Our day was not easy at all! To save a few cents, we used a notary to begin our process and it resulted in incorrect information and a denied forgiveness. From there we looked for other lawyer options and they all told us that my husband was not going to leave with his Visa. Thank GOD for the day we went with lawyer Yohana! She and her team helped us for several years (because of COVID) and we were waiting for the day of the appointment in Cd Juarez. She helped him prepare for his appointment along with Gaby Perez who explained everything to me and helped us gather all the documents in the package that we had to bring. And after 20 years, my husband was able to hug his parents again!

Adriana (Laredo office), Jacky (Austin office) and all the rest of the staff are really helpful. I would not recommend coming here to have any immigration consultation, they are just going to spend their money so that in the end they never answer their calls, they are good at collecting money but when you call to find out how the case is going, they do not answer and they do not know how to tell you anything. I had a case with her and she never took the time to study the case and remember who she spoke to. Every time I went to the office with an appointment, they changed my name or they canceled the appointment because she couldnt be there. The day of the appointment arrived in Ciudad Juarez and they denied us everything because the lawyer did not study the case that we needed a letter, sorry, I called them and called them to see what happened and they never returned the call or bothered to return it. But if you have time to appear on the radio or on TV, help people. If I had the option of no stars, the truth is I wouldnt put any. I would not recommend you to come here to have a migration consultation, you are just going to spend your money so that at the end they never answer their calls, they are good to charge but when you call to see how the case is going to them do not answer. The lawyer says in a Univision commercial call us for a consultation $150 dollars for a FIRST CONSULTATION. After the consultation, I recommend looking for a criminal lawyer. I dont know where the lawyer gets those prices. Obviously I did not consult with her, I went to another lawyer who charged me $100 for the FIRST CONSULTATION and ended up charging me $50.-

My family contacted this attorney to try to resolve my fathers situation. Yohana accepted the case, studied the case and gave my father a lot of hope. She convinced him to provide her with over 6,000.00 to settle her case. She managed to provide my father with a pardon and sent him to Juarez Mexico. We asked her many times if this was safe and she kept telling my family that everything would be fine, that this case has a 98% positive outcome rate. Towards the end of the case, once we paid her fees, she and her employees began treating us HORRIBLE. They yelled at us and at one point they told my dad that he was exaggerating! ..my father left and due to his LACK OF KNOWLEDGE! Now he is out of the country for 10 years! YES A FAMILY WAS SEPARATED FOR 10 YEARS! When we contacted a lawyer who had been a Judge for over 15 years, she told us that Yohana made a terrible mistake knowing that this case couldnt be as manipulative as she was. I dont want another family to go through what my family is going through because of your incompetence. My family contacted this lawyer trying to resolve my fathers situation. Yohana accepted the case, studied the case and gave my father many hopes! She talked him into providing her with more than 6,000.00 to resolve his case. She accomplished to provide my dad with a waiver and sent him over to Juarez Mexico.
