Delicious pizza as always, lots of selection and variety; The buffet in general could be improved with options of fries, potato products or chicken. Overall I liked the visit and would return! P.S. As a Mexican, it seems a little strange and absurd to me that the cashiers ask for a TIP or tip of $3-$4 dollars just to charge you, we dont have such a budget and they get upset for not giving them, apart from that the rest of the service is excellent. We gave TIP to those who constantly cleaned our table, that is worth compensating.

It has no flavor at all, the soft drink is discounted and they dont have ice, it seems that they have miscalculated the number of people who will attend because it is a holiday. It was a big mistake going to eat there.

I signed up for emails and was sent my first coupon, Free adult buffet with purchase of adult buffet The cashier acted confused and called the manager over The manager, she did something on the screen and then forced me to buy 2 large drinks as well. I had already told her we only wanted water to drink. After purchasing the 2 large drinks it was hardly a discount at all That was very wrong for her to treat us that way It seems many restaurants and managers are doing things like this in Laredo These days Very very sad We have been eating at CiCis pizza for 28 years and have always really enjoyed our experience

Pizza is always hot. Salad is nice and crisp. Special Orders are quickly prepared. Employees attending the seating area (Mr. Ruben Cabrera) is wonderful, caring, and always eager to attend to you and have you eating at a clean table. He is respectful when approaching customers and is hard working. Manager Maria always makes herself available to customers and is very charismatic. She works with her employees to better teach them to improve thier strengths. She is a true leader. Parking: This Cicis Pizza is located in a little shopping plaza so the parking is very convenient and secure because they have a security officer that rides around the parking lot constantly.

Pizza is good. But the cup that they were selling for 4.99 that was supposedly good for the whole year was a scam. Mondays and Tuesdays, they charge you the cup as a regular drink. Orders come from the managers. In my opinion they should get sue

Everything is very delicious, I love the pizzas, there is the one that is very thin and crispy with spinach and the one that comes with everything, I dont know if it is the supreme one and you can put whatever you want on the salad. To start, the salad is excellent, very complete and the ingredients are fresh, the dressings are also very delicious. The pastas and sauces are delicious in their entirety, and the pizzas dont even say they have all styles and they are all delicious, you will have whatever you want, and they are always making pizzas by the million, the soda area is clean and the soft drinks They are good, and to finish the delicious desserts, there are brownies and cinnamon rolls, both very delicious, highly recommended Kid-friendliness: It is a place where the children always seem happy, the staff is very kind to everyone and even more so to the little ones, there is a play area where they have a lot of fun.

As the only cicis in laredo texas, the customer service is great and done quick!! The games are fun, its never too rowdy but not silent either.
