We worked with Bianca while purchasing our forever home in Killeen, TX and it was the best experience we have had purchasing a home. We have used the Salas Team prior and had a great experience, but Bianca took it to a new level! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate and she truly listens and cares for her clients. We have purchased a few homes, and with this being our forever home this time we had a very specific list of non negotiable aspects of our home. We were not in the area when purchasing by our home, so Bianca did tours of homes for us virtually and sent them over to us to review (she even worked with us with the time difference)! My original review was about the communication and professionalism of Sharon who was our buyers agent. Here s my updated review: After moving into our new house, we realized it did not fit the original criteria we asked for. I think the home search was too long and we eventually settled instead of waiting. Shelly Salas and the Salas Team DOES NOT honor the buy back guarantee where they claim that if you are unhappy in your home within 12 months, they will buy it back. I had a one-on-one meeting with her where she told me that it wouldn t be smart for her to buy the home because she wouldn t make any money if she resold or leased it out. She said she would help us sell it and take away the sellers agent fee which she didn t. She also said she would keep up with the selling process and reach out to me about listing price and everything, which she didn t. She also claimed that I was looking to sell it because it was too expensive for me. I said yes in the fact that I m paying for something that I m not happy with. On top of this facade of a meeting, our actual sellers agent dipped 3/4th of the way through my home being under contract to sell. The next person said we would need to bring $3k to closing, but literally two hours before closing said it need to be $5k. To me, this business does not care about people. I do not and will never recommend them because of Shelly and her lack of compassion, care, concern and follow up towards clients. Original review: (5 stars for Sharon) I chose to go with the Salas team because I sold my house with them and the process was easy. We worked with Sharon to buy our home. She was great because she listened to what we wanted and gave lots of unbiased insight during the whole process. She told us the pros and cons and answered all of our questions. It was easy to set up times to go see houses and she always gave us as much information on the house as possible, even if she had to research. I really liked that she handled pretty much everything along the way, like setting up the inspection and communicating with the lender. She was very responsive and worked to get us as close to what we were wanting for everything in the process.

Found the home, put in the offer and smooth sailing until a few days before closing had to extend another month because the survey was here, there and everywhere except the place it needed to be. Savannah was on their tails yet the more she pushed the slower the seller/realtor went. I m thankful my team kept pushing cause the ride did get crazy and I was reassured it was going to work out. This was my first time buying a house and there was a lot of information thrown at us at once. Kayla was so helpful and made us feel at ease about the whole process. They said they d pay my home warranty. They didn t. There were a million things I can say especially towards the end since they weren t going to make a ton of money off me. In the end select your OWN inspectors and your OWN HOME WARRANTY. THE ONE THEY HAVE A PARTNERSHIP WITH WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING. As a buyer I was left feeling ripped off and abandoned. find another place. After I did my homework it turns out this company has many many ethic violations to include changing seller locks without permission and planting invoices in the home (breaking and entering) without permission.

I was selling my current home and looking to purchase a duplex with my daughter and we tried several other realtors who thought it was too difficult a task. But not Colby or Michael. Colby assisted me in the selling process. He knew exactly what he was doing in less than 3 days he listed my home, scheduled the photographer, corrected the square footage on the survey which increased my profit. Once my home was listed he added it on their hot properties list, which was a private investors and realtors list and there was traffic walking through my house in less than 24 hours. And he scheduled an open house, which was cancelled because the house was sold for full asking price in less than a week! Colby always answered all my questions and concerns and was always very professional. Michael was also amazing! This was my daughters fist home buying experience and he didn t backdown from aggressive investors and rude property managers. He got the answers on listed properties that other realtors couldn t get the answers too. Shirley Manguerra is a solid real estate agent. Shirley helped us with our house search, narrowing down the choice to what we wanted and needed. I, myself, am a professional home inspector and was impressed with Shirleys knowledge of the homes different components and their functions. Shirley was knowledgeable and skilled in negotiations which helped us get our dream home (even with multiple offers on that home) and kept it in our budget.
