seen it happen. They are the main reason for the stars. The classes were almost always late, sometimes the weights are a hot mess and stuff all over the place, PT missing, cleaning crews transient and I get it as folks dont WANT to work. But 2 HUGE issues for me - 1 - missing BOTH news networks on TV irritates me. A gym should be a gym, if you offer one side of politics, offer the other. and the other.. why in the heck are men allowed in the womens restrooms? I will NOT use the restroom as I dont want some man dressed in pink to be using the same restroom as me... sorry, not sorry. I surely hope there arent older or much younger ladies changing when this man comes into the restroom, let alone children or teens working out with their parents or hanging with their friends (which is annoying as well, this is a gym, not a hangout) Men belong in the mens bathroom, women belong in the ladies room. The classes here are so disorganized it almost makes me want to cancel my membership. Me and my mom booked a yoga body sculpt class, since we never experienced it before. When we arrived, we noticed many women entering without a check-in or anything. It was clear they didn t book the class. So, when me and my mom attempted to walk in as we BOOKED the class, the instructor PATY denied our entrance and closed the door on our faces. There was no sorry or nice words, she just didn t care. Having our mats and equipment ready, it was heartbreaking having to watch people who clearly didn t sign in to the class take our places. If this is the case, why did I make the time to book the class beforehand? Should I have just rushed in like all the people? To prove this, on the website, it said that the class still had spots. This just shows those people didn t book anything. Truly, they should fix this and make it more organized. If you re thinking of booking a membership or let alone a class, please consider your options and class instructors. *FYI to the gym manager possibly reading this, if your reply will be generic and automatically written by the computer like all your other one s please don t bother replying at all given how nothing will most likely be done. I simply wish to inform others before they make the same mistake I did*

Today I had a very bad experience with a customer service staff, specifically with Taylor, it was around 10:30 a.m. She said she was the most disappointing manager, even though she should set an example of how to treat customers. She was the worst. Seriously, what a disappointment, I wanted her to teach me how to use some machines and she completely ignored me, she acted like she didnt understand me, she turned her back on me and started checking her phone as if I didnt exist, maybe because I dont sound like Ella when speaking English. Or I didnt look white if I felt very discriminated against. At that moment a worker passed by and I asked the same thing as Taylor if she could help me with the machines and she was very kind and able to help me. I explained to her what happened with Taylor. She felt more ashamed than the Taylor herself for her behavior and apologized to me and even more disappointment for me because I started to read some comments since I had never done it and I realized that this is not the first time that this has happened in this same customer service area. Every time kyle has been here my workout has been amazing, hes very kind and helpful, also very knowledgeable and whenever i see him he is always working and keeping himself busy, never waisting time. They need another Crunch in the area. This place is way too busy. Makes it hard to enjoy. Going to the gym when you can barely get on the machine you want is not good business. To parents & crunch management, I love the gym. I love the equipment. The space and energy! Everything about the place is awesome makes working out for busy parents smoother especially with the daycare center. ********HOWEVER******* The fitness trainers have made a bad habit of using the daycare s restroom! This area is made to be out of the way from the fitness area catered to focus directly on the kids safety and convenience. Really this is disgusting especially considering that the bathrooms are made for children. I ve noticed a repeated habit of male trainers going in there towards the end of the day while there s still children in there. I was forced to make a post because if I bring it up to a team member, the young ladies in the front they WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. A perfect example of this is 7/5/2024 at 12:55 pm when a male fitness trainer went in there using the kids restroom. I m not sure why the trainers think that it s ok to use the children s restroom especially when you have to open a get and walk across the kids room PAST little children literally dodging kids, to use the restroom. There s one specifically that I keep catching, doing this over and over again. Please have respect for the kids and have respect for their space. I do not mess around when it comes to my children and others safety. Please do something about this as I come here often and would love to keep coming.

I absolutely love Crunch Fitness. I visited crunch after receiving a flyer in the mail to try out the gym for 2 weeks free. At that time I already had 3 gym memberships and didn t need another. However, I instantly fell in love with Crunch Fitness. McKenzie was extremely pleasant as well as the other staff. The staff seems to be in unison and each of them take great pride in the overall success and cleanliness of the gym.

I like going to this gym. All the amenities are wonderful. The workouts are great. One huge downfall for me, the child watch area is WAY too hot for the kids. We have come to pick them up and they have had sweat dripping off of them and miserable. The kids have asked not to go anymore. VERY disappointed. This may be the one thing that pushes us to leave this gym. The concerns about the child watch have been said to Management by us and multiple parents. Nothing has been done for weeks. I hope this changes, it is the only thing we and other parents are questioning our memberships over.

Do not sign up to this gym. I signed up for a free 3 day pass and I spoke to I believe Brandon. He was an awesome friendly person. He showed me around and was not pressuring me to sign up on the first day. I told him I would consider it during the 3 days. Well the last day June 19, I walked in and a rude female spoke to me and I told her that I had signed up for the 3 day pass and it was my third day. Well she asked me are you ready to sign up I told her I was not going to because I was moving. That was partly true but the real reason was that the gym is always packed and that means that the machines are too. Seriously it sucks that you have to wait for a long time just to get a damn machine. Also, the female at the front desk after I told her I wasn t signing up she gave me this hostile attitude and did not even give me eye contact when she was checking me in. Not even a thank you. So honestly with that being said why on earth would I sign up to this gym after being treated like this?! I had a better experience with the cleaning crew though. They re 10 times professional to be honest.

They will do nothing to correct overpayment at the fault of their own employees. This is theft, plain and simple. While cancelling your membership the staff assisting and any staff members behind the counter during treat you like garbage and say insulting things while they do it. Over a year ago, my now 12 y/o son and I received a tour of Crunch Fitness. The Crunch Fitness Employee said my 11 y/o son had to wait until he was 12 y/o to join. He is one of the smaller kids in his class and this was going to the way to help him keep up with everyone in PE. He is now 12 y/o and we both went in yesterday to sign him up. He was so excited to be able to work out with Daddy. When he came in the manager told us he had to be 13 y/o. I explained we were told when I joined, he needed to be twelve. The manager asked the name of who told us this. We of course did not know the name. My son was devastated because he and I both heard the employee say he needed to be 12 y/o. This is not something that we misunderstood. A 11-year-old looking forward to this day for over a year does not mistake 12 years old with 13 years old. He has been anxiously waiting over year for this. Also, I am not trying to get the sympathy factor, but we are dealing with his mother, my wife who has cancer and Lupus. This disappointment could not have come at a worse time. I enjoy the club very much and wanted to add my 16 y/o sons also. I have checked other clubs out and the age requirement is at 12 y/o from nearby competitors, but I would rather stay with Crunch fitness. I would have given six out five rating otherwise to Crunch Fitness.

Ive been attending this gym as well as training with Dylan Watson for almost a year now. The gym is always clean, the staff are friendly and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have only one complaint. There are only two stalls in the mens restroom. With the amount of men that attend this gym there really needs to be more. Most of the time youre waiting to use the restroom.

If I could give no stars I would. The place is crazy packed all the time. There s only 3 classes a day and they all end or start right at 5. Customer service sucks. They constantly charging you random fee. Just not a good gym. And don t listen to whatever the person that s signing you up says, they won t let you cancel. They ll keep charging you after you cancel. And then they just tell you there s absolutely nothing we can do because your contract when absolutely nothing is said when you sign up.. hence the don t listen to whatever they sells person says. Because I asked about that.

Yesterday we had the worst experience at a Crunch League city I ve been part of other Crunch locations in the past and I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. Me and my husband signed up online a couple days ago and yesterday when we were trying to check in at the front desk an unprofessional member of the staff named Taylor approach us in a rude way telling us she s been trying to call us because we needed to sign up to the automatic payments with our routing info however, online that was just an option. So we started asking why were we forced to give our routing info if we were not signing a 12 month contract and she replied with a rude attitude telling us to go and sign up to another crunch since these are our own policies for league city therefore we do not follow the same standards from corporate and you should cancel here and go and sign up to another crunch repeating herself several times in a rudely manner and saying that she can barely hear us while she answered another call leaving us waiting The manager took over and apologize after her. Can t believe how they can keep these type of arrogant people in the staff Worst experience ever

This gym has potential, but falls short in service and atmosphere. The gym-goers are friendly and focused, but the staff seem disconnected and unhelpful. Despite their no judgment policy, the employees often come across as judgmental and indifferent. Getting assistance for amenities like hydro-massages or red light therapy is a frustrating ordeal, as staff members prioritize their conversations over customer needs. With busy crowds, its hard to enjoy a workout.

Get your cancellation confirmation in writing from them!! many 1 star reviews here say exactly the same. they NEVER sent OR GAVE me my contract but still insist on 30 cancellation notice. they give you the run around for weeks and NEVER respond to emails. the managers talk and act non-chalant. they try to persuade you to stay with them and ask why you dont come into the gym. then they say in a untruthful tone we want to help you achieve your fitness goals in response to me telling them I want to cancel. does not make any sense.

They only have one seated leg extension machine in the entire gym. People literally standing in line to use it. people calling next after next kinda ridiculous, considering this machine is one of the best leg workouts a person can do to improve their leg definition/strength. Highly suggest they add at minimum one more if not two more of these in their massive gym!

Honestly, I hope none of you have experiences here like ive had. In my first year of membership, two of my car windows were busted while i was inside and i was robbed. (They have no cameras in the parking lot and its right next to 45 so its a perfect spot for someone to hit a bunch of cars that they know people arent coming back to for awhile). I ended up cancelling my membership for awhile after that simply because i felt unsafe and violated but then came back about 8 months later to renew as well as work with their Physical Traning program because I loved the facilities. I thought it was going to be great for me and i signed up for a 6 month agreement but within 4 months of working with them i was on my THIRD trainer because i guess they cant keep people around. I stopped wanting to go anymore because of this and also because my work life was getting extremely busy. During that time i tried canceling my membership twice (in person), i even filled out a cancelation agreement (in person) because I was told you had to and that you had to give a 30 days notice. Well i gave them a 90 days notice but apparently that AND me constantly saying i was done wasnt enough. After multiple attempts to straighten this out with them they told me i had to pay out the rest of my 6 month agreement and i agreed because i understand what the terms of an agreement are and they werent coororating anyway so i just didnt care anymore. It is now 2 months after my agreement was supposed to end and they are still charging me $260 every two weeks and are absolutely unwilling to cooporate unless i come in for a THIRD TIME and give them another 30 days notice in which they will continue billing me for those next 30 days.... Its absolutely ridiulous and they act super sweet to your face so its hard to be pissed at them when you are a respectful person but its become clear that they have ZERO concern for their customers training success or money. I have been extremely kind and lenient with them up to this point but Im over it. I am now in the works of canceling my entire membership with crunch at this point (even though i love the gym itself) simply because i can not deal with these people and their insensitivity any longer. Overall, just not a place i want to stick around and definitely not people i plan to continue giving my money to.

Nice, clean, gym with friendly staff. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Ive been coming to this gym for about a year now. And been hard focused on my goals! Love this place. Unfortunately, the people who come here are trashy, if you do decide to start at this gym be sure to have a dash camera on your car (from 15-200 bucks at Walmart, easy to put on with a suction cup) people speed in this parking lot, cut through parking spaces, run the stop signs, park in the handicapped parking with no license plate or blue plaquerd, etc. Again, a lot of trashy people come here and youre going to need video evidence when one hits you like i have almost been hit 5 time in The last 3-6 months. This has nothing to do with the gym but,The parking lot management people are lazy, trash always overflowing outside the next door liquor store and in front of the gym, so dreaming that this parking lot having security is definitely just A DREAM . I give them an A plus in customer service and conflict resolution. My daughter recently signed up for some personal training, being a young person didn t fully understand what she was getting herself into. She signed into a 6 month contract that she couldn t afford. When she realized what she had gotten herself into she called us in a panic. I went into the office and asked to speak with someone about their personal training services hoping that I would discover some shady sales tactics and some misleading advertising. They were upfront and honest about everything, the services, costs, frequency, all of it. I went back a few days later and spoke with Nikki Bowie, the Personal Training Manager, and she helped me resolve the issue in a way that was fair to both my daughter and the facility. Thank you Nikki for being both kind and professional. I recommend that if you re looking for a place that offers premium service and professional staff, this is the place. Ask for Nikki.

This is coming from someone who works out here 4-5x/ week so its not bad enough to keep me away obviously, HOWEVER: 1. locker rooms are 1/3 the size they need to be for the size of the gym 2. There is only 1 water fountain so a line is common. 3. The crunch-o-meter on the app is an absolute joke, ignore it completely and assume its busy if its 3-9pm or weekend mornings. I still like going because its big enough to find something even when its busy(ish), tanning is a great deal, its clean and the staff is great. I do have a second gym membership at LA that i use during peak hours at crunch.

I got my membership July of 2023 and I only went 4 times in two months because I had a busy schedule, so in August I went to the gym to cancel my membership. I spoke to the lady at the desk, then the manager came and was trying to convince me to stay, but I said no and I would like to cancel. She says ok, does stuff on the computer and then tells me it s been canceled so I go about my day. Two months later I realized they are still charging me, I call them, they tell me I can t get my money back and I have to come in to cancel, after I already did so. Then they send me to Phillip Terpening (senior managing partner), after over a month of going back and forth with him, he finally decides to cancel my membership after being charged once again, for the third month after already being canceled. December 30th is when he sent me the cancellation document and told me I d get my refund back within 5-7 business days. It has now been 13 business days and almost 4 months since I canceled my membership. I do not recommend this gym, if for some reason you need to cancel, they will keep charging you and only email you begging to stay for 2 months after you complain to them about still being charged.

Honestly my worst gym experience, staff is very rude and does not work with you at all. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Only ever had one good interaction with the staff, other than that they re always rude and not helpful. I moved away and needed to cancel my membership because I would no longer be using it, they told me I couldn t do it over the phone but if I had my mother go in she would cancel. She went in and did the cancellation process in November, they said I would still be billed for the next month, December, and I was. January comes around and I m billed again, so I asked why I was still being billed, they said they had no documentation of my cancellation. And that my mother wasn t allowed to come in for me even though THEY SAID SHE COULD. And then they didn t not want work with me at all throughout the whole situation.

Prejudice is allowed here! My son signed up at the Sugarland location and recently moved close to the league city location, the (Sugarland ) trainer stated that my son had perk benefits and could use them at any location, including taking a guest to any crunch location that s why he pays more , so yes I called because this is a problem in our society that needs addressing, and not over looked Well my son took his wife to the League City location and she was denied entry by Milian this woman did not try to accommodate and said they can allow guest in at there discretion with the worst attitude and smirk on her face, looking down at her so cold and callous. I tried to talk to them at league city to report what happened and they were so rude and did not care brushing it off! Not even giving a explanation or a onetime pass nothing at all! So because my DIL is African American you can deny her entry! While others get a complementary pass ( if you know what I mean) if not stay under the rock, so to confirm That this has been witnessed so this is not assuming nothing! Because with the membership that was purchased a guest can go to any Crunch that s how they sold the membership. Oh but she was conveniently denied at there discretion , oh Here at Crunch league city no one cares! and it s apparent that prejudice continues to happen here and this is per other reviews here! Disgusting behavior and management does not care about the employees behavior at all and I did speak with Phillip the manager in League City and his response to this vital complaint he is not getting involved in the politics! My husband pays for the most expensive package. I don t go many days, maybe just 2 days out the week. With his package you can bring a guest. I ve never had any problems going with my husband before. But today a lady decided I wouldn t be able to go to the gym with him because it s up to their locations discretion . I m guessing it s because of my race. After drinking pre workout, I had to wait in the car for my husband to finish working out. What s the point of paying for a package with bring a free guest if they are going to not allow you in. I tried to get this resolved privately but no-one responded to my email that was sent 4 days ago. I went to Crunch for the first time on Dec 2nd 2023 with a friend to do a Zumba class. The lady at the front desk that was helping me sign up for the first time was giving me a hard time. She said I MUST give her my bank account and routing number. I told her that another lady had told me I didnt have to and the lady kept asking me who said that over and over again. I told her my husband doesnt want me to give out that information and she said, Well, have we talked to him? I said, Yes and thats why he cancelled his membership. Then she said, You must have two forms of payment. My friend that was with me, whom is also a member ask if I could just be her guest because we are now late for the Zumba class? She finally let us go in but after this interaction a was upset and could not enjoy the gym. I am not sure if I even want to go back. Once I got home I looked up the terms and conditions and I did not see anything that said I MUST give my bank information or have two forms of payment. Please see the terms below. 17. Membership dues and fees All membership dues and fees may be recovered from your nominated credit / debit account (as provided from time to time) ( Membership Dues and Fees ). Any bank fees charged to us because of a rejection when collecting your due membership fees may be charged directly to you by us. If a membership fee payment remains outstanding, you agree that, unless we are in breach of our obligations under the Agreement, we may continue to debit the nominated credit / debit account for the total amount due without notice to you. If for any reason payment of your Membership Due sand Fees is declined by your credit card/bank account a fee of $15 per due payment may be charged by Crunch Fitness as a charge we incur for collecting any outstanding Membership Dues and Fees and will be payable by you. Pay as You Go Fees If Pay as you Go Membership has been chosen, a pro rata charge for your membership will be made at the time the Membership Application Form is accepted by Crunch Fitness. I love going to this gym, lots of equipment, short wait times if any. They only issue is the cleanliness and organization of the gym. I go to the gym early in the morning and I would think the gym should have an opening routine that would set the gym up for success at the start of each day - The mens restrooms are usually pretty rough, stalls not having toilet paper, etc - having to walk around the gym looked for paper towels because all the cleaning stations are empty - weights are always scattered everywhere (people at this gym dont honor the put things back where you got them). Youll have a bench with 1 45 and a 2.5, then the one at the end has all the 10s, black dumbbells on the other side of the gym in the red section, you always have to search for 10s at the bench area. Like I said, great gym, I just think they could be top notch if they implemented some kind of opening routine to make sure the gym us ready at the start of each day.

This is a HUGE gym. It has everything you could ever want, tons of heavy bags, tons of power racks, and tons of classes. I love it because even when its busy busy you can still usually find a spot for whatever youre hitting that day. The RnR section is always clean and usually has an open spot for whatever I want. I want to give a huge shout out to the cleaning staff here. They are THOROUGH and I love to watch them, they take pride in their work and clean every inch of whatever machine they are taking care of. They are so valuable and I want to keep coming back here because of the care they put into this place. They also make sure the bathrooms are clean enough to eat off Parking is usually okay Ive never had an issue finding a spot.

Very busy at peak hours (5-730pm) however since the expansion it has greatly help spread people out and doesn t seem as crowded. There are multiple new squat racks, and machines. Weights, dumbbells, machines, punching bags, cycling equipment, and beyond are in excellent condition. The staff is continually making sure the gym area is clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guest as well as greeting every guest that walks through the door. Friendly atmosphere and the members are also helpful from my experience. True gym culture. Would recommend to any friend or family member.

*****BE CAUTIOUS!***** I will try to make this story short: I had a membership here a couple years ago and cancelled when I moved away. I just resigned back up a month or two ago and I gave the worker all brand-new credit card and routing information to pay with. Well...come to find out, she didnt register me correctly and my old account and new account linked up. In doing that, my app never worked because it would scan to the old account. Not a big deal, they were trying to fix it. Where the MAJOR PROBLEM happens is this companys system took money out of my OLD BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME ANYMORE (I signed a new contract with new payment information). That old bank information was tied to my OLD contract I signed previously. I do not use that account and there is no money in there so when this company attempted to pull money from that account, I got charged $20 fees twice ($40 total) and now my account is -40.00. I reached out to the club with not much help and am still waiting to see how they will fix THEIR mistake. When on the phone with one of the managers, she made me feel like this was MY fault and I dont appreciate it at all. I didnt create a new account by accident. I didnt provide the wrong payment information. I didnt charge the wrong account WITHOUT approval. I want my money back for those fees and I hate to be inconvenienced so much in trying to get what was wrongfully taken from me to begin with. I will adjust this review according to how it is resolved.

This crunch location is amazing! It s clean, well taken care of, friendly staff-especially the personal training department! The Personal Training department is what originally pulled me in. I had a crunch 1 kickoff with Nikki, and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable so I knew she was the right personal trainer for me! October 2023 has been officially 1 year of training with Nikki and I have loved and continue to look forward to every single session! She has also helped me gain a lot of knowledge about fitness and I can also 100% see the results I was wanting, thank you Nikki! Poor customer service, crowded, overpriced. I was not informed of the stipulations of the contract when you sign up (must cxl 30 days prior, hidden and late fees, yearly fee, etc.) I was overcharged as a result of not being informed of these terms and was not offered assistance when I was clearly unhappy with the charge/process. My cancellation status was pending due to payment issues. I called to make sure my cancellation was ok. The girl on the phone told me I have to pay remaining balance plus late fee. Said shed try to get a manager to refund the late fee, then ran the whole amount (after I did ask about a refund when she asked about authorization for payment). Then she said she couldnt refund the late fee, because she already ran the amount and I approved. I did not. Like I said, I asked about the refund and was clearly unhappy about being charged the entire call. She should have offered me to speak to a manager or actually tried to help, instead of robotically taking payment. I was clearly unhappy and unsure of the transaction and situation. Customer service these days is a joke in most businesses, and this is a prime example. Theyre only trained to take payment and enforce the fees, not to actually help the customer. One month (that I attempted to cancel prior to being charged, but couldnt due to undisclosed contract terms) cost me near 100 dollars, including the overdraft on my bank account, because they get your bank info at sign up, and charge you without consent as well. They make you come in and sign a paper to cancel - and there was still all this confusion... waste of time and money. No wonder they do a month for a penny promotion - aka scam... they lock you into the contract, dont tell you the terms, and overcharge you when you cancel. Im very unhappy with this experience and stunned by the display of lack of basic customer care.

I want to give 5 stars to my trainer Dylan W. He is seriously the best. I enjoy training with him because he pushes me to do my best, keeps me accountable, and is very knowledgeable. He has a great personality, is non-judemental and doesnt make me feel like a number on the scale. My goal is to get stronger and leaner and day by day, I am seeing the results. I actually have abs again! I also have a rare neurological disorder, which causes a very over active nervous system, which can make working out very difficult at times. After one training session, Dylan literally had to teach my legs how to walk again. Im in the medical field and was actually panicking a little bit because I could not walk. He knew exactly what to do and in 30 minutes I was walking out of there. If you want a trainer who values you and will get you results as long as you put in the work, ask for Dylan!

If I could rate Personal Training (PT) separately from general gym membership, I would say 2/5 for PT and 4/5 for general gym membership. PT in my case outweighs general gym membership as that s one of the main services I used at the gym, and they re the first people trying to get you to sign up for a 2-month commitment of PT when you walk in the door. Their personal training services definitely need some work. They changed personal trainers on me twice in 3 months for different reasons: one was let go or quit, and the other couldn t accommodate my appointment times because she was always overwhelmed and made me feel like an inconvenience towards the end. I was told there is a 2-month minimum contract for job security for the trainer but the trainer I was with was let go or quit. Then when I questioned them about it, I was told I pay for the service not the trainer. Then, when my 2nd PT began rescheduling our appointment times, I asked for a substitute (sub) on the days she couldn t make it, since, you know, I pay for the service - she said no because they discourage having a sub. When she began to see me as an inconvenience the last 2 sessions, she said they would need to give me a sub. Contradictory information and misleading. It goes from it s about the service to it s about the trainer to their convenience which is not going to help someone reach their fitness goals. Additionally, I wasn t informed I needed to cancel 30 days before the next due date and so was charged an additional month of PT after 2 months, right after my first PT was let go or quit, and they assigned me to a new trainer. I asked for a refund for my last two sessions since my new PT had to keep rescheduling on the days that were convenient for me and the manager did not get back to me when she personally called me about my first trainer needing to reschedule on me one time, that I wouldn t reach my fitness goals that way. She did not give me a call about this trainer rescheduling on me over 4 times, I guess my fitness goals didn t matter at that point . Also there s a $54 fee you have to pay no matter how long you have been with the gym, even as little as 2 months. You have to cancel your general membership 30 days before your next due date which is a bit of an inconvenience as well. All cancellations have to be done in person which is also inconvenient especially if you didn t know and have moved out of the area. They don t explain cancellation policy when you sign up, which they should provide you with this information, especially when sometimes you forget to ask due to the trainer taking your head for a spin when trying to get you sign up for services. Another drawback is that most of the time I was there, it was mostly always crowded and so can be a bit challenging to navigate. Some positives - For how crowded it is they always keep the place clean. The AC works great and there are many different machines and equipment to choose from in good and working condition. Their hydro machines are relaxing as well. And the place is newly renovated.

Had to change gyms because of a job move, so I called to cancel my membership in July 2023. I was told they don t normally cancel memberships over the phone but because I live an hour away from the gym they would do a courtesy to me and cancel over the phone, but I would have to pay for August as well. I thought, that sucks but at least I don t have to drive 2 hours round trip to cancel. Then comes September and I m billed again. I call back and ask why I m still being charged. The manager tells me there is no documentation of the call and he ll do me a favor and cancel it over the phone but I have to pay for September now. Very shady. I ll keep an eye to see if they keep scamming me in October.

Extremely difficult to cancel be warned that when you do cancel you will be charged the annual fee plus the next month. Even if you were a member for less than 30 days. MAKE SURE TO REFUSE USING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. STAY AWAY! Blonds in the front need to take a customer service class.

Im not great at spelling but the manager Tatiana, the blonde woman at the front always has a smile when I walk through the door and seems to actually enjoy her job. Your night crew also is really awesome. I feel welcomed and safe coming here. Clean, big, and they keep up with equipment. When someonew muscles break something, never takes more than two days to fix it.

Update... downgraded to 3 stars. Theres only one water fountain, and it hasnt been cleaned, and the filter hasnt been changed. Sauna smells. Showers dont have any hooks or spots to put items on. The shower area is vert inconvenient. Overall, the environment is very welcoming and clean. I still highly recommend getting all your fitness goals accomplished here.

Two blonde girls upfront extremely unhelpful. Didnt know they didnt accept cash and thats all I had on me. which is fine but instead of finding us alternative options (like the free 3 day pass they have online that I found out about while walking away) they were going to let us walk away. Then I went in with that and they still wouldnt let us in because my workout partner was not 18. We walked over 2 miles to get there excited to work out. Waste of energy and time.

I moved suddenly, and I canceled my membership on the app like it said I could well apparently you can only cancel in person even though automated voice on the phone says you can cancel on the app or on the phone. @crunch, update your phone recordings.

I really like this place a lot and I d say it s one of the best gyms in the area and it s worth the price. They did well with the expansion. I m impress. I m giving this review a three star and I forgot her name but Mile or Mila was rude when I checked in with my trial pass the second day. I was a member here two years ago but came back to try out the renovation/expansion because I m thinking about adding or switching to another gym. Her energy and aura was over the top and I m aware that they get a commission or bonus when they close a client and that s probably why she was like that. I told her why I m back and she gave me a side eye look and told me to whip out my email account on my phone. I did and said I didn t receive a check in or QR code. She said yeah cause we don t send one, you just check in with your phone number right here. Not sure what she was trying to do. I told her the manager yesterday said it was okay for me to give this place another try, then the other worker granted me the 3 day trial pass. She said IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE MANAGER SAID OR DID, THEY COULD BE DOING THEIR JOB WRONG. I said the name of the manager and she said WHO? WHO S THAT? She was snappy the whole time and that interaction shouldn t have lasted that long and it killed the vibe for my friend and I. These are the few things she said to me The iPad is asking a question, just answer it Well all gyms pretty much have the same equipment what else is there to try? Well I hope your leg workout here meet your STANDARDS and I ll be seeing you on your way out I definitely sensed some sort of agism and lookism with all that.

Great place, the staff is great, the trainers are awesome and always working. They remodeled it so it s bigger and offers kid services. Theirs plenty of new machines that offers more then your basic gym needs. (for those who just want to get out the house and be around people)- It s pleasing to the eyes the prices are from 10-40 I think. Each price has its own benefits. It s definitely a gym worth visiting/joining for beginners-upper intermediate/advanced. Pros and experts will enjoy it but personally it s not heavy enough but for that you should look for personal/private gyms.

Ive been coming here for probably about 2 years and there have been very few employees that are 1. helpful or 2. welcoming. 2 of those employees have since then moved onto other jobs which is sad but its life right? Today the only employees that seem to WANT to be there are Milian and Malorie. Both sweet and full of energy :) Milian has gone from the quiet new girl to someone I enjoy seeing every time I walk in, always updating me on the renovation status and just there for fun conversation!! Malorie is the newest one I have had the opportunity to meet and she is definitely one to look for when visiting! LOVE LOVE LOVE Another point :) Love that they seem to be the only two that say welcome or have a good day anyways? Not even managers or HIGHER ups say much. Seems fishyyy

I ve been a member at this gym for a year now & EVERY interaction with Milian has been unpleasant!!! Today I wanted to do a full body evaluation just see where I m at from last year. I walked to the desk and her greeting was a head nod and says what s up .. not Hello, how can I help you, not did you need assistance with something it was just as expected from her. I actually just cancelled my membership a couple months back, really did not want to but the facility has just gotten so overcrowded. I tried SO many different times to work out, but its just very popular in this area. Now I will say I LOVE the tanning, hydromassage and infrared (you can add those to your membership). Its a clean facility and I genuinely loved this gym and I will probably be back when they expand, but as of now they cannot accomodate new members. The crowdedness is on another level and as a full time working mom I just dont have 2 hours to spend in the gym waiting around for a spot with the weights. Ive got to get in, get it done and get out. One recommendation I do have that I wish theyd implement, a separate check-in area for tanning, hydromassage and infrared. Right now the staff at the front are checking members into those services and they are always super busy talking to gym patrons. They really need 1 person who ONLY checks in for the additional services. Again, this gym is FAB, just time to expand. Once they expand Ill amend this review for sure

I paid my first month fee 10 days ago after a 2 week trial, and since then they have closed down all the features that I pay premium (3.5 x the regular membership) for and so I have had a poor experience so far. The studio closed down a couple weeks after my membership started and yoga was one of the selling point for me during orientation. Doing yoga in the spin room with disco lights was far from a calm and serene experience so I scratched that too off my list. I have been stuck with just the machines and I ended up getting sick last week from the dirty machines here. But I always look ahead and as my tan faded since their spray tan is closed, I kept focused on my personal goals and enjoyed the only thing you can use right now, the sauna. Despite all of the headache, we just found out we are moving so I am forced to cancel. I called in Monday 5-29 at 10:15AM and spoke to two women at the front desk who I explained my situation to and told me that since I m canceling in the first month I will not have to pay the annual fee that is coming up in June. She even mentioned I would not have to pay next month either since I just paid. She advised me to come in to cancel since it s not 1987 and I m not mailing a certified letter to cancel. I advised her I m sick in bed and I will come in when I can stand upright. So today, 2 days later, I went in to cancel. The friendly young lady at the front explained to me that I have to pay $38 today and I will be forced to pay the annual fee of $59 next month when they charge everyone. I explained to her what I was told and when I called, showing her my cellphone history and the call. I asked to speak to the person who was working Monday at 10:15AM and she could not tell me. This is when the co-manager came over and told me it s not the young lady s fault and she was conveying the message. I found that interruption odd as I wasn t blaming the young lady. I did tell her, however, that we need do what the ladies on Monday informed me of so the reviews I leave online are only reflective of my positive experiences here. He did not seem to understand what I had been told and when I was able to get him to stop repeating himself like a robotic machine, he was able to finally understand what I was originally told. He then offered to waive the $59 annual fee since I have only been a member for 9% of the year but that they would force me to pay for next month s fee. I agreed so that I could speed this situation up but I asked for the owner s name because he needs to know he has employees giving out CONFLICTING information and then he is making the customer pay for the brunt of the bad customer service. I would like to add that the co-manager I dealt with smirked at me the whole time as he seemed sinister and happy to only meet the issue half way and not create a positive customer experience by really hearing the whole situation before reacting. I do not recommend this location due to this co-manager s toxic way of handling a situation. I hope someone can pull him aside and train him on a customer service refresher, and how to handle your face when you are in a customer facing position. There was no reason for him to take pleasure in the frustration caused by his employees. I advised him that I do not enjoy making negative reviews on social media, and he laughed at me. I have never seen someone in a co-management position think this is good service.
