Ive been renting from them almost a year now. After dealing with a very bad experience with a different reality company in the area, I gotta say this one is a breathe of fresh air. I have had timely responses to maintenance, and when our water hearter burst, they had a Plummer out that day ( a Saturday ). I have a hard time calling places to ask questions but everytime I call them to ask a question, they make me feel at ease. I havent lived in Texas long , but the difference from Linnemann and the other company is like night and day. No one is perfect , and I recommend always reading the fine print in the lease so no unexpected fees occur.

I ve worked with this company for the better part of a decade both as a renter and now as a property owner and I couldn t have picked a better company to manage my property. Being in the military, it was always my intention to buy an investment property but I hesitated for a while, not knowing how I d manage it once I had to move. After renting through Linnemann for 4 years, I knew that was the company I d want to manage my property and I have not been disappointed. Letitia Worthington is the amazing director of leasing who always keeps me informed. She sends email updates regularly letting me know what s going on with my property being leased. Kim McGinn was wonderful throughout the process when I needed to have repairs done on my roof and any other time a maintenance issue has come up with my property. Jeff Munoz has been one of the best assets at getting tenants into my property. He has personally gone to my home to shoot ads and shared the property on social media to ensure my house is rented in a timely fashion. Also reassuring me that it s a great investment. I am immensely thankful to the entire Linnemann teams and would recommend no other property management in the Central Texas area.

Absolute garbage.. from the harassment to making sure they do their job to fix what needs to be fixed in a work order the random taxes and penalties they will try to add on your rent just to see how much they can get from you but nothings better than there communication. The communication is so horrible and the way they talk to you like they can belittle or bully you is insane.. I thought JWC was bad Linnemann wins the horrible award hands down if you ever think they look legit let s try them I m telling you now DONT .. they are a headache to deal with

I had an amazing approval experience, the approval process was quick and easy after being denied at other major property management companies in the area. However upon moving in, I immediately ran into an issue when I opened my supposed to be clean, dishwasher. I cannot believe they would even rent out a property with a dishwasher in this condition, and at this current time they are telling me all they will do is replace the filter. I asked the technician that came out, would he feel comfortable putting his dishes in this dishwasher and eating out of them after the filter is replaced? He said No, but it is working. So I have to put that. On top of that, sidings of all doors have sunlight coming through them and bugs entering into them home daily. I found black mold inside cabinets in the kitchen. The master bathroom leaks. The water hardly gets hot in the entire house. I currently have 5 work orders open and will update this review upon completion. and a new dishwasher. I dont mind paying rent prices for these older homes as if they are new constructions -- but they need to be in like condition.

We are very impressed by Linneman!! As new renters in the US having migrated from Australia, they worked with us to look for a property as well as assisted us with the application process. The girls at the front desk and our property manager Scott, have been a treat to work with. BLUF: I m a service member and needed somewhere to move very quickly and Linnemann Realty got the job done in a timely and professional manner. The search 10/10: I found the home that I currently live in on the Linnemann Realty website which was very easy to use. There were appropriate filters to help you find exactly what you were looking for. Application/Leasing 10/10: The application was fairly simple and it was not through a 3rd party site which I appreciated the most. I was contacted by Mr. Thomison probably the following business day and he was very professional, patient and flexible as I was still working in Florida and we were handling matters 100% digitally and in two different time zones. I got my approval and lease within about 4-5 days because I still needed to provide a few additional documents to complete my application. However once all documents were received I got my approval almost instantly. Move in 10/10: We scheduled an appointment for when I finally arrived in Texas to pick up my keys and move in. They also provided me with resources to set up utilities like water, internet, lights etc which was very helpful considering I m a Florida native and had no idea what companies to use. The home was EXACTLY like the pictures which was important because I had not toured or seen the home in person prior to completing the leasing process. It was clean and in great condition. No bugs and the appliances work great and it s been over a month at this point. Overall I would 100% recommend Linnemann Realty, great people to work with and easy process overall. Had I read reviews that I came across I may have been hesitant but I think you d need to experience them yourself because my experience was nothing like some of the reviews I ve seen.

Avoid for property management if youre an owner, charges many unnecessary repairs and services that were already done at time of move out. Listing was unable to be updated with pictures or price change for a entire month slowing rental fill significantly.

I only have one word to say when it comes to Linnemann Realty and its Owesome. When it comes to professionalism and integrity Linnemann gots it all and more. During my year of renting from them they are very good in taking care of renters. The only thing they ask you to do is follow the rules and regulations along with keeping the property up (which mean treat it like it was your own). With my 1 year I have had with this rental company I was with cloudrentals and they sold to linnermen and with 5 mounts of resigning my contract with them its been told I will get charged for not replacing door fram lightbulbs and window blinds when I still got 7 mounts on my lease and I havnt moved out so why do I got to replace this stuff.

We Sold our property with Pricilla from Linneman and can t recommend them strongly enough. We are currently stationed in another state and they handled everything from (extensive) repairs and work orders to get the property on the market without us needing to be there. Bradd was incredible handling all of that. Once the property was listed for sale they marketed the heck out of it and made it happen in a difficult market. I worked directly with Michael on selling my house. Let s just say him and his team took a huge weight off our shoulders for this PCS move. Got what I wanted plus more for the house made sure I was able to sub lease it until my house hold goods came and took care of the cleaning company requiring me to only focus on my Wi-Fi and utilities. Every step of the way if I ever needed anything or had questions he would call me or text me back within minutes with an answer. Not only did he help with selling my house he gave me lots of advice on purchasing a home in another state when my realtor didn t have the answer. If I ever get stationed back here I will be using his team again for my next home purchase.

When on the road a guy driving a work van cut me off at the red light after seeing me coming, was throwing stuff out the window of the van and spitting stuff out along with smoking his cigarette that he threw, customer service for this company may be different in person however when a driver in a work vehicle represents a company like that I d likely not use them just cause of this experience from one of your members on the road.

I can honestly attest that the process of viewing and working with agents to actual move in was one of the smoothest I have ever encountered. I can primarily speak on the amazing agent who assisted us Holly. I had a plethora of questions in an attempt to be sure I crossed my ts and dotted my is. Not so much the Company thats horrible but the homeowner that I rented from MARY DAVILA that decided to hire Linnemann to manage her properties. August 2023 the company sent their search party to search the property for a complaint that Mary reported of a dog being on the property. She said she had pictures so Im guessing she was driving by taking pictures because she dont live in the neighborhood. Well anyways they DID NOT find a dog when the sent their search party to inspect why, because we dont have one. When my sister came to visit me, she has a service dog, and thats dog that she thought was mine.I tried explaining that to her but she didnt care.I paid my rent of $1,650 on September 2, 2023 and got and eviction notice on September 6, 2023 to vacate the property in 3 days, Im a single mother with 3 children where the hell was I suppose to go after giving this woman almost $2,000.

They do not care about soldiers and will not let you out of your lease even with orders. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY BY NO MEANS, they will screw you over at the end. They require you to pay 70% of your rent just to file a 30 day notice on top of your rent which is insane, and will still charge you rent until the end of your lease even if your not living there. I ve got a lot of friends at III Corps and will do my best to get these guys blacklisted.

I had an incredible experience working with Linnemann Realty and I felt the strong urge to write a review to show my appreciation for the amazing service I received! I was in need of a rental home and was struggling to find an available place for the dates I needed. I called the rental companys customer service and I was lucky enough to be connected with two incredible employees Heather and Zoraida who went above and beyond to help me secure a rental that would meet my needs. From the moment they picked up the phone, I could tell that these two ladies were going to do everything in their power to help me. They listened carefully to my needs and asked all the right questions, and they were able to provide me with several viable options for rentals that would work for my timeline. I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable Heather and Zoraida were about their inventory and their processes. They really seemed to understand the ins and outs of the rental business, and they were able to guide me through the rental process with ease. Pierce you are an amazing person for helping me as much as you could. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and professionalism. I would love to give a 5 star review just for you but then that 5 star would be adding to the seemingly fake facade of this company. This company seems money hungry. Long story short. I applied and paid fees for the application etc. I had to do my own follow ups. I was approved but was told they were waiting on the director. I was eagerly wanting to move in because I didnt want to keep paying for a hotel if I knew I would have to pay a deposit for a house but I was losing my patience because I felt I was getting the run around. As soon as I was ready to move on from this company, I received a call stating the director approved and all I would need to do is pay the deposit. I asked about the lease and I was told that would be done too. I paid the deposit but I received no lease or anything proving that I had the house (although they were telling me that I did have a move in date but I needed that in writing). I was told the lease was still being done up. I got a bad feeling about all of this and decided to cancel everything with them. This was within 24 hours of paying the deposit. When I asked for my deposit back the lady at the front desk told me I couldnt get it back because it was already done. I reminded her of their company policy to receive a refund within 72 hour. She told me to talk to Pierce. Pierce was more than helpful. USAA is disputing the charges and already gave me my money back and also put a stop on any future payments they may try to take. It seems as if Linnemann was stalling with the process although they had everything they needed and the house was ready to move in. Maybe they were going to wait until after the 72 hour was up, keep my deposit and then tell me I didnt actually get the place...Im not sure but this place stinks of scams.

About 15 years ago, I secured the services of the Linneman Realty Team to manage my property in Killeen, Texas and have never regretted my decision to do so. Over the years, they have been nothing short of professional, responsive and available. I have always felt that they had my best interest, as a property owner, in mind while at the same time caring for the welfare of their tenants; which ultimately benefited me as a property owner. When time came for me to sell my property, their level of professionalism didn t end. In fact, the argument can be made that they kicked into another gear. The personalized care that I received from Priscilla Linneman is unmatched by anyone. I have never had the feeling of them over charging me for anything. In fact, they have done their best to keep my costs down without degrading service quality. I have other investment properties in Forth Worth. If I could, I would immediately switch over to Linneman. Unfortunately, my experience with Linnemann Realty as a property management company has been extremely poor. I have been with them since 2006 and have had a multitude of issues throughout the years, ranging from missed property walk throughs to having to constantly remind them to complete simple tasks. One particular incident that stands out to me is when a tenant damaged a door frame and it took Linnemann Realty seven months to fix it. Despite my weekly calls and constant reminders, I was given excuse after excuse as to why nothing was being done. Moreover, Jeff Munos, the director, blamed the companys CSR employees Tiffany and Jeremiah and stated that they couldnt hack it. This was particularly concerning because he claimed to be a retired US army veteran who had served in high leadership positions. As a fellow retired veteran myself, I find it appalling that he would resort to blame shifting instead of taking accountability for the companys poor management. So much for the army core values that we are taught to hold with a high importance. Additionally, the damage to the door frame was not a minor issue; it is what holds the door in place and is a huge liability. To make matters worse, my dryer and washer were thrown out without my knowledge and Linnemann Realty did not contact me or consult with me before doing so. When I spoke to Jeff Munos and Kim McGinn to try and resolve the issue, they took no accountability and left me with the cost. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Linnemann Realty as a property management company. Their lack of accountability and poor management practices have left me feeling like I cannot trust them to manage my property effectively. As a client of 17 years, I had expected better treatment and better service. If you are a property owner pay close attention to their reviews. I found it odd that they had over 50 five star reviews last month alone after a poor review as if they are padding their rating. On yelp they have a poor rating yet in google they have an outstanding rating.

0 stars if I could. This place came highly requested online but I had the worst experience with them. I would not recommended this company. My spouse and I PCS from hawaii and started the application process a month before we got to Texas. We have called and emailed to get updates on our application and there has been no urgency behind this matter. The communication was so bad we missed out on 2 of our requested homes and every time we speak to them they are requesting more paper work, prolonging our process. It s been almost 2 months and they keep saying our application is in the final review process We worked with Heather and she did not meet the standard for us. We ended up going with a different company and were moved and settled in under 10 days. Lone star was a better fit for us! Check them out.
