This place has gone downhill unfortunately. They started out strong the first year they opened but the quality and wait times have gotten bad. The last two orders Ive made for delivery everything was overcooked/burned. The queso sticks, the pizza and the churros. They changed the rewards system so it takes twice as many orders to accrue rewards. They never really mix up new items or their deals on the menu. They insist on partnering with Doordash only for delivery so what used to be pretty fast 30-40 minutes can now be twice as long while the Doordash driver drives your pizza all over Hays County before you get it. I wanted to give Pizza Patron another shot. Tonight the queso sticks had either fallen or were flipped over when put in box and all the cheese fell off. The little pepperoni throwback pizza was burned (I mean black) around the edges but soggy and uncooked in the middle. The garlic dipping sauce was gross. It was like it seperated and it was oil on top of cloudy clumpy stuff at the bottom. The churros were the only saving grace but I am Going back to Marcos as the best option in the area.

Well I can say that if I feel like having a regular pizza, I wont be wasting my time & money on pizza hut or little Caesars anymore. From now on Ill be coming here. Me n my dad really enjoyed it. Pizzas good, service and wait time was good and the restaurant was clean. Great job.

Thank you Kaleb, Jacob, & Jay! The food was fresh, super flavorful, big portion sized too. We had the XL pizza meal (half Diablo and spinach) along with boneless buffalo wings and spicy ranch sauce. Forget picking up Dominoes- you can t beat this team s flavor and customer service.

I ve been here loads of times but this time it was HORRIBLE. I waited for 20-25 mins in the drive through for someone to talk to and pay, and then another 20-25 to pay. They workers kept looking at me and just talking and doing nothing. HORRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE.

We haven t tried pizza patron in years, and today we decided it was time to try it again. As soon as we entered Tony greeted us with a smile and some of the best customer service we could ask for! We did let him know that it had been years, and he made sure to recommend items based on our preferences and allowed us to take our time to decide. Tony checked on us a few times while we dined in and it was the perfect balance of giving great service, and not being too overbearing. Although we didn t get the rest of the staffs name, this entire staff group was kind, and helpful. We would definitely recommend eating here, and we definitely will be coming back! OMG DONT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO STAY WELL. I came in the other day. Had ordered two pizzas and when I came it was suppose to be ready but wasnt. The guy that was working the front was nice and told me that it would be out soon. As I was waiting I was watching the staff prepare pizza. Remind you no one wears gloves there.. I saw two of the men working one wipped his nose with his bare hands and continued to kneed the dough. Then the other one pulling pizza out wiped if face with his hands and then went to helping make pizza. After seeing this I requested a refund and left. As a food service manager. Seeing this was a disgrace.

I fell in love with Pizza Patron on the first night I ordered a pie. Since that first experience, I have only had bad experiences. Three months ago after a long day at work, I called an order in on my way home. When I arrived 30 minutes later after being told that my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, I was told that there was a glitch with the computer system, and I receipt was never printed out, so they never made my pizza. They asked me if I could give them time to quickly put it together, so I waited additional time. The gentleman that threw the pie together had it done in record amount of time. when I got home and my husband took a slice out of the box the dough was raw! It was never cooked I waited for one month and gave them a second chance. I called my order in on my drive home like I had before. I walk in to be told they had totally not had time to get to my pizza. I walked out of there without a pie that day. I waited again, and here I am today coming home from work calling in an order for pizza, giving them a third chance. When I walked in there was a glitch with the computer system, and the gentleman could not find my order. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. He found it and said, I ll make that for you right away. I ll have it ready in less than 10 minutes. 10 minutes later the pizza came out. I take it home. I open it up and instead of spicy marinara sauce on my pie, it had spicy ranch. Of course I called and got the manager on the phone who happened to be the one that took my order and made the pizza . Eligibility when I told him there was an error, he came back with, well. I only put on it what you told me to. You said it I put it on. What manager argues with Customers? He asked me if it would be OK for him to give me a credit , of course I said no thank you. Pizza patron in Kyle has had three opportunities to make things right with me and I told the manager my family and I will not be back.

Ive tried PT in the past at a location Im Austin and was not a fan. But this location was absolutely great! The food was so good and fresh. I loved all the options. The place is kept clean and the service is alright. Some of their specialty Pizzas have little to no ingredients though and theyre considered premium and therefore more expensive but have less quantity of toppings as opposed to the traditional pepperoni. Not getting another premium pizza any time soon. It gets pricey real quick. I wouldnt recommend the wings.

I ordered pizza and wings for delivery. The poor driver sat at the store forever waiting on the food and was quite apologetic. I ordered a thin, extra crisp with some veggies and a dozen wings. After getting the food, I think the pizza would have fabulous but it was stone cold. First the restaurant was running behind which is fine but its 8 minutes tops to my house. So that means that it was cold when it left the store. So what was going on and why couldnt my pizza have been delivered when it was hot? Ill try one more time, but theres no reason to send out cold food.

Their latin-inspired pizzas are incredibly good. Havent been able to peel ourselves from the choriqueso and the chicken enchilada one. The other non-specialty picsa we go back for is the pepperoni and pineapple which are always on our order. When they first opened this location a few months ago, like any business, they had some kinks to work out. Nonetheless, the service and staff friendliness of the staff has never wavered. Today, I got on their app and ordered an item thats been recently added to their menu: Tajin wings. Good god, these are something else and taste just like you expect l: a little tangy, a little sweet, a lil salty and a lil spicy and such a great condiment to pit on chicken. These too will be on our rotation. When I got to the store, I noticed they had added a couple of aguas frescas: cucumber limeade and pineapple melon. I ordered both and let me tell you, they are deliciously refreshing! One more thing-I like my crusts well done and they do a good job with their dough. My fave though, is the Maiz (corn) crust - so crispy! And one more thing thats really impressive, as you leave, usually the management lets you know your business is appreciated, invites you back and means it. I mean, they look at you as theyre saying it. Pro tip: get the app. Their times are always spot on and you can earn points for free food.

My family was excited about trying this new place. So we splurged and ordered 2 orders of wings (we all know those are pricey these days) 2 Churro bundles and an order of Queso Sticks. We had it delivered because there was $0 delivery. They use Doordash for thier delivery so we can see when it is picked up. Our order was picked up 40 mins before it got to us. We live 10-12 mins from the restaraunt. Once the driver finally arrived part of our order was missing. So I called to ask if they could refund the missing item. I was asked my drivers name which I told them and then was told IF she comes back they can have her bring it to me. I was like what IF? I asked again can you just refund it, just to be told well you can just come get your missing bread. Nothing else offered. So of course I told the guy that we would just not order from them anymore. Our food was ice cold (as to be expected because it rode around for almost an hour) and most of the churros were burnt. So in conclusion just steer clear of this place and sad we wasted $55.

This is our first time here at Pizza Patron, although I would like to give it a five star review because the girl behind the register was such a sweetheart all at all it just wasn t there for my family and myself. I ll start by saying I ordered a supreme pizza, pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and eight buffalo wings. When the supreme pizza came out it only had meat and mushrooms so I asked the lady nicely is this is a supreme pizza and her reply was yes and I said well it s missing some things and she was nice enough to offer to remake the pizza although I told her it was fine it was no big deal accidents happen we would eat the pizza without the rest of the toppings that we paid for but she insisted. Once we started eating the pizza the sauce was so spicy the person who made the pizza accidentally put the wrong sauce on the pizza and the pizza was so hot that I could not even swallow it was burning my mouth. Even my husband who eats jalapeños for fun said the pizza was too hot thank God I took the pizza away from my sons before they had the opportunity to eat it themselves. The manager did not come to the table to speak to us at all about what happened. The lady who took our order did give us some churros for free to compensate for the mistake on the pizza. The pepperoni pizza, the cheese sticks were so so. Honesty I didn t enjoy eating anything else because my mouth was just . Hopefully if we ever decide to try this place again which is probably not likely it will be better.

Just had a pizza and some wings. The pizza was OK and the wings had a great flavor. What did not taste right was the ranch. It tasted like bad anchovies and made me queasy. Not sure if they make it fresh or buy it pre-made, but it ruined my meal since all I could taste was fish. Glad I ate a few slices and a couple wings first.

So my first visit here started off a little rocky. I placed the order online. I was craving pizza and I had been wanting to try this new spot. I stepped away from my phone and noticed I had a missed call and voicemail. It was the pizza place telling me they were out of chocolate churros and asking if I would like to sub it for a different churro or take it off my bill. I asked to do caramel instead. When I arrived it was completely empty. Just the staff was there and they greeted me as I walked in. I got my order and it was not to my liking. Part of that was my fault because the veggie pizza was not what I was expecting. I also was given a plain churro. Maryann saved the day and made sure that I would be a return customer. She jumped in and had my pizza remade and she gave me the caramel churro which was amazing!!! She literally fixed everything with little explanation. Today I ordered another pizza for my family and cheese bread. They absolutely loved it! As a matter of fact they loved it so much they ate all the pizza and left the box on the counter.

This was our first time trying it! We decided to try the Chorizo pizza and it was delicious. Had the perfect amount of kick without being overboard. I was surprised that the only sizes are Large and XL. We also tried the honey hot wings and garlic Parmesan. My husband said the honey hot didn t feel like there was very much sweetness but I thought the garlic Parmesan were pretty good. We will definitely order again.

I had never tried a Pizza Patron before and had always wanted to try it. Once again in my head I said, Really? Another pizza place in Kyle? I ordered through the app. I am not sure who designed it; but, it is hard to navigate. They should make the app way easier to order. That is not the fault of the owner of this place. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The place was bustling with workers, knocking out orders. The young lady who rang me up reminded me they did have a drive through, which make sit quick and easy to grab food. I had joked with he cashier that Kyle did not need another pizza joint. She responded, Well, that is because we are the best. The best? I would say that. The crust had almost zero flavor to it. I expected it to have a tad bit more chew to it. It was more bread than anything. Would have been nice if the crust was. tad bit thinner. The sauce was good. It had a good flavor to it. you could tell it was not a simple sauce of garlic, basil and pinch of salt. There was a little more spice in it. I was impressed the toppings were fresh and were not soggy. When you bit into the pizza, the veggies were not mushy. I had also ordered a Chicken Enchilada pizza. Again, the pizza crust was too thick and also did not have much flavor. You got a ton of cheese, which was a nice touch. The chicken was cut thin. It would have been nice if it was a touch thicker. There was not much flavor to the Enchilada pizza. It left me wanting more flavor. I did see you can get Churros. I always joke if you can get them frosted. If you have seen the movie The Book Of Life, you get the inside joke. I love the line, No frills pizza joint with a Latin accent. The pizza is descent. I have had worse pizza elsewhere. It is a bit more than no frills. Overall, the pizza is good. The service is excellent. The app makes it easy to order your pizza and grab it. I will give them time to work out all the kinks as this place just opened.

Ive been to this location probably too many times in the couple of weeks since they opened. Its pretty close to where I work so when one of my coworkers told me they were open and good I decided to give it a try. I havent been disappointed yet! Ive mostly gotten the personal size pizzas and theyre similar to that big chains personal pan pizzas except theyre way better in every way. Larger, less greasy, excellent texture in the crust, quality toppings. They do have less cheese than the personal pan pizzas at that big chain but that fits my personal preference perfectly. I think its a great balance of bread to sauce to cheese to toppings, bringing out the flavor in each. They did get my wifes order wrong one time but they fixed it quickly and a supervisor checked in personally to make sure the remake was what she wanted. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, especially when the place is new and most employees are still learning the ropes. Its how you handle it that matters, and they did great.

First time I ve tried Pizza Patron and it was way better than I anticipated. I ve seen many locations while passing by San Antonio but never stopped by. I saw they finally came to Kyle and gave it a go. The sauce was delicious and everything was well cooked. I will be coming back to try other combinations.

Tried the chicken enchilada pizza and was amazed at how delicious it was. I think the only thing missing was some spice, so I ll probably add jalapeños next time. Overall, very impressed!! Will definitely be returning soon.

Its been over 13 years I last had Pizza Patron and it was delicious back then, because I had to move to San Marcos. So I had to try it again to see if they were still the same, let me just say its actually better!! They literally went up several levels of deliciousness! The staff were so friendly and the customer service was about 5 stars! The did mess up my order but the literally redeemed themselves. The fix my order and gave me the pizza they made wrong. These guys are for a great start! Cant wait to eat their pizza again! Thank you Pizza Patron!!!
